Not having a five hour delay with little notice! The crew was very kind, though, and just as tired as we passengers were. The flight didn't depart until nearly 1 am...and no reason was ever given.
Connecting flight is on time and boarding was a breeze!

Boarding process, crew were good. But the seats were so uncomfortable that was all I could focus on. I literally had to sit forward so that all 3 of us could fit in row. I will try to avoid Southwest in the future for any flights over 60 minutes.
The crew was nice. Boarding sucked. Instead of loading from the back to the front people just sat wherever and you had to wait for them to move to get to a seat. And the flight was 25 minutes delayed.
I boarded last because of my boarding assignment and was given a middle seat at the back of the plane. I’m 6”1” so it was really tight. I wish I just had a seat assignment instead of a general boarding group. My bag was way at the front and my seat at the back. Was never offered a beverage and had no room to move.
The cabin was very cold with the air conditioning on at a very high level. I used my phone app that displays room temperature and it registered 67 degrees.
Boarding was quick. The flight itself was good. However, no charging ports for cell phones. Also, the food provided was just a few snacks. For a 5-hr flight, I would expect at least a sandwich.
Delayed a hour and a bit because of some tape on the tail. They were good about letting us know but should have been done before we were scheduled to depart.
I arrived to the airport early. I found an earlier flight and went to the gate, the employee working at the gate was able to get me on the earlier flight at no charge and she was so friendly! She made my day!!!
Delta is always late. Ruined our first day of a short vacation. Timing is important. We pay to stay on an itinerary
We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
We got stuck on the tarmac taxiing after landing early so we didn’t get off the plane until an hour later than we thought we would
It was okay. We were delayed for weather reasons, but the pilots and the flight control staff figured a way around the storm and were able to get us to Los Angeles safely. Not all the staff members were polite, but the entertainment on the flight was good.
Crew was real good, flight was smooth and came in early.
Was forced to check in my small carry on, even though I informed the crew it has very fragile items inside

Despite being delayed, we would still give a high score for this flight experience. For the first time in quite some time we had excellent customer service throughout our entire round trip. The flight attendants were the most polite we have experienced in our last ten flights at least (non of which were Delta and include business class). The food offered was a better selection than most—we just didn’t have any of it. Overall, almost as good as flying used to be. Thank you to Delta.
The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM
Delayed 2 hours while stuck on the aircraft. If the luggage was properly loaded the first time we probably wouldn’t have been delayed at all
Flight be on time would be a good start. Then train your flight attendants to be attentive and friendly. This time they completely forgot my row for the measly snack! United, do better!
The flight was delayed by two de-icings. The seatbelt did not work correctly. It did not stay tight.
Unbelievably poor service from flight attendants. They didn’t even do water service on a four hour flight. Just disrespectful.

The seats on the aircraft are like sitting in a rock. During the boarding process they recognize Active Duty Military, why don’t they recognize Retired Military. I’ve always preferred Delta, this flight confirmed why I still prefer Delta.
It was literally one of the worst travel experiences ever. My flight got delayed by over an hour and there was no communication of this from the gate staff. I realized it by checking the screen periodically. Once on board the flight attendants continued to serve alcohol to a man who was clearly already drunk and that was making a bunch of commotion. Never again will I fly United!
I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer
All good except paid for wifi that did not work
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
I’ve been on 8 flights with American Airlines in the last 2 months and 4 have been delayed.
Mechanical delay > Crew Time out. No communication to passengers. Crew time out was positioned as a surprise (even though it must have been know at the time of boarding that the crew would time out.

Crew was helpful and cheerful especially when they had no refreshments to work with. The plane was never serviced and had nothing but limited water and coffee onboard. For the price point, a concern of services.
I bought wifi and most of the flight could not even use it my apps would just spin. I couldn't even listen to music. super frustrating.
There were several different delays but we ended up being delayed a total of 40 mins or so. It was annoying we had a gate change which made it take longer to leave DFW, and we had to check our carry on. Ugh
Flflight crew were amazing, kind, and considerate. Fofood choices were limited, and didn’t have a variation.
We were told we had no flights before our flight was continually delayed then cancelled.
