Pros: We like how delta still has the middle seat open. Makes it feel more comfortable. Also the loading the back of the plane first. Always was a smart idea, glad it’s finally happening.
Pros: Comfortable and safe flight.
Pros: Social distance and crew was very nice.
Pros: Short flight and no problems.
Pros: Very uncomfortable seats and careless crew
Cons: The worst food and service ever. Very disappointed
Pros: Flight attendants were nice
Cons: The flight didn’t leave on time because the plane wasn’t ready for takeoff (the engines had to be warmed up... WHY would that not be ready when it was time?!) so we left 30 minutes late, didn’t make up any lost time at all in the air and we ended up missing our connecting flight because of it all.
Pros: the “salad” lunch before landing was excellent
Cons: a cleaner plane and the second lavatory upfront was minuscule
Pros: Desk attendant was very helpful, personable, and efficient
Cons: Couldn’t get a boarding pass for the last leg of my trip (AZO>DTW>ATL>CSG) when I checked in online, couldn’t get it at the Delta counter in AZO, nor in DTW. The staff at the Delta counter in ATL resolved it in less than ten seconds.
Pros: Horrible delay with unruly customers on the plane. But the flight attendants did great handling them
Pros: The crew were so kind and professional
Cons: The flight delay was a pain
Pros: Crew was amazing, flight was much more comfortable. Nice selection of drinks.
Cons: The snack on the flight was brioche with a Cajun spread. The bread was great but the spread was too spicy for my tastes.
Pros: On time arrival is always appreciated.
Cons: Overhead compartment jammed with someone else's carry on. We paid for "comfort seating" and I frankly didn't see any difference - if there was more room on those seats, it was small enough I couldn't SEE it.
Pros: The flight wasn’t overbooked so there was plenty of room. So important on such a long flight.
Cons: It was great
Pros: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.
Cons: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: My husband and I could not fit in the seats without our shoulders being on top of each other. My shoulder was in the aisle way. I am 5’8 and my knees were up againstthe seat in front of me. Our flight from CVG to DFW had none of these problems.
Pros: The crew was polite but not overly friendly or welcoming.
Cons: Boarding was orderly but it was hard to hear the announcements of the zones. I flew economy and it was like flying in a frozen sardine can. There was absolutely NO leg room. At 5 ft, 2 " if I found it difficult, I cannot even imagine how a taller person felt. I wore a coat, sweater, and scart , and warm socks, and I was still freezing the entire trip. It took me 20 minutes to thaw out after arriving. It was quite uncomfortable.
Pros: The flight was very good, no complaints, good service and we flew on schedule
Cons: We were split into two boarding groups, one for priority and one for everyone else. This was good but the priority line was just a bit too far away for the announcements to be heard. This added a little bit of confusion. This was at gate B36 at JFK Airport's Terminal 4.
Pros: The flight attendants gave great service
Pros: The Delta desk attendant at CVG was unable to come up with another flight to get me from CVG to Colorado Springs on 6/13. There is nothing to like.
Cons: See comments above.
Pros: Seat 2G Orderly boarding and plane clean
Cons: Asked to have all the food (appetizer, main course, etc) served together , as they advertise, but was told that service wasn't available. Ordered dinner, was almost as tasty as a Stouffers meal (it was some type of glop of lamb). 7 hours into flight the menu advertised a warm chocolate chip cookie, asked for one was told they THOUGHT they were out, came back about an hour later said the found one, but it wasn't warm, so I passed (not a real fan of eating food they found) About 8 hours into flight , the attendant said out of the blue that they were sorry about not providing the meal all together as requested, but that the other attendant didn't know they offered that service.
Pros: Great. Love first class whenever price allows.
Pros: The gate agent for this flight was a terrific multi-tasker. He was the only one at the gate managing both the incoming flight and my outgoing flight and he handled everything so efficiently, and with patience for customers' questions. He represented Delta very well.
Pros: The crew was great
Cons: The flight was 4 hours delayed
Pros: It was great because I was able to get an aisle seat.
