Flight did not have wifi service. It was experiencing technical difficulties. Definitely and old plane that needs updating.
Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.
It was perfect! I've never flown with United before, but I definitely will in the future
They lost my luggage, so, not happy. The crew was nice but my suitcases never made it, still trying to find out what happened!
Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.
My priority checked bag was not loaded on the flight. I had to sit in baggage claim in Las Vegas for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the next flight. All baggage staff were very helpful, tracking showed it as scanned for loading. Nobody told me why it wasn't on my flight.
Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
First class felt like economy, seats were horrible, food was horrible, staff inattentive
Entertainment system did not function screen kept trying to reset. There was no beverages handed out luckily it was short flight.
The flight was delayed by about an hour due to a maintenance issue which later then required a change of planes. The crew was great and friendly. The in-flight entertainment did not play properly on Apple Vision Pro in a Safari browser. Although the movie trailers would play fine, the actual movies themselves just had a black screen with audio. There must be something with copy protection or something that isn’t compatible with the Safari browser on Apple Vision Pro. The free inflight Wi-Fi for American Airlines Advantage members is a nice bonus. and is great that they aren’t charging extra for things that have become basic utilities in 2026, like internet access.
I wish I could've gotten a refund 😕 I never even got 😪 to go on my trip.
Mostly great. Only issue was with the WiFi. Halfway through the flight it was spotty and I was unable to work as I planned. This impacted my work products as I am traveling for business and it was an unexpected hindrance which was inconvenient. Flight here was amazing. For a 5 hour flight something more than a Biscoff would be nice but I’m just swinging at windmills I guess…
The gates should be ready when we land. Waiting on the runway for a hour is ridiculous.
Better service. No food options, but we did get drinks and a cookie.
We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.
We will be writing a long, detailed letter to corporate about our awful experience with American airlines.
They don't make it easy or promote their food options. Dirty plane. Delayed.
Very helpful ground crew after an earlier flight delay and being rebooked on a different flight.
I was a little disappointed of not having an android charger. Only one it was for an iPhone. I've flown American in the past and had access to one.
