Pros: Crew was amazing. I was traveling with my 11 month old and they were super helpful and very friendly.

Cons: I was bummed that this plane didn’t have TVs at each seat. You were able to stream all kinds of free movies and shows on the United app but I was holding a baby on my lap and couldn’t use my phone as well.

Pros: Crew was nice, easy to use entertainment, smooth boarding

Cons: Seats are not comfortable, no pillow/blanket, poor “snacks”

Cons: Again, left stranded in SC.

Pros: Crew was attentive. Seats were reasonably comfortable. Good selection of entertainment.

Cons: They need to solve problems better so people do not have to wait 3hour layover for there fight

Pros: For this flight the rows are just four seats total, two isle seats and two window seats; that means that there are no dreaded middle seats. The seats are larger and more comfortable than many competitors.

Cons: The flight was delayed for two hours and then once we were on the plane and pulled away from the gate there was a "maintenance issue" so we sat just outside the gate for about 50 mins (bring delay time to three hours). The pilot was a bit worried about weather so there was no snack/drink service.

Pros: The crew was very nice and the in flight entertainment was solid.

Cons: The direct tv didn’t work ( I wanted to watch the NBA finals) and they had to restart the tv screens at least 2-3 times; which wasn’t end of the world stuff but it was slightly annoying because I was in the middle of watching a movie.

Pros: Jetblue is my now number 1 choice for flying. They offer amazing comfort and value.

Cons: Including free headphones, but not a deal breaker.