Cons: Like it all
Pros: The crew was amazing. They were attentive and very professional
Cons: I upgraded my seat and paid extra for one with more room. And I wasn’t impressed with my upgrade, doesn’t feel like more leg than regular seats. Comfort was below average. The crew
Pros: On time, professional boarding, clean comfortable planes, skilled pilots and professional crew. What more could you ask for.
Cons: All good.
Pros: Gate agent was fantastic! Her positive demeanor made for the delays and cancellations to not seem as much of an issue. She was extremely pleasant when explaining what was happening to flights, connections, etc. She was helpful when checking boarding passes to ensure that travellers were ok for their flight.
Cons: Again, last minute notification of delayed or cancelled flights made things somewhat worrisome. The late notification led to me missing my nest connection in Minneapolis, and having to sleep in the airport until the following morning in order to transfer my ticket to another flight leaving in the morning/afternoon/evening...very nerve-wracking to say the least.
Pros: They hade entertainment
Cons: No food
Cons: 2 hr delay
Pros: Not applicable
Cons: The flight was delayed twelve hours and was not given any compensation even though i had to stay the night at the airport with no blanket or pillow and no freebies of any sort. The gates kept changing. I got up to move to the correct gate at least four times during the night. The next mornings flight was behind schedule as well. I want compensation for my poor delta experience.
Pros: My comfort zone seat
Pros: Great service all around
Pros: Ontime boarding, few minutes delay made up enroute for ontime arrival.
Cons: Cabin service interrupted by turbulent weather.
Pros: Free entertainment of new and older movies, free meals (although still typical airline food
Cons: Can someone please improve airline food?! They definitely fed us a lot, which is not something that usually happens on coach flights, but the main entrees were quite soggy.
Pros: The Flight Personnel was extremely helpful and kind.
Pros: Crew and being able to watch movies.
Cons: Cost of flight
Pros: How can airlines help screaming children?
Cons: Screaming child on plane for 30 minutes have me a headache- perhaps flight attendants could offer something like coloring books or stickers to help in the future. When I got too baggage claim the baggage claim not listed. Ticket agents declined to help, so I was walking all over try g to find which claim area to go to which was frustrating.
Pros: When I went into customer service and explained that I lost my flight because of bean at the immigration for almost 2hrs and the woman she say u going on the next flight, one hr later I was heading to my destination Richmond.
Cons: Two overhead bins burst open during takeoff. it's pretty scared when luggage could potentially come flying at your face.
Pros: I liked everything.
Pros: Pilot kept us updated on the weather siuation.
Cons: I wish the Wi-Fi was free. It's very expensive. Beverage service on those carts is slow. It's time to update both those items.
Pros: Exit row seat with no seat in front. Was able to stretch legs.
Pros: Enough said
Cons: The flight attendant looked like she was mad throughout the whole flight
Pros: Friendly crew. Good price. Upgraded to comfort seating without charge since I'm a Delta sky priority flier
Cons: Seats uncomfortable.
Cons: Changing my flight , with out notice or short notice.. Abdi.!!
Cons: Too much to write down. Start at the counter and work yourself to the plane. I hope you get it right eventually, I’ll be flying Southwest
Pros: nice new plane, lots of room
Cons: No fuel available
Cons: Feed me
Pros: Nice clean new airplane, pleasant crew.
Cons: Time to start offering complimentary wifi in first class
Pros: Appreciated the opportunity to upgrade at a reasonable price because the flight was so full
Cons: The "Miami based" crew were a little abrasive
Cons: Less crowded.
Pros: The entertainment options was awesome used the on board wifi and the flight cruised by
Cons: Boarding and deplaning is always such a hassle
Pros: The crew was very helpful.
Cons: Sears are pretty tiny for comfort
Cons: Seats small
Pros: The crew was great!
Pros: Crew, seats, and smoothness of ride.
Cons: You have to pay for seats to sit with your travel partner.
Pros: goog seats and comfortables
Cons: food, please!
Pros: Room in the seat was humane. Respectable leg room and not squished with fellow travelers. Boarding process orderly.
Cons: Crew late to second leg of trip. Visibly tired from a long day.
Pros: WiFi was fast, entertainment was very good.
Cons: Aesthetically the plane was a disaster. Broken tray table in my exit row seat. Poor updates regarding why flight was delayed. Boarding process was poorly managed by staff, who were more interested in cracking jokes with each other than doing their job. I find that unacceptable, given the situation.
