Cons: "RST to ORD to SEA took 16 hours because of non airworthy United planes at RST. First one cancelled, second fixed after several hours but SEA connection missed at ORD. Fortunately AA had a ORD-SEA flight available or I'd still be in Chicago."

Cons: "A 3 hour 55 minute mechanical delay, boarding and deplaning, caused a windfall effect to our other connections causing us to miss everyone that we needed to make it home to Alaska. I will not be getting home until almost 4 days after my original travel date. Missing work as a teacher is tough, and I planned it with plenty of room for safety, only to have United fail me. Weather issues are something I can forgive, but a mechanical issue combined with the weather snarl in Newark has caused endless stress. Bags couldn't be found, no information on new standby flights, and false hopes of being put on Alaska air tomorrow from a united agent last night. All in all my worst experience in as long as I can remember flying."

Cons: "The first leg of the trip the flight crew let me carry on my purse and small overnight bag. We land in ORD and the gate team at our connecting flight was beyond rude, shaming me for having "two carry-on's". They demanded I surrender and check my overnight bag (really just a "gym bag") PLUS they charged me $50! When I challenged the charge and the luggage change mid-trip, they said if I didn't give them my bag and pay the fee, they would deny me boarding! I'll avoid United in the future when ever I can!"

Cons: "Didn't give us peanuts or any snack items and everything else had to be paid for which I think the pricing on those items were expensive that is abusive unacceptable and me as a military personnel I think there should be some kind of consideration in all those matters including paying for luggage $25..."

Cons: "I had one small bag and just did the economy and was going to put it under the seat. The guy at the checkin did not allow my bag and made me check it EVEN THOUGH it fit in their mock tray. He said I squeezed the sides 1 inch and that it just need to go in the tray by gravity. That is complete BS. As long as it fits under the seat and I am not putting my feet in others space thats is all that matters. Check in people at least one guy in Denver needs to be retrained."

Cons: "I missed my original connecting flight in EWR because there was no gate available when we landed. After waiting several minutes, we taxiied to a different gate. I called customer service to let them know we were on the ground waiting for a gate assignment. Despite this, the flight boarded and left with several people missing the connection even though that flight pushed back later than its original time and departed almost an hour late. The plane was sitting there with the door closed. After that, I was put on the next available flight which was already delayed more than 2 hours. That delay extended even longer and was eventually cancelled due to weather. United CS reps were not willing to address passenger concerns. They closed the CS area in some portions of the airport forcing everyone to a very limited number of reps. I ended up having to rent a car and spending the first 5 hours of my birthday driving home. I should have been able to make my connecting flight and would have avoided the entire mess. Instead, I am out of my ticket price plus the additional cost of renting a car since my changed flight was cancelled due to weather not the gate assignment changes that originally caused me to miss the connection. What should have been a brief 4-5 hour trip ended up being almost a 20 hour day....United absolutely SUCKS!"

Pros: "The crew was really friendly. My flight overall was very smooth. I slept most of the flight and was happy I was able to."
Cons: "I didn't like that there wasn't a lot of space between the seats"

Pros: "The staff, especially the male flight attendant, watery knowledgeable, professional, and went out of husband way to make everyone satisfied."
Cons: "The televisions breifly went out of service during my return trip from Denver to Des Moines. The issue was resolved promptly, but on such a short flight I was unable to use the service."

Pros: "Everything seem to move in a timely manner. The staff was nice and pleasant and the overall flight was smooth (I don't really like flying at all but it was good)."

Cons: "Waited on tarmac for an hour in hot plane medieval conditions . Crew blamed pilots pilots, pilots said it was conflict of scheduling?! How does this even happen?"

Cons: "This was the smallest amount of space I have ever sat in on a plane. Totally ridiculous. To shink the amount of space for seating & ile space.. There are three seats per row when there should only be two"

Pros: "For economy, I thought the seats were pretty comfortable. I also liked how they quickly boarded through the front and back doors at the same time. We got off the ground quickly."

Cons: "Did not like the commuter ride from newark to syracuse. Probably would not use united again because of that. Had to get on a bus that took us across the street to board this little, very noisy plane. Even the flight to newark was uncomfortable. Seats are too close no legroom and my back was killing me due to uncomfortable small seats. United is not for me. Sorry."

Cons: "Did not like the delay that happened and we arrived 2 hours later. I was suppose to arrive 10:30 and I arrived 12:30. I wasn't able to go to work for that reason."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled, then had to find another flight, everyone was rude. Finally found a flight, then had a delay twice. Had to stay there all day! So I didn't get to fly into Syracuse. I had to fly out to Ithaca and family memeber had to drive 2 hrs in the snow to pick me up. Flight attendant was rude, and she even stated that she was tired because of the delays and it was hot in the plane and she didn't serve any beverages for the reason of the weather ,which there was nothing. I'm so upset with all this! Didn't get a discount or nothing."

Pros: "The evening before our return to US from our vacation in Mexico, my husband lost his passport. The Cancun airport crew, including Paz and Raphael, worked with US consulate (on a day they are typically closed) to get permission for him to board the return flight. Otherwise, we would have had to stay two more days ( until monday) to go to the consulate. THANK YOU, United!"
