On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

Cons: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever."

The warm food was terrible and the non-hot food was completely frozen so even if I wanted to eat it, this wouldn't be possible. Individual seat in-flight entertainment screens have been the norm for many years, yet this plane had the community-style in-flight entertainment. Half of the time, the screens weren't working, which just made matters worse. The total lack of legroom and chair ergonomics made getting comfortable nearly impossible. I was literally in pain sitting in these seats. I live in Prague and visit family in the US often. This was my first experience with American Airlines' newer direct flight option from Prague to Philadelphia; based on the extreme discomfort of the inflight features and to top it off it was the highest price I've paid for a flight back home...(total lack of value for the money! )I would go out of my way to make sure I never take this route again."

If I had known I would have fixed the issue months ago. Multiple people viewed my ticket and passport before arriving in Philadelphia and no one caught this error until right as I was boarding the flight to Paris."

Cons: "The aircraft is out dated and less comfortable than an old bus. It’s time that ALL airplanes will feel as comfortable as a movie theater. And have screens and wifi .. and be comfortable to even take a knapp"

Pros: "The staff was pleasant and outgoing."
Cons: "The flight was delayed about a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The seats were slightly uncomfortable and that's based mostly because of the people around you. The lady in front of me pushed her seat all the way back up against my knees in one fell swoop catching me by surprise, her constant moving around didn't help the situation."

Pros: "Reliable way to get to Houston. Very short flight, so doesn't make sense to have food service besides the one drink they offer."

Pros: "Good food seats lay flat to sleep on business clas"

Cons: "Seat 1A lack of leg room."

Pros: "I try to fly with Lufthansa every time I travel to Turkey. They never fail to be great! Their service is very good. Their airplanes always seem to be new or kept up very well."

Cons: "The flight was over 4 hours delayed, and I didn't receive a notification that it was delayed until an hour after the flight was supposed to take off, which would have been ideal given that I had to pay 5x surge pricing for my uber to get there by the original scheduled time. Once we were about to board the plane, we were told again that it was further delayed. The crew was cranky and tired as they had clearly been dealing with delay issues the whole day. There were no tv's on the flight and we were told there would be free wifi to stream to our phones, however the wifi was so slow that it couldn't even load a single picture from the internet. Oh, there were also no decent food options on the flight. I will avoid United at all costs in the future, as my flight down was also over 3 hours delayed."

Cons: "Entertainment is boring and tired, United use to offer better free shows and movies!"

Cons: "The flight attendant was an angry person. Her attitude was appalling."

Cons: "The fact that so little room and very uncomfortable."

Pros: "It got us from a to b but not much more to be said!"
Cons: "The idea of the entertainment system broadcast to your hand held device is fine - it didn't work for me though."

Cons: "2.5 hour delay, people were nice, but I missed my connection."

Pros: "First through all the issues I will say that the staff was nice and helped us the best they could to fix what went wrong. Except one thing..."
Cons: "The flight to Chicago got delayed due to weather (not Uniteds fault), then got stuck in Sioux Falls due to need for gas (also not Uniteds fault), but when we finally got to Chicago and got told we couldn't continue on to our destination for two days United refused to get us a hotel room. They said that since no one had entered the mechanical failure that made us stay in Sioux Falls (also not Uniteds fault) that they couldn't give us rooms at a hotel. What a crock. We ended up having to borrow money from my in laws to be able to afford a hotel room for 2 days."

Pros: "I was impressed that he came into the cabin to talk to us face-to-face instead of just over the intercom. He was friendly and humorous at boarding, and completely serious when he needed to divert. Explained clearly why and kept us informed of next steps."

Cons: "They don't assign seats ahead of time, in FCA...too much "juggling" people around prior to boarding."

Pros: "We didn't have those annoying corrals of groups and we were called by our groups so it made the boarding VERY easy and civilized."
Cons: "I suggest on these surveys to have a Non-applicable section for food/entertainment as many of the flights don't offer these."

Cons: "I had to be in New Orleans at 12:00am so I could arrive home for an important interview on Monday morning.. My trip was cancelled and I had no knowledge of this until my arrival to the airport.. I had to pay an additional 75.00 to go back to Racine then another 75.00 to head back the next morning. When i arrived to New Orleans I was charged an additional 30.00 dollars for parking!"

Pros: "The employees were very helpful."
Cons: "Leg room was good in exit row seat but the seat itself was awful. Very uncomfortable. Having flown in exit row sests before was surprised at hiw bad it was."