Pros: Delayed 4 hours. Strung along the entire time. Awful experience. Inability to get hotel.
Pros: Seat ok, crew was good and flight left right on time
Cons: Just the entertainment need to have options
Cons: To many delays.
Pros: Flight was delayed. booked another flight through Dallas with a 150 minutes layover there. That almost wasn't enough as we had an unscheduled 1 hour stop in Austi . In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all...
Pros: Entertainment was awesome! Crew were nice. I liked the plane. Ride was smooth. Food was as can be expected.
Cons: The multiple delays. I purposely picked the earliest flight that would fit our schedule and even pay slightly more per ticket to do so. I’m traveling with 4 kids ages 8-1 and I know by experience that late nights don’t mix well with kids. We were supposed to arrive at 8:50, instead we arrived just before midnight. Can u say cranky kids? Sigh. We may not travel with kids for awhile to recover.
Pros: Great service and sweet attendants
Cons: Person next to me was a little large and it was uncomfortable.
Pros: I am handicapped so I was concerned about my walker and ability to use stairs etc. The crew on the plant and boarding area couldn’t have been more helpful. I was impressed by the comfortable seats and friendly stewardesses. After the plane landed the first officer went to get my walker so I didn’t have to wait.
Cons: Delayed for mechanical.
Pros: I loved the attitude and helpful approach of the female flight attendant working the AA gate for the flight I took from DFW to COS last night (6/13). Truthfully, it was almost like I was back with Southwest. She was kind, calm, polite, efficient, and capable. Very rare in my experience with American Airlines yesterday. Interacting with her was refreshing.
Cons: Getting home to Colorado Springs at 11:30 PM, taxiing for 15-20 minutes, and then waiting another 20-30 for checked luggage! Never have I waited that long during and after a Southwest flight! AA could truly learn something from their more modest counterpart. I have all but decided to resume my drives to Denver every other week rather than risk more and more time and poor experiences with AA flying in-and-out of Colorado Springs.
Pros: I decided to travel First Class from Houston TX and that was the greatest choice I ever made. IAH requires travelers to arrive 2-3 hrs early due to traffic or weather conditions. I checked in at 2 pm and waited for my 5 pm boarding call. First class was amazing! I stored my belongings without any issues. I sipped wine and dined on pasta and watched the movie Father Figures with Owen Wilson and Ed Helms. The stewardess was polite and friendly. The food was enjoyable and the passengers were friendly. The bathroom as also immaculate, I was impressed.
Cons: No complaints!
Cons: Took off 40 min late without explanation
Pros: Flight on time
Cons: No power outlets our video screens at seats. No food served on 4 hour flight.
Cons: A passenger caused a delay in security, and as I'm rushing for the gate, the agent closed the door and told me I couldn't board. She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents.
Cons: No food
Pros: Everyone was nice
Cons: No gluten free snacks. Flight was late
Cons: The fact that for an aisle seat in economy I need to pay extra. I feel nickeled and dimed.
Pros: Great service
Cons: Kiosk sign-in tried to sell several upgrades prior to issuing boarding pass. Very irritating! Seating was very cramped
Pros: British Airways I feel did everything to make it as best as possible.
Cons: American Airlines (British Airlines partners) are a horrible airline. My 8 am flight has a mechanical issue. Which they kept up on the plane till 11. Now no mater what other plane I catch idmiss my connection in Dallas. Which means I don’t get to Paris on time. Which ruined my plans to surprise my gf and propose to her. It took one call to British Airlines to get me rebooked. Something american was taking hours. I still won’t make it on time but at least I’ll make it. American then misplaced my luggage and it took two hours to retrieve it. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time the kept telling me it would be on the baggage flame area.
Pros: The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh.
Cons: My original flight was cancelled and the first available flight was 3 days later. BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight.
Pros: The main crew person checking us in was very nice and attentive, tried to keep me posted on changes, and remained pleasant even though some were getting upset.
Cons: flight was delayed, staff didn't update us so people were getting upset and irritable while waiting to hear. Then flight times changed without announcements, upsetting some.
