Cons: I had and early morning flight that got cancelled at last minute. Called the customer service twice because each of the operators sounded sketchy. Finally got ahold of the right line and was left on hold for at least 10 minutes. My fiance called the Spanish line and got ahold of an operator in least than a minute. After another 15 minutes she was finally able to get me a flight. I don't think I'll be flying with interjet any time soon.

Cons: I purchased ticket stating business class for both legs, but the first leg of my trip did not have a business class cabin at all. I did not get what i paid for!!!! My seat back IFE did not work at all. Boarding experience was terrible and took forever. The lounge MEX was overcrowded with non-functioning wifi

Cons: 3 hour delay for no given reason, drunk people in the row in front of me on flight were loud and obnoxious most of the flight while attendants continued to serve them more alcohol, and crying screaming baby part of the flight. Seats cramped.

Cons: Boarding was confusing. The gate changed twice and the second update was not reflected on the departures board. I had to run through the airport to find the new gate and the sign for the gate said the wrong flight so I didn't realize I had found the right gate and had to ask other passengers. Then we were bused to the plane on the tarmac. The flight took off at least an hour after scheduled
