The crew wasn’t nice at all The food was bad
Checking in was simple with no problems. They made the process easy. Very courteous!
The crew was very professional.
The WiFi was very intermittent and made the entertainment hard to watch.
Delayed Swiss flight 8 tue 12 dec 2017 led to catastrophe
My United connecting flight was delayed. I rushed to arrive at the gate prior to the departure time to be told the plane had left early and I had been rescheduled to the next morning at 7am. However, there were no vouchers available for me to stay in a hotel or get food. So, I was able to get a flight on American that got me home the same night. By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights.

Lack of complimentary food - not even a snack as far as I can remember - for almost 5 hours flight. Really?

Movie selection was weak.
Food was fair, and the boarding process involved multiple checks by the same people, of the same documents. Seems redundant, and there are probably more productive ways to check. Seats very uncomfortable for such a new plane. Ugh, can’t wait to get off. Movie selection mediocre.

Connecting flight experience - Had to wait in a line for around 5 hours just to speak with a customer service representative at the London airport because my previous flight was delayed and I had missed my connecting flight.
Seats were comfortable and staff was very attentive as well as respectful of us when I was sleeping
There was condensation leaking from the ceiling of the cabin. A crew member said this was normal, would have been nice to know this ahead of time to reassure me that for a first-time overseas flier that this is normal.
My seat was comfortable, with good head and neck support.
BA doesn't allow guitars as carry ins, unlike most every other overseas carrier. That's a major negative for me, and I've spread the word to other musicians who will avoid the company. Terrible policy.
Announcement was made that flight was delayed for at least two hours and that delay might be longer or might be cancelled. Desk staff specifically said they would not help rebook until the 2 hour delay had passed. I bought a ticket on Delta amd actually flew to London.
