Cons: "however there was no internet and bad entertainment. You couldnt really navigate on Oryx One and it was hard to select the autoplay or map. There was no remote unlike the B787 between MAN and DOH. Pre-download things on laptops, tablets, phones or whatever ifyou are not going to sleep on the flight. It also took 3 hours because of UAE and Qatar :("

Cons: "Unfortunately, the plane was late, prompting me to miss my connecting flight. These things happen, I understand, but most upsetting was the fact that Qatar Airways provided very little information to those of us missing our flights. While on the plane, when those of us with short layovers mentioned that we may be late, we were told "you'll be fine - they hold the planes for a bit." When we deboarded the plane from New York, we ere wrangled into groups depending on our destinations. Many of us assumed that we were going to be taken to our next flights as we had been told they would be waiting for us. The airline rep in charge of my group refused to tell us any information, however, only admitting after we got confrontational with her that we had missed our flights. She then offered no information about what would happen to us, telling us we'd find out when we got to the rebooking counter. Very unprofessional. I was told that I would have to wait for another 24 hours for the next flight, necessitating that I would spend the night in Qatar. I was put up in a hotel that was decent, but again that offered very little in terms of customer service. We were given an $80 meal allowance, but despite me not using it, I was nickeled and dimed in other aspects to where I ended up paying $20 to help reschedule a flight that I had missed in my destination country. The whole ordeal was a nightmare and mostly due to poor communication and very cold, almost robotic interactions with the QA staff on the ground in Doha."

Cons: "No outlets on either flight or in the airport so can't use electrics for almost the entire trip. The seats are extremely narrow to the point out of unprobabability to have your own space even if sitting next to regular build person. Food was only ok and service was below average with trash often not collected and needing to request water etc"

Cons: "I tried to add my millage that I couldn't do Because of not enough guidance .... With in five months I had to round trips to USA From Lahore Pakistan... and still didn't get my millage my request is to add those millage so I can continue travelling with Qatar Air...."

Pros: "The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to find us vegetarian meals as our booking was incorrect. They had some good movies to watch that made the trip faster"

Pros: "The staff is friendly and attentive. Food has been flavorful and consistent in quality. Blankets and pillows have been clean. The energizer juice was an excellent option."
Cons: "The cleaning crew was in a hurry and there was a used cotton ear swab in the remote armrest. The tray did not close snugly back when closed up. The remote buttons were not quick to respond and needed to be pressed firmly and slowly. The food menu needs more lighter options. The toilet could use mouthwash addition."

Pros: "The airline in general was good, provided a kit with socks, ese plugs,toothbrush and other essentials,good movie choices, overall customer service. They had free wifi which was amazing!!"
Cons: "We took 2 long flights one from morrocco to Qatar and Qatar to dallas. The food on the flights was not the best, one the first one they ran out of chicken meal and only had fish left which was gross, for such a big airline you would also think they give a snack in between meals but they do not.also after giving you the food it took a long time for them to pick up the tray which I thought was unusual"

Pros: "I was most disappointed when I got to the check in counter only to be informed that I was on "stand by" That was quite strange consideirng that the flight was not free, I had booked early called a day priot to the flight for confirmation. Though I was later allowed to fly but such treatment was most unnecessary. On the whole the flight was good"

Cons: "It's an older plane on this route, which feels comparatively tired; it has the old lean-back seats, which are a bit less comfortable than the newer lean-back, slide-forward ones. The entertainment system is older, so you lose leg-room in aisle seats, and there is less on offer. And because the flight was completely full, you do feel very restricted (not QR's fault, but a function of narrow seats)."
