Cons: I was worried about traveling with a fractured humerus to Guadalajara. The crew took an extra step to make sure I was comfortable and moved me to the first row without asking to be moved. That was a huge relief knowing that if I had to use the restroom I didn’t have to wake up anyone.

Cons: They pushed my flight forward 15 hours but didn't tell me until five hours before my flight. Not only that but they didn't change the second leg of my trip so I was on the phone for an hour trying to straighten it out. Very stressful.

Cons: Lady told me my bag was too big and tried to force me to check it. I’ve flown all over the world with this bag and never had a problem. Also when I walked down to the plane, I just walked right in and the bag fit perfectly and nobody said anything. She needs help with how she handles these things.

Cons: Checking in terrible over two to get checked in and boarding. Cabin service very very slow and to top it all our luggage did now show at destination

Pros: The flight attendants were unfriendly and not very attentive. Although one person did get sick and caused the crew to be shorthanded that’s no excuse to not smile and be friendly. I wanted to throw away some beverage cups and no flight attendant came through for almost an hour. The food sucked.

Cons: Much better food, even though we were economy class the food could have been better. Also, I was told and researched that there would be an AC outlet at my seat and all there was is a USB port. I rented a portable CPAP machine and couldn’t use it. Cost me $120.

Pros: We were given 100 different excuses for our overnight delay and processing all the passengers took much too long.

Cons: Tell the truth and be prepared to resolve it quickly. We waited on the plane for more than an hour and then again in the airport to get our new tickets and vouchers that no restaurant would accept.

Cons: Boarding was a disaster, people didn’t have seats which caused a delay in boarding. It was a mess. The seats were uncomfortable and too small. I know it’s a short flight but it was just too tight in there. The flight was delayed and the communication was all over; the time was constantly changin

Pros: Lots of leg room, smooth flights and plenty of notification of any upcoming turbulence. Delta did fantastic with keeping everything from check-in to landing friendly and professional. Will definitely fly again
