Easy boarding and crew kind of ok.

There is a toilet for the main cabin right behind row 5. The door was constantly banging due to a long flight from Orlando to SFO 5hrs 23 mins. Very old uncomfortable first class seats with very little reclining due to the toilet being so close. Not good!!! No real entertainment unless you brought it with you. If this is the standard of United first class now think I will give it a miss in the future.

We took off on time and landed early.

This new Basic Economy is really awful. You have to check any carry on and you cannot pick a seat. I’m 6’3” and to be stuck in a window seat with two next to me is painful. There is absolutely no leg room if you’re over 5’10.

The woman at the gate was truly so wonderful and friendly - because TSA had caused so many people to be delayed, we were not the only ones rushing to the gate and she calmed us and gave us time to collect ourselves. Her demeanor was just so friendly.

Nothing- the minimal decrease in cost disappears by the time you check in.

A small over-the-shoulder soft bag cost 55$ each way to bring on-board. Seats do not recline, and our flight was delayed as many as 12 hours ahead of our flight for what amounted to a 3 hour difference in landing times. Attendants were neither apologetic or offered any explaination. We missed our hotel, we had to reschedule the pick-up for our rental car 3 times. Spirit is a disaster. Kayak would do better not to offer its flights through their service so as not to bring their own name down!

Service was horrible! I originally had a 3 hour layover before my connecting flight which was delayed several times for various reasons which I know can be uncontrollable at times. Once I landed I only had 10 minutes to make it to my next flight in which I asked one of the flight attendants if I could move to the front of the aircraft to try and catch it and she did not allow me to do so and that they had to offload the plane “front to back.” I have seen multiple other airlines that allowed people trying to get to their next flight front-loaded off the aircraft. Once I found I missed my flight I was told that I would have to wait until midnight to fly to Orlando and then fly to my final destination (Nashville) at 6 am the next morning. I asked the attendant if they were able to provide a hotel or at the very least a meal but that wasn’t the case. I understand that things happen that delay flights but I would think this airline would be able to help their customers any way they can and that definitely was not the case! I will never fly Frontier ever again.

Bad!

This is really weird. First of all, I booked the flight without paying attention that I was redirected to a flight booking website called Kiwi!!! I wouldn’t even recommend that you guys co-work with this kiwi website. I booked the flight with 20 hours layover, fine, I wanted to, to save money. But I have done math wrong and I realized I have to be on Portland by Sunday not Monday. So I go ahead and try to do manage booking and just change the date! I did but their portal just made me pay for 250 or something I don’t remember for the flight from Charlotte to Portland and I thought they will reimburse me part of original flight price after deducting any fees. But No it’s like nothing really happened and the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing they do is someone can’t reach out to any representative for this company. At all. It’s like they know, they are messed up so they avoid being on calls! How bad this is. Even when I get a number for them it’s not even free call it’s an international number. And after all of these, I get notifications from kayak, I don’t even know why. If kayak is stating that it’s nit responsible for any issues that could happen between a customer and any page he/she got redirected to, so why am I even getting notifications now? If you can really discuss and solve this out for me with the least I can get from this website called kiwi, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I’m not even using either. Small plane. Very good service. Did not suffer through the crazy multi level boarding calls that some airlines have. No super secret airline clubs that board first. Flying into the Marine terminal is the best part of the trip.

The wifi didn't seem to work at all on the plane.

Delta's free in-flight wi-fi for entertainment (movies, tv, music) on your own device is a big plus. Not so easy to find (there's sparse information in their magazine or seat-back brochure), but once you find it there's a wealth of options.

Just being able get home.

After madly rushing to get to the gate, we found out 5 minutes before scheduled boarding time that there would be a 15 minute delay in boarding. After that, we were told there would be another 30 minute delay. Once we were on board and the cabin doors were closed we were told there would be another 55 minute delay. Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!

Flight attendants were perfect

Beginning about 5.5 hours prior to departure I started getting text and email alerts indicating a sixty minute delay. Then thirty minute delay. Then sixty. Then none. I had to decide whether ir not to believe the alerts, get some things done and change my airport departure time .... or to disregard the alerts. Flight ended up leaving on time. Why the alerts??

The only good things about this flight were: - The crew at the gate were very friendly and attentive - We arrived safely without incident

We were delayed 2 times before boarding. We were delayed 1 more time while on the plane. The pilot told us there was equipment trouble that had been fixed, but there was paperwork to fill out and it would only be a few minutes...and then radio silence for 30 minutes before pulling back. The flight attendants rushed through the pre-flight announcents and I could only understand about 60% of it due to speed, volume and accent. Despite asking me for my drink order, it never came...and I only heard a few soda cans pop open at all. Did they just decide not to serve us? She even gave me a napkin for it. Luckily when they put the snack basket in front of me, there was a tiny bottle of water, which I grabbed...little did I know, that was all I would get. The flight attendants were just tapping in the back of the plane the rest of the flight. They didn’t even bother collecting garbage until we were on final approach. They also never did the normal checks before landing.