Pros: I liked that the internet connection was free because I am a T-Mobile customer.
Cons: Boarding the plane was a bit clumsy. I felt like everyone was tripping over each other since the front of the plane was boarding first.
Pros: We didn't crash.
Cons: No safety briefing for infants, rude gate staff, primitive fleet, terrible customer service at all levels.
Pros: Plane clean
Cons: Seat assignment process totally sucks. Wasn't possible to sit with partner even though we checked in day before. Line management at gat abysmal
Pros: It was all good.it was
Pros: Plane was ancient
Cons: Paid a premium for extra leg room at bulkhead only to have a continuous stream of adults and small children passing through kicking or tripping over our feet.
Pros: The crew were helpful and as I have a disability they gave me a chair with moreegroom and closer to the exit.
Cons: It took a long time before they offered beverages, we were in the air for more than 1.5 hours before they came by to offer drinks
Pros: The first leg of trip had a newer aircraft......potentially due to the "mechanical delay" that started the fiasco.
Cons: I don't usually do reviews, but this experience has prompted me too. I usually pick American over other airlines even if the price is slightly higher but after this last fiasco I doubt I will fly with them again. From the start of the trip there was a delay. I was told that I would have to stay in a hotel in Charlotte because I would miss my connecting flight. I agreed and waited for my flight that was nearly 2 hours late. I arrived in Charlotte and retrieved my bag as instructed and went to the counter. The lady then stated that it was probably best if I tried to get on the last remaining flight even though it showed sold out because "there have been delays all day and plenty of people have been missing their connecting flights". So I rechecked my bag and headed to the game. This flight was delayed, as it was the last for the night, so that all the connecting flights could be made. Okay, that is fair enough....even though I didn't get to board and now I no longer had my bag as this is now on the plane. 30 minutes after the plane left I finally get my voucher for motel along with a $12 voucher for food that can only be used in the terminal restaurants......which are now closed for the night. After 30 minutes of trying to contact the hotel for shuttle information I was advised that they were no longer taking airline vouchers. I , again, approached the ticket counter and I was advised that I "would just have to wait because there are no rooms in the system at this time." And none of this instruction seemed professional or accommodating. After another hour I was approached that now there are no other options in their system for accommodations and I would have to pursue options on my own. So......the higher priced one way ticket just became $100 more at no fault of my own.
Pros: Better than I thought it would be.
Pros: Great crew is what made the short flight awesome!
Pros: The crew was very nice and warm
Cons: The entertainment was poor and not visible from everywhere (understandable from an old plane)
Pros: On my return I had my own seat! Not nearly as cramped. Had soda and pretzels. The air magazine was latest issue! The attended was nice.
Cons: The seats needed to be shampood.
Pros: The crew was fantastic as always and put people at ease even in the midst of a pandemic.
Pros: Not much
Cons: Small seat for first class; no inflight entertainment; terrible meal; lost baggage.
Pros: Flight was quick
Cons: better coffee
Cons: The lady at the boarding gate at newark airport was extremely unpolite and with a very law service attitude
Pros: Our crew was good but everything else was awful. A 1/12 hour flight ended up with us on board for 6 hours.
Cons: Mechanical problems.... crew out of hours.... you name it .... it happened on my flight!
Pros: Not much
Cons: Cheap seats. And why were we not seated together when we booked way in advance?
Pros: United’s crew were the sweetest. They knew I looked so tired, they took care of me and everyone on board!
Pros: The plane was clean, the pilot and attendants were pleasant.
Cons: Rules are rules. Yet, at least ten people brought on more than the designated one carry-on bag and purse. Flight attendants shouldn't have to deal with those poorly mannered passengers who think they deserve special treatment. Otherwise, it was all fine.
Cons: United's In-flight entertainment did not work.
Pros: Helpful staff and smooth flight. No connections or Hassels
Cons: I got dumped the day before I was supposed to fly to see my girlfriend. There was nothing I could do about taking the flight anyway. Because I needed fly as cheep as possible, I used you to book my flight. I tried to get a refund, but found out with fees it was going to cost more than I paid for the ticket.
Pros: They loaded the plane quickly.
