Then needed to top off the fuel. I appreciate safety precautions but makes me concerned about the quality of the equipment."

Pros: "Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha."
Cons: "An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there."

Pros: "Flight 1751 Miami to Cleveland 1/11/21. Flight attendants did not enforce mask policy! Family of four sick sneezing, coughing, short of breath. The fathers mask was down the entire flight. Even when the flight attendants picked up the trash. They were informed after the flight they did not comply with CDC, Department of health, and state policies. Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies."

Pros: "The plane wasn't super full so I could spread out more than if there had been someone next to me. The cabin crew was friendly."
Cons: "Seats are too close together. 9 boarding groups is excessive. No one boarded between groups 1 and 6 basically. Maybe makes sense for larger flights, but for a smaller one 4 groups would have sufficed and been less confusing."

Cons: "Everything could have been better. The terminal out of Charlotte looked like a bus terminal, unacceptable for AA since it is one of their hubs. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the airline should have been better prepared for our arrival. While the pilot did an excellent job in getting us in NY on time after airport delays on departure, AA must have not had enough staff working when we arrived. Customers waited over 30 minutes for bags to arrive, which arrived at a different belt than what had been originally scheduled. There were no AA staff in sight when we arrived in NY either. I will do my best not to fly AA again."

Pros: "I always feel merely "tired" after the Denver-Tokyo flight on UA's 787 Dreamliner. On all other aircraft, I always feel "exhausted" after an intercontinental flight. The increased humidity and pressure make an incredible difference. As usual, I paid a ~$300 premium to take this flight (HKG-NRT-DEN and back) rather than cheaper HKG-SFO-DEN or HKG-SEA-DEN routings, which feature 777 or A330 aircraft."
Cons: "As long as you don't expect the level of service you would receive on an Asian carrier, United is fine. As usual, United's cabin crew are simply not generally gentle and welcoming. They get their jobs done, and I feel safe with them, but I don't look forward to interacting with them. I wish ANA would operate NRT-DEN!!!"

Working at an airline, i understand this, but their communication was horrible and customer service left plenty to be desired. Needless to say i will not be flying bahama air again as i hear this is the norm."

Pros: "Just an easy hop from Nassau to Lauderdale. No fuss once we found our gate. Crew onboard was friendly and gracious."
Cons: "Gate change after we had gone through pre-clear procedures was not announced on the intercom to my knowledge, so we ended up doing a walk through of the entire B Gate area. (Our flight was reassigned to a C gate departure). Staff at Jet Blue gate was less than helpful in assisting us in finding new gate assigned. Directed us to look at the information boards but they are few and far between. We had plenty of time so it wasn't a critical issue, but was surprised at their lack of even feigning assistance. Sort of every man for themselves attitude."
