Subpar. The seating on the plane is almost unbearable. We are literally touching and/or sitting on each other which is totally unacceptable and shameful. Pilots and crew was very accommodating and friendly.
I love Delta the flight attendants were personable and the flight arrived 1/2 earlier thanks expected. All a plus. The gate agent was a bit flustered but even with that I still had a good experience. Her supervisor assisted me.
two hour delay and the Delta representative on the PA system was unable to understand

The flight was delayed for about 2 hrs. Other than it, it was good.
My issue was with TSA agents for delta airlines. My luggage got flagged. The agent was going thru another persons first. He took 20 min to go thru hers. I asked them to bring mine closer so I could sit down . They said you can go sit it will be fine. I said I am supposed to keep my eyes on my bags at all times. The agent was meticulously unwrapping 2 gifts that the lady had and then tried to re warp it. He was trying to be kind i get it but 20 min for me to stand watching him do that was ridiculous. It was 6 am and there were a ton of travelers. Mine was flagged for some air packed tea that I bought in Turkey. My previous delta flight and 2 others before didn’t flag it. Consistency would be nice. Also on the flight the window shades were down for take off and landing - I thought that was very odd I thought they had to remain open for take off and landing.
The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please
Overall it was not that bad! The delay on the second leg to Indianapolis , was really unexpected!!
The flight was oversold and they kept on announcing they were looking for a volunteer to give away their seat, but the announcement has to be louder and clear @ gate 88 and also must precise. Additionally, the departure time kept on changing. But overall it was fine since it was a short flight.
I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
It was a good flight and we arrived on time, plane was clean.
The flight was fine. Long wait at security and for wheelchair. Got to gate about 5 minutes before boarding
It was our first time flying wit Air Canada. I found most everything very good, however, our flights leaving and returning were both delayed. And we were met with no place to de-board the plane and had to wait an additional 45 minutes on the plane after arrival. That was very disappointing. Also hefty fees both ways on what would normally be a carry on bag on any other airline.
Traveling from Montreal to SFO, after landing in SFO, there was no announcement about where to claim our luggages. Our gate was in Terminal 1, and went to the luggage claim area in T1, but couldn't find any information on the screen. Eventually, an airport agent told us that our luggages would arrive in Terminal 2 luggage claim area.
Great flights. Only criticism is when landed I. Montreal, wheelchair service has no signage or anyone letting you know where to go , just an older gentleman at the desk looking confused
This is a regional jet. As far as those go it was average. Again poor quality for an expensive seat. Not worth the upgrade
All went really well. Except that I was randomly chosen to be thoroughly checked!!
We were reluctant to travel with Air Canada after reading many bad reviews; however, we were more than satisfied with the experience flying from San Francisco to Montreal and back. Seats were comfortable (although on the return flight we had very little leg room) and the crew was friendly and competent. The entertainment was outstanding, with hundreds of choices, from movies to shows to comedy. Our luggage was delivered in a timely manner (a little slow in San Francisco) and we were sent tracking notices all along the way through the Air Canada app. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Air Canada again.
it was by far the worst business class experience i've had. the food was awful, the staff was worthless and lazy, the drinks were warm, no blankets. dirty bathroom.
I could not even make this flight due to Air Canada delay on my first flight. I had to be booked with American Airlines and arrived 13 1/2 hours late. Terrible customer service.