Cons: They don't enforce the carryon bag size. Overhead bins filled with large bags.
Pros: good flight
Cons: no entertainment
Pros: Plane was on time and even landed early
Cons: The gentleman sitting next to me held his duffle bag on his lap the whole flight. Take off and landing included. Take off I thought no big deal, but when it was time to land the flight attendant actually looked right at him and said nothing.. When I put my tray down, there was sugar and coffee stains on it. Luckily, I had a wet wipe to wipe it off. The attendants were not very friendly and I was disappointed with them. It just seemed like they were in a hurry. Note this was my flight from Omaha to Chicago. NOT the connecting flight Ord-DCA.
Cons: Lack of space in economy....might as well box each one of us up and stick us in the cargo hold.
Pros: Food was good
Cons: Seating and maybe some different reading material
Pros: The plane didn't crash
Cons: You pay for everything- including wi fi. Cheapest, saddest flights I've ever had. Never again flying United.
Pros: Short flight
Cons: Why do all the employees at United try to make you feel like your "putting them out" whenever you ask them anything. I have never experienced how an entire company can walk around with a chip on their shoulder. No life-threatening we are done.
Cons: I never made it to Helena. Flight was delayed 2 hours so I missed my connection and had to fly to an alternate airport and buy myself a rental car and hotel room.
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Boarded plane with my 8 week old baby. After getting settled had to deplane due to mechanical issues. Then I stalled feeding as he has to nurse during takeoff to relieve pressure. Airline kept slightly postponing it so wasn't comfortable nursing as I needed him to eat during takeoff. But no realistic time was ever given. Eventually they cancelled flight and they rebooked next day. Then united realized they would have to give travel vouchers / hotel if flight was cancelled so they re labeled it "delayed" to avoid putting everyone up in a hotel. 13.5 hrs of a delay overnight is not a delay and deserves better treatment! To add insult to injury, my GATE checked stroller took 45 min to come up to the top of the jetway. 45 minutes! I had to ask 4 times with a screaming 8 week old with nowhere to set him! The kind girl kept paging down to them but nobody would bring it up. It was absolutely horrible. Then today at check-in they couldn't figure out how to print the infant boarding pass which ultimately took 30-40 min of the lady trying to no avail. I arrived 1 hr 10 min early to my flight and nearly missed it due to United. The issues with printing my "infant voucher" caused me to have to run through the airport and frantically collapse stroller to make on time. With zero sleep thanks to the debacle the night before. Beyond disappointed and believe should be compensated for this experience.
Pros: Wi if!
Cons: Uncomfortable seats
Pros: Bigger jet, more room. I was able to keep my carry on with me in the over head bin. Friendly staff. Very clean cabin.
Cons: Cramped plane. Not enough space. Late boarding and then sat on the tarmac for a while.
Pros: Everything was on time. Had enough time to get breakfast before departing. The stroopwaffle is awesome.
Cons: Very cramped plane. Very hot in the cabin. And veneration wasn't good, cabin smelled like farts. The bathroom door lock was broken and didn't close all the way either. Had to gate check my bag again.
Pros: United wide body jet was roomy and comfortable. Even sitting in the middle seat between two strangers was not awkward or uncomfortable Easy boarding and helpful attendants on board.
Cons: Checkin process was poor - unable to use kiosks; required personnel to check in. Customer rep was alone and line was long. Poor process and lots of angry customers
Cons: The flight was cancelled so I'm on stand by for who knows when
Pros: Both flights were early landing which was nice everything moved smoothly
Cons: I didn't have an assigned seat in the 22nd flight so when they called I asked about they said wait for ur flight to be called so I went and Sat back down til they called me by name so almost missed my flight because the communication with the staff needs improvements
Pros: I was too sick to wait in the airport between flights and my husband came up to Denver and picked. Me up.
Cons: A 4 hour flight & we got a repulsive wafer cookie and one, just one drink. No one ever came around to offer another beverage. The flight attendants were rude & spent the majority of the flight hanging out in the back gossiping.
Cons: The seats on the 737 are uncomfortable.
