Pros: Crew was friendly and efficient. The flight got in slightly early. Baggage was swiftly delivered after our arrival.
Cons: Very little legroom. I would have appreciated a small lunch item, beyond a tiny bag of almonds or two small cookies. But this is where we are these days with air travel.

Cons: We had delays EVERYWHERE. What is usually a 40 minute flight from Birmingham to Atlanta took an hour & 25 minutes. Once I landed, I had to connect allll the way on the other side of the airport. Once in air, things were fine, just hot. However, due to weather, we had to fly for an additional 45 minutes in the sky. The crew was as nice as they could be in that situation just overall a frustrating.

Last time I was stranded in the Atlanta airport overnight waiting literally all night for them to return my luggage (which never came, and then was late even to my final destination). Cons: No food, snacks are okay though so this is a wash considering it was a short flight. Sky priority bagging ... doesn't matter. We saw several other bags get unloaded along with ours. No Delta lounge at the destination (RNO)

Pros: It was my first time to fly Air France. They exceeded my exceptions. The service was great and they made sure we were very comfortable. I will definitely fly Air France again.

Wrong information was given to many passengers as far as checking in baggage and being sent to several line ques for the agent to tell me in the end that I was told the information incorrectly since the beginning. I therefore was unable to board my flight on time, got switched to a new flight and the new flight was delayed for 3.5 hours.

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for.

Cons: the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM.

Pros: All cabin crew were courteous. Refreshments were light. Check stuff were helpful, they did devise that the flight was full and due to space hand luggage would prefer to be put in hold free of charge. We did not have any problem with this. Plane was clean.

Pros: My flight wasn't completely full, so I had a row to myself. The pilot was excellent; takeoff and landing were very smooth.
Cons: I had to gate check my luggage because of the small plane size. Had I had a shorter layover this could have caused an issue for me.

Cons: First, the gate staff in Dublin called my name to assure my bag was arriving to JFK. They assured it is! Guess what! The bag never arrived and was stock in London!

Cons: Operated by American Airlines and the service was poor The air attendants just threw the food down and the flight was not even full Had to pay for drinks- never have to do this on British Airways. Not equal service considering they are partners

Pros: Confusion, delays, rude employees...you name it, this trip had it. I will do my best to avoid flying with these guys in the future.
Cons: Flight delayed 15 hours. Poor communication and outright lies from staff. Unwillingness to help find or pay for a place to spend the night. Rude staff

Cons: The ticket was printed as Avianca trans to American Airlines. That was wrong. The ticket was for Avianca and I went to American and I lost a lot of time. Then the line was long and took me for ever to check in

Pros: The flight was delayed, apparently due to weather. I rebooked this flight after the first two legs were canceled. I was given an economy plus seat for this flight which made it more enjoable.

Cons: There were seats on the plane that were "inoperative". How is that possible or safe or legal?

Cons: Inattentive flight attendants, overhead space was not well managed. Cash only

Pros: I thought the crew was friendly and the food was pretty good.
Cons: The plane did not have personal TVs, which means they showed a handful of bad movies overhead and on a nine hour flight, it's hard not to be able to pick a movie or pick a TV show.

Cons: The flight was delayed 2 hours and the gates were so crowded. Plane was very crowded, my luggage almost went missing

Cons: You need to add a not applicable choice to your list. I did not eat the snacks offered on the flight nor was there any entertainment that I could find.

Pros: The food was good. The flight attendants were friendly and provided good customer service. The flight was pretty smooth (little turbulence).
Cons: The flight was delayed over 11 hours for maintenance. They provided car service back to our home but we waited an hour at JFK for the vendor Skyway to arrive. The car had a bad odor and the driver didn't know who he was picking up or where he was taking us. Should seriously consider contracting with a different vendor. The next morning, after we boarded, we waited an hour on the plane before taking off while they searched for a maintenance book. The entertainment system did not work at all nor did the Wi-Fi. Overall American Airlines did a very poor job communicating the delays ahead of time. I won't be flying an international flight with AA again.

Cons: Having only 35 minutes to change planes due to cancelled initial flight. Miserable at best experience.

Pros: Although the flight was booked solid I was bery comfortable. The plane had frontal entertainment which made time go by fast.

Cons: The temperature on the flight was super warm. I was uncomfortable. I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude.

