The flight was good. Much is to be desired with the food. The landing can be a little better. Overall I would fly with you again and I would recommend you to others.

Plane EXTREMELY CLEAN. STAFF FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT
It wasn’t easy navigating London Heathrow airport. There seemed to be a lot of construction and workers were short staffed. The club lounge was rather unpleasant and needs updating. The food wasn’t very good either. The plane also needs updating and I’m not sure I’ll do business class on BA again because the seating configuration is awkward. Staff was pleasant and there was ample food but you needed to hunt them down to get service.
Pros: "Crew was very friendly, the aircraft had been recently refurbished (interior had new paneling), and the seat was comfortable."
Cons: "Snacks/food was virtually non-existent. A tiny water bottle and pretzels in a clear plastic bag; no flavored beverages (juice/soda). Wasn't offered headphones on this flight, although I was offered them on the outbound; I've mixed feelings about that, as I had headphones, but they were in my carryon. Prefer built-in IFE rather than Bring-Your-Own-Device, as a smartphone is inferior to a large touchscreen."

We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."
Cons: "Mobile boarding passes did not work and required us to go back to the service counter and print the tickets. Luckily we had time but this was a hassle given we were traveling with our 3 year old. The woman at the service desk quickly helped us print the passes but stated the mobile boarding passes tended to not scan. They should have told us to print the passes the first time we were at the counter if they knew the mobile passes tend to not work."

Cons: "Well my flight got delayed four separate times. I was stuck in LAX for 3 hours. So much that booked another flight with another airline for the following morning. I had to book a hotel nearby LAX just so I could somewhere to sleep for the night. My luggage made it to Chicago safely, but I didn’t at least not with American Airlines. It took them an hour to tell us that they reassigned the pilot to another flight, not only that when it was delayed the first initial time (40 minute delay) about ten minutes before we were supposed to board they tell us that the flight attendant crew is going to take 30 minutes to get to the gate. Not only but those poor airline service staff were completely unaware of all these changes! They had to find out from the passengers what was going on. Honestly I will never fly with American Airlines ever again!!!"

Cons: "It is impossible to sit comfortably due to the headrest that pushed my head forward regardless how I positioned it and removing it was impossible. There were no individual screens with in-flight entertainment and although I usually read or sleep, I can see how it would bother someone."

Flight was postponed four times. I called frontier and spoke to a rude man who would give me no information. After getting totally frustrated We booked another flight for another day. We were supposed to board at 8:50pm and then it was finally changed to after midnight. They should have just cancelled the flight.
For a discount airline it was perfect for a short flight. No issues whatsoever.

They charge you 2.99 each for water and airline peanuts; i didn't partake. they only gave me one boarding pass and when I boarded the plane, they said that is was the flight to Denver and then they were continuing on to Columbus. I assumed this meant I stayed on the plane when we landed in Denver, but no, they informed me the plane was then going to Cedar Rapids. I had no second boarding pass or gate number, so I asked the attendant. She took forever to help me, looking up my info for a minute and then talking to the other attendants and passing out papers to the boarding crew before acknowledging me again. Twenty minutes later, I had my gate, which I barely made to board in time for flight takeoff. Overall, the process was stressful, uncomfortable, and more expensive than if I had purchased a flight from Delta, Southwest, or Alaska. (All airlines I have flown and been happy with. Delta had a missed layover once and completely put me up for the night and was very helpful through the whole affair.) All said and done, I will not be flying Frontier again."

Also, it was my first time flying Spirit Airlines so I was not aware that although the initial price for the ticket was very competitive, they nickel and dime you on everything from carry-on baggage to a nonalcoholic beverage on the plane, so when comparing it to other airline prices it's really not as cheap to fly as you initially think it is when you purchase the ticket"

We didn't know we were standing in the wrong line, he didn't want to accept our baggage. Was going to take the 2 others who had came after us, but the lady had said to take us first. Then he told me not to give him an attitude. When he gave us a really dirty look about it. He acted like he didn't want to be there and we were bothering him, he was very irritated. I have never in my years of flying, had anyone every do that to me. I give his service a "F", he failed to meet all of his requirements: professionalism, respect, misreprensenting Myrtle Beach, Spirit Airlines and his duties of his job. He needs to be retrained or find another job!!"

