Cons: "In cabin crew was substandard. Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

One of the highlights was the check in - this is often a long and frustrating process, however this could not have been easier and so quick. Cons: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Pros: "Traveled business class after winning the upgrade bid. Really felt like there was little room for improvement. The physical set up, the service, the entertainment were all delightful. The privacy, the horizontal sleep option on a 9 hour flight were just special."

Cons: "I was in economy/SAS Go class, so it was nearly impossible to get more than one or two hours of sleep on a long flight, (i.e. about eight hours). Maybe they should reserve the seats with extra leg room for those who actually need it, and have the seats recline even further."

Cons: "Something about the seats made it impossible to sleep without being woken up frequently by a painful position (economy class). Obviously no economy class seat will be comfortable to sleep in, but SAS seats seem to be a lot worse than other airlines."

Pros: "Thanks to the staff while checking in my luggage I was able to check my bags directly from Stockholm to Mexico City via preventing me to loose a lot of time in London where I was supposed to check in and out because I purchased my trilp in two different segments"

Cons: "Plane was old and really dirty. no televisions. I booked a premium seat, but was assigned a middle seat in economy. Not sure where the glitch took place. Cabin crew was friendly though. ALSO, SAS/United booked my connection through O'Hare, giving me about 1.5 hours to clear customs and security...I was only able to make my flight due to some nice people who let me cut lines and a lot of running through the terminal. Generally annoyed with the experience."

Cons: "I do not like that having to pay for snacks and if there is no onboard entertainment, I would prefer there to be wifi."