Pros: Quick and easy boarding, friendly staff, On time/early to arrival
Cons: Not a lot of space for passengers- even someone small like me at 5'2 and 120 lbs. Flight was also a bit turbulent
Pros: I like the many options that I had to choose from for my filghts
Cons: That I could get my seat assignment when I place the reservation
Pros: Flew on Delta Airlines
Cons: Had to run to Delta and barely made that connection.
Cons: No snacks...free
Pros: Updated interior. Those new seats make it feel like a lot more room.
Pros: The United staff I interacted with were some of the friendliest people I'd worked with all day.
Cons: Our first flight was delayed, which meant we'd miss our connecting flight. We were moved to a flight that would leave us in the airport for 8 hours. I called and someone got my onto an earlier flight, but when we showed up at the gate, we found out she hadn't finished the transaction and now there weren't enough seats for us. We were supposed to land in RIC by 2, but by the time we got a flight (which was again delayed), it was almost 10pm. The only helpful person I dealt with was John, who took my call to get us on another flight.
Pros: Larger plane, great comfort. Nice staff!
Cons: You have to pay for wifi, nothing to look at during flight.
Pros: I had an empty row.
Cons: Waiting for boarding an extra 30mins. Waiting for departure an extra 30mins. All after having my gates switched, and walking accros the concourse just to get to it.
Cons: The 2 hour delay
Cons: Delayed at Chicago for 8 hours before they canceled the flight. It was beautiful & Sunny in both Chicago (depart) & Omaha (arrive) all day. The flight was most likely canceled because of an incoming flight that never arrived. Stayed at hotel on my own dime after wasting an entire day. Completely unacceptable and will never use airline for this route again.
Pros: Smooth boarding. Friendly crew. Got us there on time, despite a late start That included a gate change.
Cons: Was asked to check my carry on bag, because the flight was full. Meaning they sold the seat I purchased for my wife (who was unable to make the flight). I did so, but when I looked in the overhead bin after the flight, it was empty. When we arrived in Denver, I waited at the baggage carousel, watched everyone pick up there bags, until there were only 5 or 6 bags going around. I then went to a counter behind the carousel and asked about my bag. I was only then told that my bag had been there the whole time I was waiting.
Pros: The crew members were friendly and efficient.
Pros: I always appreciate a nice smooth landing.
Cons: The caramel wafer served with the beverage in flight.
Pros: Even though we left almost 30 minutes behind schedule on a hour and a half flight, the pilot made up the time in the air and we touched down 2 minutes ahead of our original time. I know a bunch of people had connecting flights and we're very happy.
Cons: Departure was delayed for unknown reason, first flight of the day and the plane was sitting at the gate 2 hours prior to it's scheduled departure time.
Cons: Boarding was 15-20 minutes late, no one at the counter. Bumpy flight due to turbulence due to weather.
Pros: It was ok
Cons: Not being in first class
Pros: Hassle free booking(no hidden fees) comfortable seats which for me being 6foot6 isn't always the case. And the free selection on the united airlines app was an awesome bonus
Pros: Female pilot was the best I've ridden with
Cons: The delay was horrible.
Cons: Clean the plane prior to passengers coming onboard. The plane was dirty in between the seats and food particles and crumbs everywhere. It seemed like they did a half cleaning job and a little more effort could go along way. Since beverages aren’t included and the seat do not recline. Other than that the flight was smooth taking off, in flight and landing. Thank you to the pilot for his efforts.
Cons: The plane was delayed 4 hours, they charged me $40 for a carry on. This is a bad airline
Pros: Not much
Cons: Why did I have to pay so many fees
Pros: Crew was adequate Plane was cleanish Flight was on time
Cons: Kid with crappy diaper two rows back Guy in front of us snoring like a freight train
Pros: flight was on time made good time price was good
Cons: I'm 6'2" the seat's were too cramped they charged us $49.00 for our carry on bags I think that's a little high other wise everything was good.
Cons: I was really surprised you don't get a complementary drink & snack. Especially when you have to pay for each seat.
Pros: Flight crew was pleasant.
