The flight was only 50 mins long and the views out the window were amazing. So we didi’t notice the lack of entertainment

Kiwi charged me , and sent me the confirmation letter, but when I check in at the airport, they said the payment is declined!!! But Kiwi has already deducted my money on my bank account. I end up with buying a new ticket at a much hiher price due to the last minute booking!!!! I double paid this trip, what a horrible experience!! You need to refund me! Right now!!
my daughter is a nervous on flights - the flight attendant was an angel -calming her and assuring her that all is is OK. I really appreciated that as a parent.
Overall good experience but for long distances there really needs to be more room.

A child was loud throughout which made the trip less than optimal. Crew was great and professional. They need to change the automatic seat belt announcement which is too loud and had other unneeded words like "this is XYZ announcement number one'
Service was good, but I lost my baggage. There should be more accountability to passengers, and more concern to help find lost baggage.
Seats were great. Business class service has been cut entirely, not even a water handed out
It has been 1 week since arriving at my destination and I still have not recieved my kite surfing bags. Office will not communicate properly on location or when my bags will arrive. No advice on what to do on luggage that has not arrived in over a week. Simply not happy with Kenya airways at the moment.
Excellent. They canceled our flight & put us up for the night. Then upgraded us. We are impressed
The flight attendants on this flight were incredible! One even gave me her own dinner when my special meal order wasn’t transferred due to a flight delay! She insisted and I was so grateful. That is going above and beyond! The issue I had with the flight was with Lufthansa support. I missed my connection due to a flight delay and they wouldn’t rebook online, only in person. This took a lot of time and visits to the airport waiting for a Lufthansa agent to arrive 5 hours later than posted and almost paying full-fare price for the new flights and refusal to add my special meal orders. It made for a challenging journey home and I didn’t feel valued as a customer.
If my flight from Heathrow to Nairobi had not been cancelled I would’ve been in kisumu to fly back! And I have still not had my refund! So you have my cash and I’ve got nothing in return. Wonderful!
The boarding process was smooth and the seat quite comfortable. The snack served was tasty. There could have been better entertainment options available. The crew was quite courteous and friendly.