Cons: "My return flight from Dallas to Myrtle was canceled after check in. There was poor communication as to what to do next, ultimately we were rebooked on American. If it happens to you don't be the guy yelling and screaming, we quietly asked what to do and we're rebooked amidst the chaos within 20 min or so, while the aggressors were still waiting several hours afterwards."

Pros: "On the way from Boston to Myrtle Beach (which is not what you are asking but I wanted to tell you anyway), I LOVED the flight attendants. The gentleman was SOO FUNNY, he told people that in the 17 years he has been "standing up here, inevitably some of you will not turn off your cell phones. You won't do it. Don't make me come back there after you". Then, the woman attendant did "In Flight Yoga", it was soo fun and soo funny. We all were laughing, it made for a great flight down to Myrtle beach. It even made the turbulence not so scarey."
Pros: "we booked a flight in January for a family member's 90th birthday party in April. The confirmation ticket said the flight took off at 4:15 but when we got there they said the flight was changed to 3:45. We missed the flight because no one notified us of the change. We also had purchased insurance. We deserve either a refund or a free flight to our next destination. Some sort of compensation is deserved."
Cons: "Imagine an all you can eat buffet for $5 with all the best things like prime rib and king crab legs. The reality sets in when they charge you $55 for a plate and an $25 for a fork to eat with. If you want to drink there is an additional $25 water service fee. If you need to use the bathroom that will cost you an additional $50. Your $5 buffet has now cost you $160. The only difference between the above scenario and my flight was the buffet actually cost $300 to start with before piling on the additional fees. It is the only airline that flies directly to Myrtle Beach from here. I had no zero options otherwise without long layovers. The one redeeming thing about this flight was the crew."

Cons: "I ended up paying bag-check fees I didn't need. It was an honest mistake and I should've been able to correct it. The web site and phone resources were inadequate to address. Spirit treated a first-time customer very poorly. They're cheap, yes, but be prepared to feel cheated"
Pros: "I haven't flown on Spirit for awhile and even though I know it is stripped down to be more affordable it has become ridiculous. If we were told once over the intercom, we were told at least 20 times that if we dared to put our "personal" item in the overhead compartments we would be charged $100! So they said that you had better come up to the desk so it would be only $65! These threats worked and people who really did have personal size items paid $65 when it should have been free. Also, I suppose we were on a newer plane because I could not believe that the seats were actually hollow and there is no padding! It looks like a normal seat until you sit down and realize the seat in front of you is hollowed out. The tray tables are the size of a smart phone and were too small to support an iPad! I was glad it was only a two hour flight because it was extremely uncomfortable. It made me wonder (and pray) what other shortcuts Spirit has taken recently. The crew wasn't rude but they were so busy checking overhead departments to see who they could charge that I don't think they gave the passengers any thought. We did make it to our destination safely and that is really the most important thing. However, I will really shop around for a different alternative before I flight on Spirit again."
Pros: "Got from point A to point B and back... Alive."
Cons: "Cheap flight... wait for it... until check-in. Then, baggage fees. Then seating fees.. Didn't fall for that one though. $45 per carry-on, per person, per direction. And a seat selection fee. Bogus. If you waive that guess what.. you get seats anyway. So we decided to just bring one bag after paying for two and I called Spirit for a refund. 30 minutes later I finally got a refund. Keep 'em on the phone.. You'll win. Seats are cramped and they cost the same as better airlines after all their extra, hidden fees. Enjoy it Spirit. That was our first, and last flight with you.. ever. I'd rather take a three stop flight to get to my destination from a reputable airline."
Pros: "The only thing i liked was that i didn't have to drive ten hours."
Cons: "I didn't like the ridiculously hight fees i had to pay for a carry on bag carry on luggage should be free. I also didn't like the three hour delay i had."
Pros: "The ease of using Uber and flying through the shortest security line EVER? PRICELESS!!"
Pros: "The AC airport was easy to get through and boarding was pleasant. There were also no delays which was nice."
Cons: "Spirit airlines is the worst with their uncomfortable, cramped seats and their ridiculous policy of charging extra for just about everything."
Pros: "Can't complain when departure and arrival are on time and and all employees were nice. All I could have hoped for."
Cons: "Surprised Spirit doesn't offer any entertainment options..... even if they charge for it. Internet or TV? Don't other airlines make money on that?"