Cons: They boarded us in spite of the fact that the flight had been delayed 40 minutes. We were all getting alerts on our phones but were told to disregard it and board anyway. We then had to sit on the runway for 40+ minutes until we could take off. Since we were traveling with two small children, it would have been preferable to spend those extra 40 minutes in the terminal rather than on the plane.

Pros: Pleasant, uneventful flights.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Not the flights problem that I have sciatic issues and get very unconfortable, not going to lie I was more uncomfortable than I thought I’d be. Bathrooms were clean and staff was wonderful! Besides the long flight and my own back issues, great flight.

Cons: Every.single.time I take this flight we sit and wait for upwards of 30 minutes for someone to be available to park/unload the plane. The wait is so consistent it’s ridiculous.

Cons: It took 35+ mins for bags to be unloaded in claim area. And I was 1st class!

Pros: Upgraded Business Economy was much nicer than regular Economy. The flight got in to Tampa early.
Cons: Bathroom not maintained during flight. Vomiting child seated behind us (which I know was not the airlines fault, it was gross though).

Cons: We waited an hour and a half for de-icing in Bozeman and I nearly missed a connecting flight in Denver

Pros: Flight was on time, smooth with efficient boarding and quick baggage retrieval.
Cons: Only one beverage service shortly after takeoff. No additional offers of drink or snack on 6 hour flight. Attendants were sitting around in rear galley. One was knitting! I told them that trash receptacle was full in restroom. The response was "I'll put on gloves and "push it down" but it was still unusable fifteen minutes later. Had to pay $7.99 to access flight map. No earbuds were offered. Attendants were invisible except for collecting trash.

Cons: I couldn't take my computer bag on board and had to empty it because of the small space overhead. Bozeman airport was very nice. Easy to maneuver in the airport.

Cons: Way overcharge for 3rd bag -$150 for single relatively small bag!

Pros: The attendants tried to be cheerful in a difficult situation.
Cons: Once we were boarded we waited for a long time in a crowded stifling hot plane. Requests to the crew were met with helplessness on their part!

Cons: Getting bags checked was a nightmare in Bozeman with United. Way understaffed behind the counter. This is a typical problem in Bozeman at Peaks.

Cons: Boarding process is broken. They start boarding on time, 50 minutes before the flight, but the group system they use doesn't get people on efficiently. Both legs of the flight took over an hour before the plane was remotely ready to move.

Cons: The united employee starting with the man in the ticket area by the gate. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. He was talking to me like was a dumb person. He was explaining to me that I could only take one bag on the plane and it was how he explained it to me that I did not like. United needs to work on getting rid of people like him, they are agitators.

Cons: We were delayed due to mechanical issues, had to wait for a new plane...took a long time - 90+ minutes. However, they kept us in the loop and we knew exactly what to expect. Handled as well as can be expected.

Cons: We had to sit and wait for a while because nobody picked up the captain and co-pilot at their hotel. There was no AC in Raleigh while we were waiting, so the plane got pretty hot. The captain said "they should've known this plane has no AC and hooked up the external power, and I apologize". It wasn't great.

Pros: Food was better than ever and crew was very good. Usually mid flight meal which is wonton soup is luke warm. For the first time it was hot and got hot chili delivered separately. It was actually good. Breakfast also better than usual.

Cons: Luggage lost or left in Chicago with meds including insulin, had to stay in motel in Portland, ME to wait for morning flight. Hope luggage is on that flight. He needed his meds and only wanted to help when they said there was too much baggage. Mr. Perrin had only one carrying with everything in it. The flight itself was fine and he had good aisle seats and wheelchair at all points, but the lost luggage with the important meds caused a problem. We hope United found it.

Pros: Held flight from Chicago to Harrisburg so we could make connection. Arrived MDT only 30 minutes later than original schedule.

Pros: The crew was the most polite, calm and reassuring crew I've ever come across. When faced with the mounting frustrations of a cabin full of delayed passengers, these guys were smooth as silk. Bravo!
Cons: Being grounded due to weather is unfortunate, but the team did so well in managing expectations, it's hard to be mad.

Cons: Unfortantely their was a mechanical problem that delayed the flight. I understand that failures occur, but only having one mechanic available to work this problem is not good. What happend to the two person concept when working on critical aircraft systems? Pretty hard landing at Chicago.
