late flight, no wifi, no entertainment, no snack. What are you coming to????
Missoula is a great airport. Desk and gate crews were very helpful and friendly
No communication with delayed and canceled flights. Completely in the dark for the whole experience.
I liked that the crew was friendly, we left and arrived at near scheduled times, plenty of on-board crew to handle the cabin service for the flight and I found the price of my airline ticket to be excellent!
The flight attendants were friendly. I liked that I got a mini soda can, not just a small cup. No issues with our flight departure, etc.
My wife and I had seats next to each other, but when our boarding passes were printed, British Airways had moved me away from her and refused to fix it. We tried to fix it at the boarding gate and were just told flatly "no". Never again.
Close boarding too early we’re willing to not let people on flight that could not check in. What ever happened to customer service? Three of us had to fight to get on plane shameful
On my trip from Seattle to San Jose it would’ve been nice to have the gate transfer nearby instead of at the opposite end of the airport that’s it
Personnel were helpful and caring. On my first flight I was seated near the rear of the plane. Before flight and after landing the smell of urine was strong. The nice stewardess tried to cover the smell.
Plane was supposed to leave at 5:40 left at 6:03 had to walk really fast to get to connecting flight just making the flight.
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!
Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.
The crew on this leg continue to be extremely helpful with my wife’s mobility issues. They also came by many many times to ensure we were comfortable and had drink some food.
Nothing unusual. It was fine. I hate having to pay extra for my seat.
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
I liked the cleanness in the bathroom and good crew on board and at boarding gates. There was no Hindi (Bollywood) movies. The entertainment can be improved as it is one of the worst one I saw when I compared it with other airlines. The Mumbai to Amsterdam flight did not have any food for my family which does not contain eggs in it though we have selected “Hindu Asian vegetarian meal”
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.
