It was horrible experience, as my flight was delayed over 5 hours. There was no compensation provided. They wasted my whole day.

Always good Thought the seatings were a bit tight for food. Made a mess with salad and oil.

No space in overhead bin, one cookie, 2 oz of juice - is not customer service.

The advance business class boarding got us onto the bus to the plane slightly ahead of the economy class but all of us scrambled to climb the stairs onto the plane together. Business class on this flight consisted of only an empty seat between three seats economy style seats. Good thing it was a short 1hr 20 min flight.

Flight was cancelled around 45 -1hr minutes before scheduled take off time due to mechanical issues we hadn’t even boarded yet. Had to reroute to Orlando so someone had to drive 2 1/2 to come and get me… the alternative was go through Toronto and get a later flight which didn’t work for my schedule. The flight attendants barely gave anyone a smile…not the same as flying when a client/passenger was important. Very disappointed. By the way I have never ever made a complaint online about any company with feedback…even when I probably should have. The only good experience was the boarding desk associates who were very professional and got me on another flight with my checked bags…very nice team.

on time quick service but food so so and seats very small. no leg room. I think passengers should not be bringing so large carry on suitcases and should have free check in. Then boarding and unloading would be faster

3 hours late departure with no explanation. $160 luggage fee (two passengers) for less than 1 hour in the air!

Regarding the onboard entertainment system: the dual audio jack plug is not compatible with a standard jack. I had to listen to the audio in one ear for the whole flight. The airline should hand out adapters. The touchscreen was flaky, sometimes it reacted to touching it, sometimes it didn't.
