Cons: "The boarding took a long time then when they called for the zone 3 they told us to hurry up. The steward was doing everything by hand motion. You couldn't hear what he was saying. The plane was extremely noisy and we asked what the noise was none of the crew answered. This is not the normal service that I am used to from Delta."

So of course people cut right in front of me as I was about to scan my pass. What is the point of asking us to come up if they are just going to let people jump in front of me."

She barely slept the whole flight and I had a stuardis in a red dress who whem I asked for for a beverage made it seem like I asked for it right now. Didn't say a word Else to me until it was time to land and my daughter had just fell asleep. She told me. I had to take her out of the baby carrier. My daughter needed a diaper change and there were no places to change her. I tried to change her by the door really fast. The stuardis said no go change in a bathroom I asked which one had a changing station they said none and to just change in my lap. Plus my car seat was broke when I got it back."

Cons: "The air conditioning was broken so it was sweltering the whole time. Staff didn't even mention it or apologize. No leg room. Bags took longer than 20 minutes to arrive but we didn't make a fuss since we were just glad to be finished with Delta. I'll never fly Delta again even if it costs me more."

Cons: "Like everyone says - could use more leg room. Theres no way to stretch legs which is a problem on ling flights. Why not lift up the seats by a few inches? This would create more leg room underneath without changing the number of seats and doesnt impact the head room much."

Pros: "The flight crew were really nice and I was really comfortable in the Comfort+ section of the plane. It's a nice upgrade for Delta and hope the other airlines follow suit. Granted I had a very active infant, I didn't have any problems."

Flights booked by one company and operated by another seem common enough that this system needs to be improved. - Silver KLM travelers Also WAY too hot on plane."

Cons: ""Lowest fairs!!" and then on check in they nickel and dime you with extra costs for even a carry on AND to choose a seat that you already bought!! I mean, you don't have to. You could always just wait until check in at the airport and get thrown into a middle seat. Saving extra money was what pushed me over the edge here, but after all the fees after booking was paid for and experience, I would have gladly paid the extra money to fly Alaska Airlines. Also, you would think on a 5.5 hr flight that occurs over/near dinner time there would be more food options than just snack packs. Even that was mediocre."

Pros: "I loved how, once the aircraft was there they updated us and got everyone organized during the boarding process and we left in a reasonable amount of time after the aircraft arrived. I didn't have any problems with the flight, and it was nice to be notified in advanced about the upcoming turbulence."

They are understaffed, and they don't have anyone in the secured area to even ask questions too, let along check in passengers that are transferring from other airlines. Also, there wasn't anything showing the passengers that the flight was delayed until 10 minutes before the flight was supposed to leave. I knew it was late, only after the agent from a different airline did many searches into my connecting flight, and I also asked my check-in agent at Sun Country, I had to ask! That information was not given willingly."

Pros: "We chose this flight as it was a direct flight from MSP to Anchorage. Takeoff was just slightly behind schedule, maybe 25 minutes or so. We were only 15 minutes behind on arrival. We were given beverages a few times during the flight."
Cons: "Did not like the long lines at the check in counter. They need to hire more people. I don’t like when we board and then are not able to get up into the sky for some time. Then they expect people who have been waiting on the plane to not need to use the restrooms. “The pilot has not turned off the seat-belt sign yet” is true, but also you boarded us late and then couldn’t get up into the air right away. Also, our checked bag didn’t arrive with us. We’re waiting to here if it was lost or not."

Pros: "The headrest were nice, no neck pillow was needed because of how I could adjust it. Checking in was very quick and painless, something I appreciate very much. Drink service was nice, they did come around more then expected. The staff was very nice an accommodating , very friendly when we boarded the plane."
Cons: "Seats were very uncomfortable. I brought my husband for his first flight and I had told him how comfortable flying was, but when we boarded the plane he was a little horrified about the seats. He said, "they look like metal skeletons with pleather stretched over them." Yikes, I was a little embarrassed for telling him how comfortable he would be. I usually fly coach and I guess I was surprised not to find better seats and screens for movies attached to the back of the headrest (that sounds terribly spoiled, sorry)."

Luckily we had time but this was a hassle given we were traveling with our 3 year old. The woman at the service desk quickly helped us print the passes but stated the mobile boarding passes tended to not scan. They should have told us to print the passes the first time we were at the counter if they knew the mobile passes tend to not work."

Cons: "Well, pretty much everything but the actual seats. The service was...well, you can't really call it service. Gate staff lied about the status of the plane, updating the boarding time to 10 minutes and then announcing that the plane was still in the hangar. Passengers would have been much happier to hear the truth of a 2h delay so that we could get food/drink. Instead we had 2h worth of promises that the plane was leaving in 10 mins. No effort was made at being nice--no free snacks or whatever would be nice to make people feel cared for. But what's worse was the flight attendants. I don't even feel like getting into it--just suffice to say these are people who should not be working in the service industry. I saw them being rude to a number of people and it made an already bad experience (with the 2h delay) that much worse. It's not that hard to be polite to people. AA should do more to hire caring, kind staff who create happy vibes even through stressful times."

