Cons: "Plane was cramped and in disrepair: broken seat arm and headrest, very limited recline. It was a 767 and felt more uncomfortable than a 30 seat regional jet. Very dated entertainment system with limited media options. Exceedingly long delay (1 hour) which the pilot attributed to the ground crew."
Cons: "Not really an experienced flyer. Overall the flight seemed good. No issues with airline or airport. Just don’t understand self-important people that feel compelled to push the overhead storage limits with their bags."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for several hours due to a severe thunderstorm from MSP to JFK. The airline crew failed to update all passengers so most of us were just aimlessly pacing around the gate. The team was very disengaging, not sincere, and not professional. This was definitely a -1 customer experience as many customers complained, missed connecting flights, or like myself - had to call my office at an ungodly hour and explain that i’d be missing work"

Cons: "Many things. Did not tell me that even carry on was a 25.00 charge. After check in, counter woman at Sun County sent me to a security station on a far side of airport that was closed. Plane delayed. Plane bathroom issues"

Cons: "They charge for everything the planes are a bit outdated, boarding is backwards they load middle bank then front very weird."

Cons: "No snacks included, bags of pop chips was $3. No entertainment on the plane (I ended up just sleeping anyway). They didn't have space for everyone's carry on and asked for volunteers to check their bags but didn't enforce any rules for people who had 3+ carry on items"
Pros: "4 1/2 hour late boarding! Missed my connecting flight and was stuck!"
Cons: "Had a 4 1/2 hour delay from Minneapolis to NY city. Which of course cause me to miss my flight to Europe. There was no attempt to find another flight that would get me there in time. By the time I got to NY it was close to Midnight, and the only hotel available was 40 mins away from the airport at an additional cost of $270 for the room and uber rides. No compensation even offered or provided for extra expenses they caused by us leaving so late. Thank you Sun Country for starting my vacation off so well."

I went to lower my tray table and it was very nasty. Looks like some one had left some food on it and then just closed it up.

Cons: "I did not know I purchase a BE ticket. Was asked to pay $175 for the suit bag i had in addition to my computer bag. I was also place in a seat that does not recline. Very poor value at any cost."

Cons: "Everything. The flight was delayed by 4 hours. There was no food in first class. The luggage was put on an earlier flight ans delivered to a different gate. The person handling luggage in Gate A was rude. We had to go to the other gate at 1am to pickup our luggage."
