Cons: "Went to ticket counter at 5:33 and talked with Tyler L, whose boss Jerry had instructed him to not let passengers check in after 5:30. The flight was at 6:10. Tyler smugly smiled while refusing to print a boarding pass, then was unable/uninterested in helping me rebook. I had gone through security and couldn't find boarding pass email. I went through checkin the night before but apparently it didn't finish. Talked with security about getting back to front of the line. I had 30 minutes to walk 600 ft and absolutely could have made that flight. Called 800 number to book a new flight."
Pros: "The crew was very pleasant & accommodating. Anytime you can make it from point A to point B safely then it's a 5star rating in my book."

Pros: "Every Alaska Airlines employee went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great travel experience. Our seats were assigned together, we were not charged for checking smaller bags, and the beverage/snack service was fast and they checked back often. Seats on this plane were roomy and the flight was not over-crowded. Boarding and de-boarding were easy and relaxed. Arrived ahead of schedule."

So, they put on the next flight... 6 hours later. Said I could fly without the bag... uh, no thanks. They would not look for alternatives without charging me more. Flight attendants were crabby, otherwise everything was fine. I flew British Airways a few months ago. Night and day. Seriously. Delta does not even approach having good service. There was no comparison to British Air--- Delta is not in the same league."

The flight attendants were nice but I was in a seat near the engine and it was making really weird noises. I fly almost every two weeks, so I'm used to engine noises but this was one of the loudest/most rickety sounding flights I have ever been on.. and I have flown Spirit a few times. It just didn't feel safe. Landing scared me a little too as I have landed in O'Hare countless times and have never flown so low to the highway upon entry. It felt like we were only a couple hundred feet above the cars."

We were all called to board within a few minutes, only to hurry up and wait in another line outside the plane for like 10-15 minutes before the crew actually let us board. The plane left the gate and then sat on the tarmac in another line where over 30 plus planes were also waiting to take off. WE SAT THERE ON THE TARMAC FOR OVER 2 HOURS. Not that Sun Country was at fault, but we should have never been able to board, knowing that the airport was that backed up. JFK is notorious for doing this to customers."

Cons: "We were left at Waco Regional Airport at 1AM and transporation was not arranged util nearly 430 in the morning. There was no sun country staff to assist with travel arrangements. We were abandoned at a closed airport for hours. Eventually, I got the one and only uber still running in waco to drive me at 330am from waco to dallas. There has been no reinbursement of fares or compensation for lost wages, time and the general annoyance that being awake all night long caused. It'd be nice if this survey included an NA option; I had little interaction with flight attendants and couldn't rate the food and entertainment I didn't get."

Really, it was such a fantastic experience!"

Cons: "On the return flight (out of their hub airport!), their online system failed so it didn't capture that we had prepaid both our checked bags nor our seat selection. When we arrived at the ticketing counter they were essentially accusational about the issue. We showed the confirmation page on our cell phone and even logged into our mobile banking app to show them and still had to argue about paying again. On top of that, they acknowledged the system was having issues and would do absolutely nothing to help us get seats together (my husband and I), let alone anywhere near what we had selected during the online check-in process (we paid extra for an aisle and middle towards the front of the plane, and they gave us two middle seats in the back of the cabin). There were four empty seats in first class, and they wouldn't even bump up a frequent flyer to give us seats together in coach. Not once did anyone apologize, ask how they could help, or just try to be helpful. Both "managers" were clearly poorly trained in handling these situations and defensive and dismissive (walking away while we were speaking). They didn't even offer a free meal voucher. Nothing was done to help rectify the situation. It was honestly shocking how terrible of an experience it was - no indication that they felt we were a paying customer. There were so many little things they could have done even without changing our seats that would have made the situation better. I will never fly this airline again, out of principle, and will absolutely share my experience with everyone I know. If someone from Sun Country reads this, the managers' names are Oniekey Brown and Jolynn Carpenter. I would suggest your management chain have a conversation with both of them and highly suggest training."

The Flight was also delayed but it was never explained why despite dozens of questions from passengers. This caused a missed connection flight and forced us to stay overnight in Chicago with nothing but a $12 food voucher. When we tried t ask what other options were, American Airlines personal offered no sympathy and said the best we would get is the food vouchers and we should be grateful. No other travel reimbursement or vouchers were offered other than a replacement flight. Overall it was a huge inconvenience and caused numerous other expenditures for us."

She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

Cons: "When I purchased my tickets, American decided it would be reasonable to separate my husband, our 1 year old daughter, and myself which I was notified of only when I asked the customer service agent over the phone prior to our flight. She explained that she was unable to do anything about it. I then called American during my trip and spoke with another agent who said it was out of her hands as well and to take it up with an agent at the desk at the airport. When I checked in online, I was able to change our seats myself which was nothing that either agent even suggested. Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

There are plenty of family friendly good quality PG or G rated movies that appeal to everyone. Would it be too hard to get individual screens in 2017?"

Cons: "Flight was delayed several times - blamed on Chicago ATC. The food offered was not suitable for First Class - there was chicken and vegetarian option. The FA was rather slow in serving and clearing trays. She was not interested in going around and asking for refills - when I inquired about it at dessert time, she didn't come back for 15 minutes and I had to ring the call button - she informed me they didn't have my drink of choice, so it was OK for her not to come back and tell me that. Service was terrible in First Class. American should seriously do something about that."

AA cancelled my flight out of PGV, a better seat would have been nice since I had to drive an hour to EWN whereas I was staying only 10 mins from PGV."

When we got to the airport and checked in they did not put me and my traveling partner together meaning they didn't see them together not to mention. Our flight was delayed and we only have 4 minutes to get from gate a to gate. We got to the gate collected our boarding passes found out we were seated at the very very very back of the plane right next to the restrooms.........NICE"

So because we couldn't understand,, people got in line who shouldn't have yet, and others didn't get in line that should have which seemed to really annoy some mouthy jerk in zone 5....who then had to turn around while boarding bc he forgot his phone, lol. Karma. So, that was my only entertainment and it was pretty great."

Cons: "We arrived 3.5 hours early and the line was very long. They must have had a system glitch but didn't communicate to anyone in the line as to what was going on. When it did come time to board, they told everyone in the line that was going to Cincinnati that we couldn't check in until 2 hours before the departure time. Apparently there were some other flights that left before us. If they had told us to keep our place in line and to let other people through, that wouldn't have been a problem. But, they didn't. Their own website says you should check baggage at least 2 hours before your flight and no more than 4 hours before. They took it upon themselves to change the rules on people who arrive early. Then, once they no longer had anyone else to check in, they changed their rules again and start checking in people for Cincinnati about 2.5 hours ahead of time. A little communication and brain power from the staff would have gone a long way. After all that mess, the flight was delayed leaving about 15 minutes without any updates from Allegiant either."
