DL486 could not get to the gate due to jet bridge malfunction. We moved gates. The connecting flight of LAX to MCO was not communicated with. Even though we were in the same terminal, DL482 left without about 10 of us, including a mother and her 3 children. I got to the gate at 7:34 am which is past the 7:20 am last call for a 7:35 am departure. Had they waited 5 minutes, all of us would have made it on board.
Delta has joint the nickel and diming airlines. The experience is getting worst by the day. 1,000,000 miles for a trip to Asia in Business Class where I got the same thing for just under 90,000 miles through an Asian airline. Where is Richard Anderson? Please come back!
Crew and support were very good; lounge was very good. Seat was narrow and very close to other passengers; lie flat is more complicated and exposed to the aisleways.
Very bad multiple confusion and miscommunication which i ended up missing my flight.
The experience was bad. Flight was delayed to handle maintenance (understandable) but still there was some dew forming and dropping as droplets on few seats. Internet at best was allowing some browsing but at a snail pace.
Both of my flights to and from JFK experienced significant delays. Most notably, my first flight was delayed by six hours due to crew members being affected by delays on a previous flight. While I understand that disruptions can occur, Delta’s staffing and operational planning should include sufficient contingency measures to handle situations like this rather than placing the full burden of those delays on customers. Additionally, the $12 meal voucher offered as compensation was inadequate, particularly given the high cost of food and beverages at the airport. Considering the length of the delay and the substantial inconvenience caused, I believe more meaningful compensation would have been appropriate.
Comfortable seats. Nice service online. Short flight, so not a lot of time to enjoy.
I love the free WiFi!! Crew was nice. Bathroom was decent. First time flying delta in a long time and I enjoyed it. Will definitely look into booking with Delta more but I think Delta is a little more expensive than the other airlines.
Since it wasn’t a Delta flight, I was not able to sit with my group and there was no entertainment.
Three adults, three children. They did not give us seats together. Two seats together, in row 23, one in 13, one in 14, one in 10, and one in 17. When we got on the plane, the crew tried to ask people to move but basically threw up their hands. One person moved so we had two pairs of seats together. The 1.5 year old sat on a parent's lap (despite having paid for his own seat).
premium economy is expensive but worth it for the comfort and food on a long flight
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.
Good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Flight was slightly delayed due to airport construction, but they still arrived on time.
This is the worst airline I’ve ever been on in my life and I’ve been probably on 75% of them. I said 15 years ago I would never go on United again. I was an idiot. I booked a flight with them from Las Vegas to San Francisco and of course they screwed that up and cost me a day flying all over the world trying to get to Thailand. My luggage was gone for 35 hours all because they couldn’t make their route on time
Mean flight attendant. I wanted to reuse my plastic cup, but he (Matthew) said he can't for safety. I then said "I don't want water then" and he poured me a glass. I hope Matthew gets herpes and spends the rest of his life poor, lonely, and homeless.
Both flights delayed. 2nd flight over 3 hours late mechanical issues
Flight was delayed 45 minutes because originating flight was coming from Newark. No complimentary snacks were offered on this 5+ hour flight. No screens for the flight, but movies offered if you had already downloaded the United app (which I hadn't on my ipad). No USB ports, only a flimsy plug-in port near the bottom of the seat that was hard to see and kept coming unplugged.

Boarding was fast and orderly from Mx to Houston. The air around our feet was very cold, it made the flight very uncomfortable.
They miss placed a piece of luggage. My kids booster seat. How am I supposed to drive home with no booster seat?
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
I was charge $90 for my bag more then the fight crazy!! And the plain hit a couple of birds on the take off bird strikes we returned back and had to change planes bad customer service everyone has an attitude problem!!! Bad experience!!!
They closed the gate over 25 minutes before departure and I didn’t get to board.
They no longer offer anything free to eat or drink, everything is sold, not even a bottle of water is offered for free.
The terminal and gate was never the right one announced in the Viva App, neither in screens, moved from one terminal to another

Viva aerobús didn’t let me check in to my flight even when there was more than an hour before take off.
Hate it. They do not provide any food or drinks during the flight, unless you pay. They also charge a ton of money to bring a carry on bag. And their customer service is the worst. I will never fly with them again.
Unfortunately it was not a good flight got canceled had to be at the airport all night long to get a different flight to another airport my first flight with Volaris was very bad. Poor services
Better communication about delayed flight. I am thankful for a small credit for late flight.
Terrible. And they charged over $400 just for luggage. And threatened that I would loose my flight if I didn’t pay. So I didn’t have another choice but to pay.
The flight was delayed an hour and a half, and they would not update the board on when the flight was supposed to take off. Once the plane arrived, they started the boarding process before the plane was even ready for the passengers so we had to wait another 45 minutes on the tarmac while we waited for the plane to be ready for us. In my opinion, there is no point in starting the boarding process when you are not ready to board the plane. This just causes a crowded gate with everyone from zone one and zone two standing up going nowhere.
My experience was good. But it seems that every time I go on Volaris the plane is always full, not sure if because the price is cheaper. And the flight attendants kept hitting my shoulder every time they walked by the aisle with their food cart. I’m 6’4” so I barely fit in the seat next to the aisle. Plus the seat was defective. I had a hard time raising the lever where I rest my left arm. I tried calling the flight attendant 3 times if she could assist me but she was too busy talking in the back with her fellow flight attendants. Finally after 20 mins she looked my way and she too struggled to fix the problem but she finally raised it so I could get out of my seat.
I never got an email for checking in for my flight back to Los Angeles so I got to airport extra early to sort it. they changed the gate, and so I had to run to the other end of the airport. Their app is wonky. They are not on WhatsApp and I didn’t have cell service to call for help. I think they need to up their game with communicating.

When you make the 3 Lines to board de airplane , I believe that you should make only one line first and then call the next and then last ,,, because the number 3 wait to long just standing there ,, my opinion !!!
