The aircraft had a loud weird noise for the whole time, it was scary and uncomfortable.

The air conditioning was extremely cold and I got very sick after the trip

They canceled flight and never reached out to anyone instead they put us in a hotel with a flight changing to 12 hours later not considering the plans everyone has to make last minute changes, I simple call a few hours before flight would have been appreciated.

Boarding was a nightmare (same reason I gave on flight from POA to São Paulo).

No entertainment system for a long flight (9+ hours), Checked baggage wasn't properly ticket as priority (due to loyalty status I have with the company). Flight wasn't operated by Azul, but by HiFly, in a very old and not updated Airbus

It was decent. I was sitting in the very back row of the aircraft, so it is difficult to gauge overall comfort from a notoriously undesirable seat in any aircraft.

Terrible Flight cancelled Long wait for replacement Lost my paid for priority seating Food options abysmal quality Uncomfortable seats

I have my tickets bought since June 2024 with extra space sits. Azul sends us emails every time to change flights. I was in vacation I naively did not think it would bring me any harm. Further, I am Diamond Client (Top fidelity club rank). During checking in this flight, I did not have the extra space, nor multimedia set (this does not affect me, I really do not care, I prefer to watch my own videos). My complaints have not being considered by the attendant, which said she was not from Azul and could not do anything and the she really did not care. She also said I should respect the other passengers. I have bought my tickets 6 months earlier, I had bought extra space, I switched flights thinking Azul was fair enough to keep my ticket settings, I am on the top of the fidelity class and I still have to listen to moral lessons of an attendant which does not even work for Azul. When an Azul employee came (the only information I have is her name is Chris) she validated the other company attendant. I have complained to Azul and still wait for an answer, but they keep calling me to renew my fidelity club, which unfortunately I already did days before my check in. Azul should pay more attention to proposals of switching flights (downgrading setting acquired in advance) and train better their employees and the employees of their associates. I have always had Azul as a top flighting company, after that experience I have changed my perception (and I won´t ever by extra space sits in advance, it must be changed and eventually you will receive a voucher you will never be able to used) and don´t participate in any fidelity program (they are only concerned to your fidelity with respect to them, not the other way around, you may even listen to a moral lesson in that case).

The flight we booked that left at 10 am was canceled without explanation at 4 am the flight they moved us to was 9 hours later.

The flight was supposed to be on a Airbus A330 Neo and it wasn’t. The airplane was pretty old, none of the entertainment screens was working.

Business Class was great with two exceptions: they should board Business Class Only first, then loyalty, then handicapped and families with young children then by zone. With all the loyalty and credit card holders and families with kids, dozens boarded before us and we were in row 3. My only other compliant with Air Canada is they don’t serve drinks and snacks in business class until at a cruising altitude. Transat and Emirates serve prior to takeoff which is especially nice during boarding of big planes and de-icing.

The only good part was what we paid for, we travelled premium economy, good comfort travelling with a baby. Flight with AirCanada was again delayed for more than 4 hours, service level is horrible and they don't care. They deliver the bare minimum for a world class price. If you can avoid canadian air lines, do so, oligopoly does not help them to strive for any service level.

We left over 2 hours late and they didn't even give us a complimentary snack, when getting to the desk I asked if I could be put in a row with only 1 other person or an empt y one I was told the flight was full when the last two rows were empty. All around over it

Again, we were rerouted all the way to Zurich and had a longer journey than expected.

Overall a good experience as this leg I was in Business Class. The Lounge was amazing with a view of the planes. The flight attendant spoke way to quickly when giving the information for take off and landing and it would be of no use to a first time traveler. Overall a great airline to travel on.

Smooth on-time flight but NO AC in the middle of the cabin. Business Class and the rear of the cabin were too cold but mid-cabin was stuffy and hot with virtually no air coming out of the ducts. Made for a very long and uncomfortable flight.

Air Canada’s problems are not staff related by and large, no. The problem is tiny jets between the U.S. and Canada - yes, believe it or not they are still “international” (just ask our own Mango Maniac in power in the U.S.). The little aisle is compounded by a design flaw of a “dog leg” starting at seat 12. Woe be unto you if you sit here as passengers and attendants do not have sufficient room to not hit you in the face with backpacks. One thing I will say very positively about Air Canada is you still provide pillows and blankets on transcontinental flights to all, not just the elites. Your tiny improperly designed jets are also a problem flying city to city within Canada also. One can only say you remind us of a “Jet Blue” or “Spirit” experience. Also your luggage space is downright Byzantine! We will endeavor to avoid you and use other U.S. carriers, albeit charging more.

Terrible canceled flight and lost my luggage. Flew me to Halifax. Tgat flight was delayed, had to spend night in airport chair.

The airplane has been replaced and late night layover have been extended from 3 to 7 and the only compensation was a $15 food voucher after most restaurants have been closed, not helping with children after a 18+ hour international flight

My seat was not comfortable. Flight was smooth. Regretfully we had two delays before takeoff
