Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

As boarding began she had to redirect at least seventy-five percent of those in front of me as they were not in First Class. Had she made one or more clear announcements about boarding procedure I rather doubt such a misunderstanding would have occurred with so many."

This flight I was unable to utilize the laveratory even once due to this excessive and continuous useage. Trying to do my bit to reduce our carbon footprint, yet I am sorely tempted to return to charter service when disrespect of the airlines own basic service class rules gets piled on top of TSA hassles."

It just didn't feel safe. Landing scared me a little too as I have landed in O'Hare countless times and have never flown so low to the highway upon entry. The AA counter was chaotic, the agents were rude and had changed our seats to 2 separate areas. When we arrived in Philadelphia there were no vouchers waiting for us. The only thing that the agent could find were seat assignments . We stood in line over an hour waiting for her to figure out what had happened and almost missed our connecting flight . Even though my daughter was in a wheelchair with a brace on her leg and in pain, the agent at the counter was not very empathetic at all. The agent also kept saying that this was not correct somebody made a mistake to tell us we were booked and that person will get in trouble. Eventually she spoke with the supervisor and gave us 2 boarding passes."

Pros: "That we where on the plane... If you consider that we had to make this D-tour to get to San Juan...AA canceled our flight to San Juan in JFK due to wether and not enough standby crews."
Cons: "That the canceled the flight in JFK, and the couldn't get us to to San Juan from JFK the same or the next day!! There was nobody from AA to assist you or help you!! We had this once with Delta as well but they send you the new itinerary in front with a compensation and help you at the airport... For us it's never AA again"

Cons: "The ticket was printed as Avianca trans to American Airlines. That was wrong. The ticket was for Avianca and I went to American and I lost a lot of time. Then the line was long and took me for ever to check in"

Cons: "The first leg of my flight left an hour earlier than scheduled, and I was never notified. Fortunately I found out when I went to "check in" the night before, and was able to arrange for earlier transportation to the airport."
Cons: "Crew: One was swearing at take off, and another was aggressive with getting my tray table down although I told her I didn't want it down because I already had blankets on me and wanted to relax. I didn't need a tray table forced out on me for a drink I could care less about when I'd rather be sleeping on a long flight. The tray table was also dirty - so dirty that the crew member used a napkin to pull it out. Gross. Comfort: Ruined by the rude staff and the dirty tray table that was forced on me. Water was coming out of the wall. Both bathrooms didn't have soap dispensers (not even empty ones - they never had any out to start with), and by the time I went both were out of toilet paper and hand napkins. Food: Didn't touch it because of how disgusted I was at the flight by this time. Entertainment: Something is better than nothing."

Cons: "Attitude of many employees--" tough on you, suck it up. stuff happens". poor communication re flight change, rejection of AA Advantage Mastercard to pay for baggage check and get boarding pass and seat assignment. Rerouted me by 200 yards to TSA checkpoint I could see was 30 yards away. When flight arrived in SFO the arrivals board never showed it and there was no carousel shown for checked baggage. I finally had to go to customer service, where attendant just pointed to my bag on the floor with lots of others from the flight, shrugged, no apology, and chewed her gum a little faster before turning her back."