Cons: "Trying to navigate the spirit website is a nightmare. I booked through Kayak and there was no provision for booking the checked bag at that time. Trying to go to the spirit website and booking a bag was a total nightmare. Whoever designed the website is a very disturbed individual and if his mind reflects the website, I feel great empathy for him. Jim."
Cons: "Fees for baggage, fees for snacks,fees for seats if you want to sit together, and to top it off, the plane was late arriving for boarding, and sat on the tarmac for 45 mins to take off on our flight in New York! And another thing, the seats are so close together that the passenger sitting behind you ends up with their knees in your back the whole trip. Every move or shift they make is a thump in the back. My kidneys may never recover! Ugh!! Will only use your airline as a last resort."
Cons: "I had an Isle seat and the person next to me was 6 foot plus and approx 300 lbs. I had to sit with one side turned because his body was so far into my space I could not sit straight back. I ended up with a cricket in my neck and back as a result. They should akermann people like that buy two seats. He was so overweight he had to keep his head resting against the seat in front most of the trip."
Pros: "Nice plane"
Cons: "Counter Service at Myrtle Beach, attendant's were rude, I wasn't aware of the weight limit for bags at 40 lbs.. I had to pay extra for 15 lbs. I mentioned it wasn't a problem at LaGuardia and he told me they all need training there ands he should go train them."
Pros: "Getting off of there flight. Otherwise not a damn thing."
Cons: "Got to my gate, the computer said my flight was arriving on time for myrtle beach, so as I was sitting there waiting, I just so happened to hear one of the employees passing into elevator that my flight had changed to a different terminal (at the other end of the airport). So I quickly got up and went over (along with a handful of other passengers). When we got there, we had asked if it indeed got switched. With a snobby reply, were told yes. When we asked why there was no announcement, she said that she was just going to (not even 5 minutes before we were about to board. Then she got on the PA system and said "all zones boarding" so it was like a damn mob scene loading. Additionally, the plane was terribly small. I'm not a big guy by any means (tall but not wide) and I had to sit all prim and proper with my legs straight facing forward and my arms squeezed together or else I would of been bumping into the other passengers. There was also not complementary snacks or soda (which is fine) but they charged $3 for like 6 ounces of soda or a little snack pack of pretzels. Furthermore, there are no tv's, arm rests with the audio jacks (arm rests were maybe a foot long), they had no magazines, and the trays that fold down were the size of like four note cards. A just a heads up, don't buy the cancellation package/insurance for your ticket. I'm starting a new job at the end of the month and had to change my ticket. When I called, I was then told that this could only be used for job layoff or death in the family. I then told them job layoff, I was then asked if I was there for more than a year (I was only there for 6 months) and said no but lost that job because it went out of business. I was then told this wouldn't count and that there was nothing they could do for me. So then I had to end up buying another ticket at full price."
Pros: "The simplicity"
Cons: "bags lost not apologetic took 7 days to get bag"
Cons: "Being told that the flight was cancelled after I left for the airport 2 hours away. Spent an additional $300 to stay in NY so that I could fly home 2 days later. First & last time I will ever fly Spirit"
Cons: "I was in line at Myrtle Beach International and was late for my flight home due to a cancelled flight before. By the time I was at the front desk and checked in, I was notified that final call has passed, which I still had 25 minutes till departure. Being informed, and losing my $200 ticket, I was forced to buy another $200 ticket for the next day. Only to find out after I left the airport that my original flight was delayed 45 mins, which would have given me plenty of time to reach my ordinal flight. So I spent $400 in 2 days to get home and was never refunded or reimbursed for my missed flight."
Pros: "I feel deceived. It's very unfair to pay $55 for carry on and $50 for luggage when any other airlines don't charge for carry ons and check ins prices are much less!!! Be decent!!! You made people pay much more for tickets than expected. You rather increase ticket price on the display then people will know in advance how much they have to pay for tickets total and not to hide it in super overpriced check in luggage and carry on fee!!!"
Cons: "As I said above hidden charges for carry ons and luggage. Also on the plane nothing was offered for free!!! Not even water or cup of coffee or little snack!! It was also hidden and not mentioned anywhere. It's a buzzard that you have to pay for even glass of water!!! So on this airline everything is overpriced outrageously!!! Not fair for customers and not decent at all!!!!!!!!!"