I wanted to say -- must be just on the larger flights then- as I had just gotten off a United flight from Honolulu to Chicago where there weee plenty of blankets. I just smiled and said ok.

there is no part i liked

Seat is highly uncomfortable and doesn’t recline, no space for legs, cabin air quality was stuffy, flight was bumpy (no one’s fault), landing was very rocky, no complimentary food or drinks, $55 carry on is insane. Feels like we as passengers are not cared about, spirit just wants to make money. I’ve never gotten off a spirit flight feeling good about the airline. Only reason I use this airline is if flight times work better than other airlines.

The price.

Before boardong the Frontier gate rep kept barking on the mic to clear the gate if you wete not group 1. Group 2, etc. She was sharp and had aytitude in her voice. There are better ways to get people to do something than to keep barking at them. A passenger had her cell ph on speaker and was very loud, before take off and immediately at touch down.

The Gogo Inflight wifi and entertainment did not work for even a minute. I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional.

Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.

The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

Flight attendants were perfect

Beginning about 5.5 hours prior to departure I started getting text and email alerts indicating a sixty minute delay. Then thirty minute delay. Then sixty. Then none. I had to decide whether ir not to believe the alerts, get some things done and change my airport departure time .... or to disregard the alerts. Flight ended up leaving on time. Why the alerts??

Just being able get home.

After madly rushing to get to the gate, we found out 5 minutes before scheduled boarding time that there would be a 15 minute delay in boarding. After that, we were told there would be another 30 minute delay. Once we were on board and the cabin doors were closed we were told there would be another 55 minute delay. Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!

The price.

Before boardong the Frontier gate rep kept barking on the mic to clear the gate if you wete not group 1. Group 2, etc. She was sharp and had aytitude in her voice. There are better ways to get people to do something than to keep barking at them. A passenger had her cell ph on speaker and was very loud, before take off and immediately at touch down.

Service was horrible! I originally had a 3 hour layover before my connecting flight which was delayed several times for various reasons which I know can be uncontrollable at times. Once I landed I only had 10 minutes to make it to my next flight in which I asked one of the flight attendants if I could move to the front of the aircraft to try and catch it and she did not allow me to do so and that they had to offload the plane “front to back.” I have seen multiple other airlines that allowed people trying to get to their next flight front-loaded off the aircraft. Once I found I missed my flight I was told that I would have to wait until midnight to fly to Orlando and then fly to my final destination (Nashville) at 6 am the next morning. I asked the attendant if they were able to provide a hotel or at the very least a meal but that wasn’t the case. I understand that things happen that delay flights but I would think this airline would be able to help their customers any way they can and that definitely was not the case! I will never fly Frontier ever again.

Bad!

This is really weird. First of all, I booked the flight without paying attention that I was redirected to a flight booking website called Kiwi!!! I wouldn’t even recommend that you guys co-work with this kiwi website. I booked the flight with 20 hours layover, fine, I wanted to, to save money. But I have done math wrong and I realized I have to be on Portland by Sunday not Monday. So I go ahead and try to do manage booking and just change the date! I did but their portal just made me pay for 250 or something I don’t remember for the flight from Charlotte to Portland and I thought they will reimburse me part of original flight price after deducting any fees. But No it’s like nothing really happened and the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing they do is someone can’t reach out to any representative for this company. At all. It’s like they know, they are messed up so they avoid being on calls! How bad this is. Even when I get a number for them it’s not even free call it’s an international number. And after all of these, I get notifications from kayak, I don’t even know why. If kayak is stating that it’s nit responsible for any issues that could happen between a customer and any page he/she got redirected to, so why am I even getting notifications now? If you can really discuss and solve this out for me with the least I can get from this website called kiwi, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I’m not even using either. The woman at the gate was truly so wonderful and friendly - because TSA had caused so many people to be delayed, we were not the only ones rushing to the gate and she calmed us and gave us time to collect ourselves. Her demeanor was just so friendly.

Nothing- the minimal decrease in cost disappears by the time you check in.

A small over-the-shoulder soft bag cost 55$ each way to bring on-board. Seats do not recline, and our flight was delayed as many as 12 hours ahead of our flight for what amounted to a 3 hour difference in landing times. Attendants were neither apologetic or offered any explaination. We missed our hotel, we had to reschedule the pick-up for our rental car 3 times. Spirit is a disaster. Kayak would do better not to offer its flights through their service so as not to bring their own name down!