Cons: Flight was delayed 9 hours. Weather on both ends was great. Stuff happens, I get it. But to have no one at the gate and no explanation is incredibly cowardly. And then to do the usual banter at 2 and 3 in the morning thanking us for “choosing” Frontier and other chipper comments rang incredibly hollow. Things like “we hope you had a great flight!” A great flight by Frontier standards would have gotten us to our destination on time. The meal voucher is a complete joke — sending an email for us to get the voucher from the gate agent AND THEN NOT HAVING A GATE AGENT UNTIL 90% OF THE AIRPORT RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSED is just beyond all decency. I will never fly Frontier again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague. If you only have one thing to offer (reasonably on time flights) then you should do that one thing really well. Frontier doesn’t.
Cons: Web site says be there 3 hrs early and they didnt even open until an hour and half before flight
Pros: When we were able to finally board and depart, it was expedited.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that with numerous delays, we were not even given actual information as to the cause. At one point the, the person at the desk picked up their belongings and left the passengers at the gate. Weather was the excuse but there wasn’t any severe weather in either destination!
Cons: ALWAYS a delay or flight change. They charge for EVERYTHING. They even try to get you to sign up for credit card while on board. One of flight crew chewing gum and blowing bubbles.
Pros: I didn’t board this flight...and I need a refund
Cons: I didn’t board this flight...and I need a refund
Pros: They kept arguing over my luggage payment that I didn't pay online. Finally their manager verified that it's paid.
Pros: They added a stop to my ticket plans without telling any passengers.i paid for a non stop flight and was not given one.
Pros: Boarding process.
Cons: Long flight, uncomfortable seats, a la carte everything, and prices were high for food and beverage. Vendor booked flight for me, so I did not choose to fly Frontier. Thought I had a direct to San Diego from D.C., turns out, we stopped in Colorado Springs, de boarded, waited an hour or so, then re boarded.
Cons: Staff was rude was not comfortable seating
Pros: Offering a direct flight from COS
Cons: Outrageous charge for checked bag
Cons: We had to pay for coffee and soda. They nickel/dime you. Checkin at Orlando was kind of a mess with complaints from many around us.
Pros: The pilots landed very smoothly and the staff were friendly.
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Additional cost just to chose seats was crazy! Charging for a carry one...really? That is just madness and greed.
Pros: the cheap price was great.
Cons: The seats don't recline and you are stuck in like sardines. The tray table is a sliver.
Pros: Leg room was nice
Cons: I'm not impressed with having to pay for literally 1/4 of a pop should be complementary.
Pros: Boarding was painless and quick, flights were on time to destination, even early. My last flight actually made up time after departing late d/t passengers taking forever to deboard. This is a super inexpensive ticket folks, if you pay attention to the fine print it clearly states you pay extra for bags to check or carry, cheaper to pay online before your flight, also clearly spelled out if you look and easy to do.
Cons: Seats don't recline, food isn't offered, but for the price of the ticket, buy your own before boarding!
Pros: The counter people were great!!! The newer planes are nice
Cons: The web site makes you spend more money than necessary. I will probably never use the web site again. Poor way to have people spend more money for no reason.
Cons: Flight delayed
Pros: In spite of weather delay, boarding, crew and flight were good
Pros: Frontier staff were friendly and helpful. Electronic boarding passes
Cons: Uncomfortable seats Tiny planes Outrageous charges for seats and baggage Couldn't check in our bags early Frontier sucks!
Cons: You send e-mail notices to me but I cannot access e-mail away from home as I am not into smart gadgets. I checked at home for flight status but by the time I drove 70 minutes to the airport, the flight was delayed, and delayed, and delayed. Once at Denver, we sat on the tarmac for 4 1/2 hours waiting for a gate. Southwest deplaned people on the tarmac. Once at the gate, we had to wait another 15 min for a jetway operator and someone to operate the TUG/generator. And my consolation prize was a 4 oz cup of water. YIPPEE!!
Pros: Flight was quick and comfortable.
Pros: They didn't lose my luggage and they were on time.
Cons: It costs just to freaking breathe. It was uncomfortablr and crowded. Everyone around me didn't want to fly with frontier again. It was more expensive since even a carry on costs a lot. I like kayak, but I would rather pay $50 more for a quality flight.
Pros: The flight attendants were very friendly, I was greeted on the plane with a smile.
