Very good seat and service. No complaints about the food. Take off delayed due to airport traffic
Probably not the fault of Delta but there was delay after delay after delay and I ended up getting home 4 hours later then I should have at 1:30 in the morning

Very late arrival at PWM. Late jet getting to ATL. Equipment problem with aircraft - could not get enough water onto plane., Another delay getting FAA approval for flight with bottled H2O. Not the crew’s problem.
I'm a tall guy and even the seats with more leg room were not as comfortable as I had hoped.
Overall, aside from the baggage issue, it was as good as one expects.

The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.
Despite being delayed, we would still give a high score for this flight experience. For the first time in quite some time we had excellent customer service throughout our entire round trip. The flight attendants were the most polite we have experienced in our last ten flights at least (non of which were Delta and include business class). The food offered was a better selection than most—we just didn’t have any of it. Overall, almost as good as flying used to be. Thank you to Delta.
The flight was delayed by two de-icings. The seatbelt did not work correctly. It did not stay tight.

The seats on the aircraft are like sitting in a rock. During the boarding process they recognize Active Duty Military, why don’t they recognize Retired Military. I’ve always preferred Delta, this flight confirmed why I still prefer Delta.
It was literally one of the worst travel experiences ever. My flight got delayed by over an hour and there was no communication of this from the gate staff. I realized it by checking the screen periodically. Once on board the flight attendants continued to serve alcohol to a man who was clearly already drunk and that was making a bunch of commotion. Never again will I fly United!
At least the delays were short. Business class, even in the new planes is very crowded now with crappy tray tables
I flew Delta last week and United Airlines is a poor substitute mechanical problems with the plane and shitty food among other things made my travel experience what’s become to be expected from United no way is it ever worth the money they make us pay

No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable
Flight cancelled due to fog. No other flights available for 36 hours. Directed by United to book passage on another carrier, and submit receipts for reimbursement. Did that. United now states they will not reimburse. Currently out 2 grand.
One the best cabin crew team we have ever had (I have flown globally for more than 2 million miles), food was good and wines choices were great.⁰
Not much space for someone 6 feet high in normal economy seat. My knee hurt
Terrible check in experience in Miami airport by a so-called supervisor. Food came and they were picking up trash within 5 mins. Did not get fed again for about 6 hours. No chance to buy anything on board, horrible experience. Flight attendants have no control over passengers dropping off bags closer to the exit, not close to their seat.
Crew was helpful and cheerful especially when they had no refreshments to work with. The plane was never serviced and had nothing but limited water and coffee onboard. For the price point, a concern of services.
I bought wifi and most of the flight could not even use it my apps would just spin. I couldn't even listen to music. super frustrating.
Seating was horrible. Small seats. Access to flight information and extras very iser unfriendly. Kept losing internet after paying for it. Staff in madison was as unprofessional and unhelpful.
There were several different delays but we ended up being delayed a total of 40 mins or so. It was annoying we had a gate change which made it take longer to leave DFW, and we had to check our carry on. Ugh
The counter/baggage counter was busy and so many people missed flights. We got stuck sitting on the plane over 2 hours at the gate while they were doing an inspection is wrong. Many of us missed our connecting flights because of it.
Our flight was changed from Madison to DC to Madison to Charlotte.
We were told we had no flights before our flight was continually delayed then cancelled.
Boarding was relatively fast and easy and the crew was attentive throughout.
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Not bad but they lost 2 of my bags when I got to Florence
Couldn’t get boarding passes online, delayed an hour, and smallest amount of space on board I’ve ever encountered for such a long flight.
In general, I've had excellent experiences with Iberia flights and will continue to use them. In this last flight there were two things that didn't go right. I didn't get the kosher meal I had pre-requested when I had checked in on-line. Things worked out OK as we ended up eating the fish and vegetarian choices, which were really good. The other issue was that some movies for me and my wife started fine but after 8-12 minutes the content just switched to something else. The flight attendant reset our entertainment systems, but the problem persisted. We ended up choosing other movies/TV shows that did work fine.
Awful. They didn't even show concern that her connecting flight( Dallas to Mardrid) was gone/missing. I don't understand how that is even possible. Rudest answer from one of the crew was that American Airlines sold the tickets to somebody else. My daughter was not in the list.
The flight was canceled on a Thursday last minute. I lost thousands of dollars in hotels and car rental
Excellent lie flat seat for premium economy! Great staff. Bad food . Not so great entertainment. My bag didn’t make it either.
Really like the idea experience on this airline I will use again
the seats were so cramped you could barely move. it was difficult to eat when passengers would recline their seats. the seats were so flimsy and unstable that whenever someone got in and out of their seat, it bounced like a spring back in your face. the movies were nice. the food was terrible. even though the conditions were terrible, they tried to pressure passengers to relocate their seats to accommodate adults who were related and wanted to sit next to each other, even after the passengers expressed that they did not want to move for that purpose. on the connecting flight, the “service” consisted of items for purchase. even though the flight was only 45 minutes, once again passengers (including me) were pressured to relocate for people to sit next to each other. they couldn’t be apart for 45 minutes? this was much less compelling than being apart for an 8 hour flight.
