Pros: Nothing. I’ll never do business with Delta again. Not even to make use of the $80.00 voucher credit they extended. Delta San Antonio manager Delphine is an awful representative of customer service, and a horrible person!

Pros: First I don’t comment on these normally, but during our flight we had a medical emergency and the crew handled it with perfection. They kept a very calm atmosphere and handled passenger with great care and professionalism. I could not be more impressed.

Pros: Our flight attendants were lovely people specifically the first class attendant and he was humorous and witty, polite and friendly trying to make our christmas eve late night flight to be enjoyable.
Cons: When we touched down in a blizzard we were told there was no jetway available and we had to climb down an icy ladder to walk probably 1000 feet on black ice barely seeing where we were going and at least one person fell and overall it was just very unprofessional and not the quality of service I expect from Delta.

Cons: Was in seat 16A and got bumped to 12E. If you know Delta aircraft, that's exit row window, for the EC (more legroom) but middle. The problem is that nothing can compete with the exit row for leg room and being crammed between two guys isn't an upgrade either. Plus, due to proximity, got sick. And the flight was delayed leaving - due to the late arrival from ATL (Delta HQ) which had a power outage. And no video entertainment. No meals.

Pros: All the staff are sincere in serving. It must be a direct result of the great management at the top. If the employees were unhappy and rude that also would be a direct reflection of the management. I use the same flight often and let the staff know I appreciate them.

I was bleeding, the passengers next to me gave napkins and I pressed it to stop the bleeding. The flight attendant gave napkins and ice, the pilot was informed. He had Atlanta fire and rescue meet me at the gate upon landing.

Cons: I began flying when airline attendants were called airline stewardesses. Their personality plus attitudes and attention to detail reflected on the overall image of the airline, and did not make me feel like a second rate citizen in a second class seat. I've noticed over the last decade-plus that this has changed. I've been rudely spoken to for reaching for a napkin off the cart as I was not given one with my drink. My elbow was hit by the cart as it moved from back to front of isle, and no apology followed. The garbage was collected moving back to front, so I had to get the attention of the attendant after she flew by me. I thoroughly researched the size of the suitcase required prior to flying, and bought a new one to meet the requirements. My suitcase did not fit on American Airlines. Why am I bringing up American Airline? When getting to the airport in Milan, Italy, 2 1/2 hours prior to flight departure, I approached the British Airway counter. As no one was there, I proceeded to believe I was too early, so I had breakfast. I again approached the British Airway counter and still no one was there. On my way to the bathroom, I found the flight board and followed the directions. I searched for British airlines at the gate I was directed to, but was unable to find it. I asked an attendant, and I was directed to the American Airline gate. It was very confusing. It would have been nice if there was a sign at the British Airways counter directing its customers to American Airlines.

Cons: I did not like that the airline would not give a seat on an earlier flight so that I would not have to spend so many hours in the Chicago O'Hare airport. I did not like that the airport only allowed me thirty minutes of access to the internet. As a result, I could not work while I had to wait for my flight. Finally, I did not like that the airline lost or delayed my bag.

There was no indication that the flight was late until it was time to board, then they indicated it would be 25 minutes late, which actually turned into 50 minutes until the plane arrived. It had to be cleaned and prepared for our flight, which then took off over 1 1/2 hours late. Many passengers missed their connecting flights and American Airlines was no help... they directed people to the Miami Airport Crew. American Airlines stated that the plane was late due to air traffic control issues, but in reality the plane hadn't even arrived yet. I felt like I was lied to! Shame on American Airlines! I will never fly with this company by choice!

At around 12:30pm AFTER I WENT TO SLEEP, someone come to my hotel room to drop off my luggage. I had an important meeting for early the following morning and if my bag did not arrive, I had no business clothes for the meeting. I could have bought some new cloths but since I was TOLD my cloths would be arriving by 1-2:00pm and be delivered by early evening, I thought that not necessary. I believe I was told that so BA

Boarded and saw there was still plenty of open overhead bin space. Had to wait 30 extra minutes at our destination to claim his unnecessarily checked bag. This is on top of poor customer service from the gate agents and a long delay on our outbound flight. Will not choose to fly American Airlines in the future

They delay flights regularly but there’s never any additional information...they just send you a text or email saying your flight is delayed, never tell you why, but they want you at the gate at the regular you sit there for hours with No further communication and the gate agents never come to the gate to let you know what’s going on or what to expect because corporate has gotten stingy with regard to compensating folks even when THEY are to blame for the delay. Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks.

