Cons: "I didn’t like the fact that when we returned to St Louis our luggage was not here. And to make matters worse there were no Alaska agents to assist us in any shape form or fashion. I made a call and left my name and flight information and hope someone will call me tomorrow with an update on my luggage and have it delivered to my home. Because as of right now we have been traveling almost 24 hours from Alaska to St Louis. Please call me if you need any additional information."
Cons: "Went to ticket counter at 5:33 and talked with Tyler L, whose boss Jerry had instructed him to not let passengers check in after 5:30. The flight was at 6:10. Tyler smugly smiled while refusing to print a boarding pass, then was unable/uninterested in helping me rebook. I had gone through security and couldn't find boarding pass email. I went through checkin the night before but apparently it didn't finish. Talked with security about getting back to front of the line. I had 30 minutes to walk 600 ft and absolutely could have made that flight. Called 800 number to book a new flight."

Cons: "I tried to get an aisle seat and was told that was what I was assigned when I checked in at Beijing. Even though it was in the Premium section with extra legroom, a middle seat is difficult for a 5' 11" person, especially after flying for as many hours as I flew. I was constantly bumping shoulders with people in the aisle and window seats."
Pros: "love direct flight from Omaha to Seattle. timely in getting us off. Crew very responsive. coming through several times to offer us water which is great for a 3 hour flight. thanks."
Cons: "we both bought food. Mine was great. his was mediocre. through no fault of Alaska airlines. we were in row with 3 seats. the other gentleman had a very high weight. He struggled to get his seatbelt to close. Not sure what you can do to fix that. Just a growing USA problem. Where he needed a seat and a half."
Pros: "Seeing me seated next to a young person big enough to need more than one seat (couldn't lower the arm rest), a flight attendant found another seat for me without me asking."
Cons: "If a person needs two seats, maybe they should buy two seats. The streaming movie only came it fitful bits, far inferior to previous provided screens. It also took about twice as long to play as a result. And of course, checking a bag should not be an additional cost, nor should a meal on long flights."

Pros: "I did not feel well on this flight and had a great experience. The crew was very helpful and kind and attended to my needs."
Pros: "Every Alaska Airlines employee went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great travel experience. Our seats were assigned together, we were not charged for checking smaller bags, and the beverage/snack service was fast and they checked back often. Seats on this plane were roomy and the flight was not over-crowded. Boarding and de-boarding were easy and relaxed. Arrived ahead of schedule."
Pros: "We like how delta still has the middle seat open. Makes it feel more comfortable. Also the loading the back of the plane first. Always was a smart idea, glad it’s finally happening."

Cons: "The flight didn’t leave on time because the plane wasn’t ready for takeoff (the engines had to be warmed up... WHY would that not be ready when it was time?!) so we left 30 minutes late, didn’t make up any lost time at all in the air and we ended up missing our connecting flight because of it all."

Pros: "Nothing. Delayed for 4 hours. No time change updates were ever provided at the airport. No communications provided as to why our flight was delayed. No other options given. No food or drink vouchers given & of course, no discounts provided for future travel. Not that would EVER fly Sun Country again"
Cons: "Communication and updates. At the very least, food and drink vouchers. 4 hours is a LONG time to be delayed. Extra points had the airline reimbursed their $40 ONE WAY bag fee regardless whether it’s a carry on or checked luggage."

Cons: "Airport staff ran into my husband with a wheel chair as we were in line to go through scanner then yelled to get the line moving. Not sure where she wanted us to go. He has a lovely bruise today on the back of his leg. Talk about someone having a bad day"

Pros: "This was my first time flying out of South Bend and I loved the smallness of the airport and the option to take a direct flight to Vegas to cost family. No long lines and crowds made it easy to social distance."
