Cons: Long wait on tarmac, 35 minutes. Hour and a half delay on departure

Cons: I had a horrible experience with the flight attendent names Berse. I went to use the bathroom upon boarding due to a medical condition and she stated and I quite, “ I don’t understand why you couldn’t have just used the restroom at the terminal?” I said Ma’am I have a a heart condition and take meds

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The seats were awful you would need to bring your own cushion and then you now have to pay for a carry on bag $45 if you do it online, $55 if you do it at airport desk and if you do it going onto the plane they charge you $100. So it is not a savings at all by the time you add all the fees. Next time we'll fly out of our own airport 20 minutes away and pay the price of the flight. We know what we are paying right away

Cons: As if paying for my plane ticket was not enough. We had to pay for carry on and checked in bags. Then I thought paying 150$ for 3 bags would AT LEAST get us FREE snacks but no. I paid $20 For snacks. Would not ever use spirit again. Oh yea...you have to pay for your seat. Good luck if you got your ticket from spirit.

Pros: Not Much - will spend a few more bucks next time for a better airline. Sadly, you really do get what you pay for with a Spirit "Deal".

Cons: Cheap advertised prices, understaffed long lines crowded and oversold flights. And then you are nickled and dimed for everything from carry on's to a drink during the flight. Absolutely low rate across the board. First and last experience with Spirit

Cons: I’m pregnant and they put me sitting on the back seat with no space and no window, couldn’t even breathe! And the 2 hour delay. $55 for carry on? WTH ?

Cons: Some of the trays and areas weren't clean. My snack pamphlet had a piece of gum in between keeping it shut.

Pros: Having never flown JetBlue before I was pleasantly surprised by how great everything was. The seats were comfortable, WiFi on the plane, staff was friendly. I'll definitely try to take JetBlue again, when possible, in the future.

Cons: I am still um Boston 6.15.17 and no one is able to find me a flight to get me to my final destination

Pros: Crew was very pleasant and flight was on time.

Cons: The tray tables were all broken and hinging in my row. The aux port for headphones needs to be updated to support new types of headphones, like Bluetooth or lightning connection.

Pros: Inflight entertainment was great. Movies, games, moving map. Best I’ve ever seen in main cabin for free.

Cons: The seating was too cramped. It’s extremely uncomfortable. Seems tighter both on knees and elbows.

Cons: The entertainment system was out completely for the whole flight

Pros: The flight was average, but the quality of travel on Delta this year has been the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s average at best and I’m considering going back to American because I have yet to have a true Delta flight consistent with previous years, the whole reason I switched to Delta.

Cons: This leg of my trip went off without a hitch boarding and crew were very professional.

Pros: The crew was very nice and I appreciated the entertainment options

Cons: I have a receipt showing Austrian airlines, was unable to check in online, so I waited in a very long line to get to the Austrian counter only to be told that my flight was actually a United flight and I would need to go wait in that long line for my ticket.

Pros: Food and crew were good

Cons: Our plane left late which equalled missing our connecting flight which equalled almost missing our window to pick up our car rental. Timely boarding and accommodation/coordination with connecting flight could have been handled better

Pros: Flight was smooth and had great entertainment.

Cons: Food was plane food however it was adequate.

Pros: I sat next to two of the flight attendants prior to our departure. When they got up to board, their negative comments about getting on the plane made me think Wow, why are you doing this job, if you don't really want to go. The two attendants at the check in, they need some training.

Cons: Sometimes I wonder if it worth buying a seat. Always packed in full row with other seats empty.

Cons: Honestly, this was the cheapest, dirtiest and most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. Charges for everything, evev carry on bags; no inflight service, not even a glass of water or peanuts offered, no inflight TV, movie, etc. Bathroom filthy, NO padding to the seats at all. Horrible!

Cons: Cost of luggage- obscene. Room on board- ludicrous Time before luggage arrived upon arrival- one hour! If it was the only flight out of hell, I'll get used to the heat.

Cons: Overcrowded boarding area (no open seats, stood for over 40 minutes). Cabin crew tried unsuccessfully to mimic humorous announcements from Southwest. Seat WAY too close to seat ahead.

Cons: It would have been nice had departure not been delayed for over an hour because the copilot didn’t show up. They told us he was stuck in traffic on I-75 coming over from Florida’s west coast.

Cons: JetBlue's livery is really beginning to show its age. The entertainment screens flicker and flash and the once-luxurious leather seats appear worn. The crew is still great, as usual, and our flight in general was excellent.

Pros: The flight crew was great. Very friendly and efficient and there were free snacks with the comfort + seating with Delta. It’s airplane seating so it is what it is but I was not uncomfortable.

Pros: The fact that they flew non stop between Orlando and Boston, the only airline with that direct connection that I could find. Seats, even my extra pay one don't recline; all I got was extra legroom.

Cons: 2 1/2 hour delay due to "maintenance" issue; terrible terminal facility in Boston, the worst i have seen anywhere, it was like traveling to a Banana Republic.
