Pros: Logjam Manila traffic, confusion at MNL, late for check in, but staff got me on the plane. Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. Thank You !!

Pros: The crew was wonderful. Polite and professional. The meals were very good for economy class.

Cons: The seats felt like there was no padding in the seat. The back was fine.

Cons: Siting at exit row gave more legroom thus more comfortable and more sleep. Disadvantage is that apurar must be stowed in bin overhead which is not within reach. It’s a bit of inconvenient and feeling insecure for important papers and $ inside.

Cons: The boarding was processed by one agent. He did a fine job but took too long to board. Needed to have 2 people managing boarding the plane

Pros: On this short flight, the flight attendant was wonderful, accommodating special requests and being fully engaged with passengers. On time departure, early arrival, overall a nice quick flight to Duluth.

Cons: CRJ200 planes are always a bit cramped, and having to gate check anything bigger than a small purse is an inconvenience. Hopefully the fleet will change over to the Embrair planes soon. Beware 'Basic' flyers (cheap tickets): you are not eligible to take an earlier flight even if available.

Pros: Delta crews are very friendly and helpful. Seats are 'good' on the E175 plane - better than the cramped CRJ200 on some other short flights. We boarded early, left a little early and arrived early. Nothing to complain about, except maybe a crying baby behind me, but that's not Delta's fault. :)

Pros: The crew and staff were friendly. The flight was full so they checked our bag at no additional charge.

Cons: This was not a low cost flight such as Ryan Air, etc. I expect British Airways to provide at least complimentary water, which they did not! Come on! For $240 per ticket you could at least offer a free glass of water and a pack of peanuts.

Cons: We made reservations on Premium economy which was overbooked so we did not get a seat assignment until reaching the gate. However they upgraded us to business class so we were delighted.

Cons: I sat in a middle seat, sandwiched in between a passenger who had an aisle seat on my left and another passenger who had a window seat on my right. It would have been okay, but both were much larger than me and with the seat already a bit narrow, I felt like a sardine on this flight.

Cons: Well they lost my luggage after my original flight was delayed 2+ hours. Rebooked my flight but never communicated to me whether they would handle my bag transfer or if I needed to go get them myself From the baggage claim to put into the correct flight. So I had no clothes...

Cons: An officious crew who said they had a 'seat belt detector' to tell if people's seatbelts were fastened. A late flight... with lies about the reason for the delay.

Cons: I had to walk from one end of Minneapolis airport to the other end all within 35 mins to catch a connecting flight, tram was not in service. Not fun!!!

Pros: Flight was full but crew was attentive and very pleasant. Star Alliance Lounge at LAX had a good variety of food and drinks - Asian, western, small bites, snacks; red, white, bubbly and even a bartender who'll mix up cocktails. I love flying SQ.

Pros: CREW WAS GREAT AT BOARDING GATE AND IN FLIGHT.

Cons: LEFT 30 MIN LATE, DUE TO CONNECTING FLIGHT.

Pros: Going my flight was delayed almost 4 hours and my connecting flight was canceled. Had to stay over night in the airport. I was able to book another flight and make it to my destination. But had to wait for the next flight to bring my baggage.

Cons: Coming back my flight was good . I have no complaints.

Cons: The movies were kind of poor but the worst part really was the service. Most were not willing to help me at all (I was traveling solo with a baby and carry on baggage + a car seat). One stewardess even told another passenger to carry something back for me since the crew was too busy.

Cons: Overall it was a very good experience. The crew was bad obliging and professional. The flight took off 30 minutes early from Abu Dhabi. However, it was late taking off from Heathrow. There was a delay of 1.25 hours as the ground crew took a long time to load and get the plane ready at Heathrow.

Cons: Seriously on an international flight between Linate, Milan to Heathrow, London PAY pounds for a hot coffee or tea.

Cons: The flight looked like it was British Airways. But it was actually operated by American Airlines. I selected seats in advance, but was not assigned to those seats.

Pros: The incoming pilot to Nice parked at the wrong gate and apparently, once parked, it could not be moved. So the airport had to scramble buses which made the flight depart more than an hour late. We had a 50-minute layover and Lufthansa did not hold the plane. So we got home a day late.

Cons: They could have left Nice on time, or held the plane for us in Munich.

Cons: Departure was delayed by hours due to the Air Canada computer systems going down. That made it an even later redeye, but the cabin crew insisted on waking everyone up to serve dinner at 2am. Boarding in Toronto was a mess, and the details about what was wrong were very sketchy.

Cons: I was charged for water on a 4+ hour flight. That’s unheard of! Also, the seats didn’t even recline. I will never fly British Airways again

Pros: The flight attendant in our long flight, London to Hoiston, was extremely nice and took very good care of our section. The seats were not all that comfortable: you could feel there was minimal padding on mine and my partner's neck rest wouldn't stay up.

Cons: We were shocked to learn there were no outlets on the long flight from London to Houston. Luckily we had a power bank, otherwise our phones would've been dead.

Cons: The plane was old and literally falling apart. Tray tables were disconnecting. Worst part: The flight was delayed for some baggage mixup. Then they did nothing proactively to help passengers with tight connections that were only tight bc the flight was so late.
