Cons: Constantly late! Unreliable and missed my connecting flight, AGAIN!!! 4 out of last 10 flights I have had lost luggage. No apology, it’s “just BA”.

Cons: Organisation at Tegal airport, was a free for all to board the plane.

Cons: Terrible boarding procedures, plane was way too big for the gate assigned. Had to wait on the tarmac for a ‘starter’? For about 20-30 after a after boarding finished.

Pros: The crew provided the best service I think I’ve ever gotten on a flight. Attentive and friendly!

Cons: flight was diverted an hour away for refueling because of weather over SLC. But SLC opened before we even landed at Grand Junction, CO. I had 8 mins to run between concourses to catch the next flight. My bags didn’t make the flight and have perishable food items. But it is what it is.

Pros: Crew was great. Flight was on time and crew helped the boarding process go smoothly. It was nice to get a beer or wine at no additional cost.

Cons: Seat was shockingly small, even for economy class. TV was poor quality.

Cons: Nobody was sat in the overwing emergency exit row seats for the whole flight (so nobody had been briefed on how to use them) and the tray tables for these seats were down during the flight effectively blocking the emergency exit in the event of an emergency. Potentially very dangerous

Cons: We were bussed to the plane, there were long dark hairs on my pillow, and they are generous with snacks at close intervals, but the food could be much better. The ideas are cute, but the actual food is pretty basic, which is disappointing for Virgin, who I hold in high regard. Or did.

Cons: Seats are so cramped. I'm 5'3" and could use either arm rest because both people on either side spilled into my seat.

Cons: The crew/attendants were very efficient and listens to the passengers. They went the extra mile to accommodate.

Cons: Check in was horrible and inefficient. The seats are smaller compared to most major airlines (Delta, AA, Air France, KLM)

Cons: It was an older plane with no frills. No power cords, tv monitors. The seats were old and didn’t function properly

Pros: Horrible storms kept us in the air for at least an hour past our scheduled landing time. And yet we experienced virtually no turbulence. The pilots did an excellent job of keeping us updated, kept things as smooth as possible with the bad weather and we had plenty of movies and games to choose

Cons: I was charged an extra $100 because my bag was 10lbs overweight. Where is this crazy fee communicated on their website? And why does it have to be so much? I didn't have a way to weigh our bag before we left. I had no idea it was so heavy - ridiculous price.

Cons: B.S. all the Delta Boarding groups. Geez, have you lost all common sense! C'mon... I understand the ill/med conditions passengers. How about 1 kid, then 2 kids then 3 kids, w/ cataracts, bladder probelems, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Paper, Plus 1, Plus 2, Main Cabin 1, 2 and 3.

Pros: The crew was really nice! They were very energetic!

Cons: I am not blaming the airline, but the Salt Lake Airport. Everything was slow and everything was delayed! The airport staff was friendly, but airport management needs be prepared and perform better. Compared to other airport, there was not that many people flying, and still there processing issues.

Pros: Despite boarding late, and sitting on the tarmac for half an hour since we missed our take off time, and having to move passengers around to balance the weight on the plane, we made it home alive.

Cons: We landed over half an hour late. Flight attendants needed to move passengers to balance the weight on the small plane, and asked for "volunteers." When there were none, the FA stood in the aisle and said we just weren't going to take off if nobody volunteered. They should have just MOVED people.

Pros: Excellent flight - smooth, comfortable seats (exit row with lots of leg room), in-flight entertainment was great, snacks and drinks served when I needed. Got to Cincinnati earlier than expected. Couldn't have gone better really.

Cons: I will say the flight to Orlando including an upcharge of $100 for a bag that was 10lbs overweight. I was INCREDIBLY frustrated at the crazy price. I understand fees would apply to overweight bags but $100???? Kind of ridiculous