While waiting to taxi out the second time the flight attended, Tyeesha, was very rude to an elderly gent. He was seated in an exit row and she didn't think him capable. The lady on the aisle of my row volunteered to switch and Tyeesha' s response was a sharp, "Do you want to pay the higher price too?" When the lady next to me said she would gladly pay Tyeesha announced loudly that this discussion was between the two of them and everyone else needed to mind their own business. The lady offering to switch was really embarrassed, as was the elderly gent. Someone else was made to switch with him. They looked disgruntled too. In the air all the flight attendants were sharp and very direct. There were no please or thank you's used. Trash was collected silently and mostly with pointing. The armrest to my left had five flavors of chewed gum stuck to the side of it. My lap tray had grey and yellow sticky stuff on it and I chose to hold my food rather than let the two touch. The floors were untidy. The only reason I will ever fly Allegiant again is if I have no other options. It is 60 minutes closer to my house than SLC and I will be making the drive from now on.

Pros: Cost. I felt like I got what I paid for. With big name carriers I'm never quite sure what I'm paying for. Allegiant got me from point A to point B in the same manner. I just didn't get complimentary peanuts. And I'm quite okay with that. Seating, space, cleanliness was the same as other carriers. As long as Allegiant maintains their planes I'll keep flying with them.
Cons: Everything was satisfactory. I don't have any complaints about this flight.

Cons: The staff at Ft Lauderdale airport was not customer focused. They were disorganized and rude. My friend paid $5 for his ticket to be printed and, at the very least, they should refund that. I'll never fly Allegiant again.

Pros: Unavoidable delays at Denver set this crew back an hour, but the gate agent tagged everyone's carry-on's to try and expedite or loading. David, the steward, was also pleasant and hustling to help people get on and off at Denver.

Cons: The flight on the way west was awful. It left Albany almost two hours late making me miss my connection to LA. At Newark airport the next two flights were overbooked so United put me up in a hotell The next morning the first two flights were overbooked but they put me on the third flight. That was supposed to come into LAX a half hour early but a passenger became very ill so they landed in Des Moines for the medical emergency. I realize that wasn't United's fault, but I don't think it should have taken so long to take off, and we were well over an hour late upon arrival.

Cons: Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation.

Cons: 2.5 hour delay!

Cons: The prior flight was delayed because after taxing, a crew wanted to remove an uncooperative passenger and went back to the gait. Subsequently, we arrived in Washington DC with only a few minutes before our next flight Albany was scheduled to leave. Because we had to do check our carry-on bags, we were 5 minutes later to the gait where the airline refused to wait for us to board although another passenger who did not have to wait for her bag was able to board the flight Albany. We therefore had to take a shuttle to Reagan international Airport, fly on a different airline to Hartford Connecticut, rent a car and drive 2 hours to finally reach our destination in Albany.

Cons: This is the fourth time that I've been bumped off of a flight because United overbooked. I'm in the military and each time I was trying to get home to family or fly family to me. I will never fly with United again.

Cons: That the flight was canceled without my notification, that United Airlines customer service team was extremely unhelpful and assumed that I could afford to pay for my luggage and a rental car because I missed my connecting flight (which I could have driven to if I was given proper notification that the connecting flight was canceled).

Cons: The staff were very nice but should have told us about the delays which added up to over 5 hrs. And they lost our luggage. This Newark to Albany flight is known for beinh incredibly unreliable.

Cons: 2 hour delay due to not catching maintenance deficiencies prior to boarding passengers. No sense of urgency when locating and prepping new aircraft.

Cons: Flight delayed in Washington, then after we boarded sat on a hot plane for an hour while flight crew did "training". United never apologises for delaying flights, seems like they don't care for the customers at all.
