Cons: "Spirit airlines is the worst and I won’t be traveling with them again."
Cons: "the seats were very uncomfortable and the flight terminal and gates kept changing and they do not offer complimentary drinks nor snacks on the plane"

Cons: "Bought ticket for my son to come home to Los Angles from college for winter break. Meanwhile his grandma died and we had to buy him a new ticket a day early to Phoenix for the funeral and he was to return to college from Los Angeles on his original ticket on Jan. 1. I told him to go to the ticket counter before the Phoenix flight to tell them of the situation and that he would not use the first leg of the LA flight but would use the second leg, home from Los Angeles. The Spirit employee told him he had to call reservations. He completed the Phoenix flight and called reservations where they told him that he had lost the LA round trip flight completely because he didn't call 2 hours before the flight. Now we have to buy another ticket even though its 3 weeks away and paid for! 3 tickets for one round trip. Really? You couldn't make accomodations? Robbery! Spirit Airlines, you are heartless jerks!"
Cons: "I paid $50 for carry on bag! Too expensive! Same as ticket also front desk workers unfriendly just want to take customers money for luggage"

Cons: "I apparently bought my plane ticket for a month before I needed it. They sent me a confirmation immediately, but I didn’t catch the mistake. They did not send me any upcoming flight reminders or check-in info, so I didn’t realize until after the paid-for flight had passed that I had made a mistake. At that point the ticket was “100% non-refundable” and they refused to help me in any way."
Cons: "Seats did not recline ( the whole plane - not just exit rows). All the extra charges for EVERYTHING were ridiculous, especially as you are not informed of any of them before booking. I'll not fly Spirit again."
Cons: "How do they not know this is going to happen well in advance. So frustrating."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for many hours. I missed the meeting I was traveling for."
Pros: "I understand your concept of saving fuel etc and only charging passengers with luggage but atleast make the seats comfortable. It has to be the worst flight that I have taken EVER. I am 5'.8" 180lbs and couldn't sit straight without my knees banging against the seat infront of me. The seat would not recline and was miserable for 6hrs."
Cons: "Spirit representative saw me get dizzy while standing in security (no where near a spirit counter or gate) and said I would need "medical clearance" to fly with them. An EMS responder was able to come and clear me but she wouldn't relent. When I refused to give her my identifying personal information she violated my privacy and looked off of the EMS responders form I had been working with WITHOUT MY CONSENT. She became very combative once I said I didn't have time to be interviewed by her and she made a report to all of spirit that I couldn't fly with them today (against responders clearance) and forced my passenger and I off a flight we had already checked our bags on. They refuse to even offer a partial Refund. NEVER FLYING SPIRIT AGAIN"
