Cons: American carriers just aren't as good at international as non-american carriers. Seats/food/entertainment/overall experience just not as good. Pick an international carrier when you can

Cons: Offer breakfast, for a flight that's longer than five hours and arriving at 10 AM you should offer breakfast at least to first class passengers.

I went to use the bathroom upon boarding due to a medical condition and she stated and I quite, “ I don’t understand why you couldn’t have just used the restroom at the terminal?” I said Ma’am I have a a heart condition and take meds

Cons: Our plane was delayed multiple times and we were not provided an explanation as to why. For as expensive as this fare was the fact that Delta was at fault for the delay and did not offer any compensation for that delay is frustrating. A few extra free snacks doesn’t cut it.

Cons: A 20 minute flight was delayed for 2.5 hrs. United did a terrible job with notifying passengers, just simply bumped out departure in 15 min increments. Original excuse was inbound delay, although plane was there for 6 hrs already. Passenger soiled himself in cabin and there was no ventilation.