After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Pros: "I like that American Airlines did not charge for my carry-on. It was a short flight but we also received a snack and a drink for free. That was nice. I will definitely consider American airline before others when I plan my next trip."

Pros: "Although we were delayed a bit, the ride was smooth and we caught up some. Great service. Being a domestic flight, it was surprising that the crew kept serving water and other drinks. Since it was the last 5 .5 hours after a 8.5 hour across the Atlantic, this was much appreciated."

Cons: "Check in staff was unprepared for volume of people. When asking an American Airlines agent if I could use the priority check in because I had priority seating I was told no. I was informed by a customer going that way that I indeed could. When I got in line for the priority check in, the agent looked over and very loudly said that I was in the wrong check in area. Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location."

Cons: "I began flying when airline attendants were called airline stewardesses. Their personality plus attitudes and attention to detail reflected on the overall image of the airline, and did not make me feel like a second rate citizen in a second class seat. I've noticed over the last decade-plus that this has changed. I've been rudely spoken to for reaching for a napkin off the cart as I was not given one with my drink. My elbow was hit by the cart as it moved from back to front of isle, and no apology followed. The garbage was collected moving back to front, so I had to get the attention of the attendant after she flew by me. I thoroughly researched the size of the suitcase required prior to flying, and bought a new one to meet the requirements. My suitcase did not fit on American Airlines. Why am I bringing up American Airline? When getting to the airport in Milan, Italy, 2 1/2 hours prior to flight departure, I approached the British Airway counter. As no one was there, I proceeded to believe I was too early, so I had breakfast. I again approached the British Airway counter and still no one was there. On my way to the bathroom, I found the flight board and followed the directions. I searched for British airlines at the gate I was directed to, but was unable to find it. I asked an attendant, and I was directed to the American Airline gate. It was very confusing. It would have been nice if there was a sign at the British Airways counter directing its customers to American Airlines."

Pros: "Accommodation of letting me and my kids sit together."

Pros: "Although the flight was delayed from San Jose and Chicago yet they reached as per original schedule time"

Cons: "Boarding was delayed 30 minutes, with no explanation. Upon arrival, another airplane was in our gate, resulting in an additional 30 minute wait, buckled in my seat on the tarmac."

Pros: "The flight was delayed 4 times until we were unable to make our connecting flight. We were sent home to try again tomorrow. Meanwhile other flights AA made their connections. Total bullshit. I suggest they couldn't round up a crew."
Cons: "You are kidding."

Cons: "Our flight was 3 + hours behind schedule. We didn't get to take off until around 11:30pm when our flight was supposed to take off at 7:05pm. I have missed my itinerary and cruise trip with family members. Now I have to wait 2 days to catch a cruise and reunite with my family in Italy. It's not fear that the airline don't take consideration for this kind of situation. We understand that Things happens and the airline takes precautions to make sure everything is okay before take off. However, I'm very frustrated and disappointed."

Pros: "The flight wasn't totally packed, so no one got kicked off. There was room for all of the carry-on baggage. The staff was friendly and courteous. Flight was not on time, but early! Never have an issue with American!"
Cons: "The only thing that concerned me about this flight was that immediately when we left the ground, there was a very strange noise that occurred and stayed until we were above the clouds. Made me and a number of passengers concerned because none of us had ever heard such a noise from a flight ever."

Pros: "The seats on the plane were well covered and leather like that was helpful"
Cons: "The food was horrendous ant the staff unprepared for service . They don't want to be service oriented they want to be your equal they are two familiar and on the edge of rude."

Pros: "The crew for the most part were friendly. Boarding was easy enough"
Cons: "The one thing that stood out was that the flight attendants weren't offering water outside of the regular beverage service. I've never been on an international flight where there wasn't almost a constant flow of water. I was so parched after 8 hours. It seemed unusual. Also the seats are so small. I'm only 130 and 5'7" and it was a tough ride"

Pros: "Aircraft, cabin service, food and entertainment was excellent. Although I booked on BA, the flight was operated by AA. Next time I'll be booking on AA directly. AA services far surpassed BA."

Cons: "- food was HORRIBLE. I asked for the chicken dinner and it was COLD and disgusting. There should always be a pasta option on a flight. Also, they ran out of red wine before dinner. - the staff skipped over me TWICE when handing out beverages. I had to remind them that I existed twice and they didn't apologize for skipping over me."

Cons: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

Cons: "last minute seat change to front of eco cabin (no foot room or small bag allowed)"

Cons: "They overbooked the plane and the customers used the overhead compartments for very small items; such as bags and briefcases which made the overhead fill quickly."
