Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?

The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.

I love how the flight crews are now saying what the weather will be like, when we can expect to be able to get up and use the restrooms etc. I have to say also that our flight crews this trip were incredible - fast and courteous - and somehow managed to do the service even on these short flights with a few bumps. The only reason for an ok rating on entertainment was because these short flights are on planes without seatback displays but that's ok because I just download shows on my iPhone beforehand.

Flight was delayed and we were on the runway after landing for 30 mins

DTW line is too long. The flights from DTW to BWI are always delayed for unknown reasons.

Service was good for such a short flight. Small plane but smooth flight.

Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.

Crew was responsive and professional. I am 6'2"" , was cramped in Comfort +, I have upgraded my return trip already.

Flying under Economy Class shouldn’t mean having to deal with such uncomfortable seats. For an overnight flight, it is expected that the seat would recline a decent amount. The food portion could have been more generous. There was an incident with someone by my side. They got sick and vomited. I hit the button for the crew but no one showed up. So I went to the back of the plane and explained what happened. They only brought clean tissues and coffee ground bags. There wasn’t any kind of disinfecting wipes nor any type of sprays. She cleaned as best as she could and poured the coffee ground around. The crew did not seem to care how she was doing. The coffee helped with the smell, but it should have been cleaned in a more efficient manner.

Old dirty plane but great lie flat seats in business class

Flight was delayed, boarded, sat at the gate for more than 30 minutes, left the gate then waited on the pad for another 30 to 60 minutes then returned to the gate, deboarded and was cancelled... alternative flight was not booked automatically. Waited in line for 30 minutes but fortunately an alternate flight to a different destination was found ... no thanks to the travel agent used by kayak

We departed early and arrived early The plane was clean and the crew was incredibly efficient another positive experience with American airlines for me.

The flight changed gates multiple times and flight had to be delayed multiple times

I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.

The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying

The pilots are always hauling in the sky. No issues with boarding only problem was layover was shortened too much by weather but luckily the next flight was still boarding and did not missit

Priority baggage, golf bag lost causing me to miss function the next day. Baggage in general in Charlotte has been a mess lately.

2 hour flight with no drink service from the bahamas?!! There was very little turbulence and the turbulence didnt seem to affect first class drink service. I understand that they may not be able to pour all kinds of drinks, but thye can hand out bottles of water at lease