Cons: Paying for carry-ons and drinks, somewhat of a lack of professionalism with boarding one lady was short with me about a carry on. Took us a long time to take off after being seated because they didn't have the luggage loaded yet.
Pros: flight arrived 30 minutes early! carry-on policy is good; prices are even better!
Cons: seats & leg room are cramped & getting smaller all the time
Pros: In order to seat a child and parent together they moved me towards the front of the plane.
Cons: When they did I saw the exit row had no one sitting there. I asked if I could sit there and they told me no. I would have to pay the up grade fee. IS THAT NOT A SAFTEY issue, not having ANYONE in the exit row to open doors if needed.
Pros: Flight was on time and everything went well!
Pros: Mitch the flight attendant was hilarious and made the trip really nice for everyone.
Cons: The return flight was delayed and there was no one there to let us know. We had to go online to figure it out.
Cons: I won't fly Frontier again. The fact that we arrived into Colorado Springs 5 1/2 hours late wasn't the issue, as weather cannot be helped. But it was the lack of organization in the face of adversity that aggravated all the customers most. I would think a prestigious company like Frontier would have a better Plan B, than to unload us all in DIA, not allow us to retrieve our bags and find a faster way home, wait for a new flight crew, wait longer for a new plane, and once re-boarding to wait even longer because bags had never been loaded onto the new plane and there was no ramp crew. A shuttle to Colorado Springs would have been three hours faster. Think outside the box. Our patience was indeed tested.
Pros: We arrived to Omaha from Denver and back again safely.
Cons: It was about an hour delay out and over 2.5hr delay back. I got home at 12:45am, and had a 6:30 appointment the next morning. I don't know what others with connecting flights did... Also, I'm not used to having to pay for coffee, soda or a tiny snack.
Cons: Landed but no one was available to park the plan so connecting flight passengers could catch their next flights. Almost like no one new the plane had arrived.
Pros: Staff friendliness
Cons: How close i was to the stinky guy next to me
Cons: no ability to get the seat to recline, even a bit.
Cons: Nickle and dime everything - even in flight coke at $2.00!
Pros: New interior, clean. Professional crew.
Cons: Irritated by the carry on baggage fee... $90 for two items! And I had to pay for my cup of coffee!!!.. And just as irritating, our departure was delayed an hour waiting for the previous plane to clear the gate. The poor peopme arriving on our aircraft had to sit in front of the gate for 45 minutes holding their bladders. Not sure why they didn't do a gate change. Last bit of whining.... The new ultra thin seats are uncomfortable... Made my butt numb. And I couldn't use the fancy new ultra-thin tray table for my laptop because it was only as wide as my $2.00 cup of coffee.
Cons: I messaged frontier directly.
Pros: This was my first flight on Frontier and didn't know what to expect. When my iPhone boarding pass wouldn't work at security I was sent to the Frontier counter and they helped me instantly. The Phoenix boarding lounge was NOT a good introduction with holes and rips in the seats and a "sofa" that rocked everyone on it whenever someone moved.. The gate attendant however was great - and funny. The plane was VERY nice and made up for the lounge plus we made it to Colorado Springs 20 minutes early! The price ($56 including fees and taxes) means I'll be looking at Frontier in the future.
Pros: "never frontier again" is what you hear from 90% of the crowd after a frontier trip. Bags took about 45-60min to get down to baggage claim. Do not use this airline if you value your time. Don't be fooled by low ticket prices l, they charge add-on fees for EVERYTHING.
Cons: False advertising with prices, many hidden fees. Stuff that would be free at other airlines youpay extraat frontier
Cons: I did not like any part of if
Pros: Was a food flight
Cons: I had 2 delays making me late in Portland
Pros: Staff was very courteous and pilot performed an excellent landing.
Cons: Flight was delayed three times, no reason given. Arrived at 2:15 am instead of 9:45. Could have at least offered free drinks.
Cons: I heard a flight attendant tell a mom to not have her kid eat off the food tray without a napkin on the tray because they do not clean them. What if somebody sneezes on that, the germs on that airplane gross I will never fly front tier again .
Cons: No leg room in 1 A . Paid $25. To be cramped in front seat. Over charged for my bag. I will never fly frontier again following this trip.
