Cons: "All passengers boarded the flight on time. But, the flight was delayed due to a last-minute of getting a backup crew from BWI to DFW. We were promised to wait for 5 minutes. But, it took 15 minutes. Once the flight arrived at DFW, because the flight missed the gate window, we were forced to wait at taxi way for another 30 minutes. It was a very bad decision on Southwest to delay the flight, not because of passengers, but because of its last minute staffing need. Passengers should have been compensated for the delay, since the airline caused it. In addition, the flight AC was not working properly making the flight very uncomfortable."

Cons: "I was supposed to fly out of Portland on a direct flight to Dallas Sunday January 8th. The Portland airport shut down due to the weather. I understand you say weather related issues aren't the fault of the airlines and therefore nothing can be done. I had to pay to stay an extra night in Portland which is annoying to have an extra expense. Then of course there's only one direct flight from Portland to Dallas daily and it was already full. The only option was to route through some other city. I got routed through Oakland and then there were delays in Oakland. I had to wait an extra 3 hours in the Oakland airport to get back to Dallas! I know you say weather can't be helped, but flights are overbooked and there's no cushion for flight problems and cancelled flights. While I was supposed to be on a direct flight Sunday that would have gotten me home at 3 in the afternoon, I didn't get home until 10:30pm Monday night! So then I have another day I have to take off work and losing pay there."

I asked the flight attendant about it and she said that I would have to go back up to the ticket agent to inquire there. So I did, and I was told when I walked back up the ramp to that kiosk that the ticked agent had just Closed The Flight. So, the other lady who was standing right there said that she had to escort a minor on to the flight and that she would accompany me back to the airplane and see if she could help. She did, and when we got back to hand off the minor to the flight crew she then inquired about that seat. It was agreed that the seat was going to be vacant, and since I am a 6' 1", 250 pound man, they all thought it would be a nice thing to allow me to sit in that first class seat at no extra charge! Wow!! What a difference that made on the 4 hour flight! Thank You Alaska Airlines for helping me out and hooking me up! I will remember that when I am booking my next trip!!"

Our seats were assigned together, we were not charged for checking smaller bags, and the beverage/snack service was fast and they checked back often. Seats on this plane were roomy and the flight was not over-crowded. Boarding and de-boarding were easy and relaxed. Arrived ahead of schedule."

Every country had a little different process for boarding and getting around - most had friendly staff, on point, helping clueless, stressed, & frustrated travelers. I was really disappointed in Atlanta, not a very welcoming or helpful spirit for visitors to US - not all (80% were awesome), mainly those trying to greet and direct through customs. Most hate the arrogant America anyway, don’t make it worse - put your best people on the front lines to help with international relations & show why the US is the best. Put those that don’t want to be here loading bags out back! Sorry for the lecture, but this is any business!"

Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

Pros: "The flight arrived early which was nice. But that's the only good thing about this flight."
Cons: "From checking my bag to leaving the plane in Dallas, I felt like AA employees thought passengers were just in the way. It was almost as if the flight attendants were traveling to Dallas and they happened to have to take care of passengers along the way. There were very few smiles, hellos, or how can I help you. It was almost always and grunt and what do you want? The personal device entertainment was very buggy. the movie I tried to watch kept skipping, like on old scratched CD."

Pros: "Almost 20 hours before regular flight time, received numerous texts from airline that flight will be delayed. Some were delays if 4,5 hours then changed to almost 8 hrs then back to 6 hours . Needless to say connection flight is messed up and no way of knowing what that might be until arriving at airport. Then more confusion, too almost an hour to get checked in. With connecting flight of 1.5 hours which is scary for international flight that requires going through custom then recheck luggage and TSA line again. The saving grace is captain speed up place on first leg of international flight so arrived airport 1 hour early, thus allowing enough time to connect."
Pros: "The plane was new and relatively clean."
Cons: "I fell asleep as soon as the cabin began to pressurize, which I often do. I subsequently missed the first meal, and was informed of light snacks in the galley bar - this meant mini pretzels. We experienced some light turbulence perhaps 2 hours to 1.5 hours before landing, after which we were informed that the turbulence had caused the food for the economy cabin to spill (first class was apparently fine). So that meant I had not eaten at all on a 13.5 hour flight, and all I consumed was water. To add insult to injury, I was caught in a 2 hour immigration line, despite the presence of one world employees in the hall responsible for ushering passengers with tight transfer times, but refused to give me assistance on 2 occasions. I later missed my connecting flight and was forced to pay for my own hotel, transfers and subsistence, with no apology from the airline. Outrageous flying experience."
Pros: "Absolutely nothing"
Cons: "Our flight to Nashville AND our flight back to Dallas were both delayed due to "maintenance". Each time was a delay of a couple of hours causing us to miss both of our original layover flights. As a result, we missed TWO very important business meetings that ended up costing us over $10,000! We were unable to provide paychecks to employees! After spending 2 entire days sitting in the airport waiting, we were offered a "food voucher" for $30, were advised to go pick up our luggage first, but they failed to mention we would be unable to get back through DFW airport security just to eat!! We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. I'm in the marketing industry and am very capable of getting the word out to millions. American Airlines... 9/11...Never Forget."

Cons: "Flight was late, crew didn't speak to passengers when boarding or de-boarding, passengers had to check carry=on bags due to limited space"

Cons: "They changed my flight without telling me about it. My first flight was at 8 but my plane was late. When I went to the ticket counter they changed my flight and didn't tell me when I was getting to my destination"
Pros: "The entertainment, the crew were very hospitable. The flight was on time"

Cons: "This flight was good, but when I fly in July I pay extra for protection and extra for better seat. Flight was canceled and they put me on different plane, which make my day in San Diego very difficult, because I miss my meeting, I didn't get better seat ither,instead I got seat in front of toilet and for 3 hours have to listen door bunging and terrible smell. I never been compensate for canceling flight or extra seat price.Nobody care even apologize. I hope that was just unforchened incident and I still like your company and still flying with AA, but I was really disappointed. Sincerely Vera Vasiley."
Cons: "They left on time with 46 pax and took over a 2 hour delay. Then my bag did not show up."

Pros: "The boarding wasn’t smooth, there were 3 women at the podium listing zones and it was very mumbled and low, quite hard to hear despite the small area dedicated to Allegiant passengers."
Cons: "The women at the podium listing flights could have been friendlier and more customer service oriented... there was a lot of mumbling into the speaker for boarding ... and the person kept giggling into the mic. Once past boarding, everything was great !"
Pros: "Great fares even for last minute booking."
Cons: "Services and comfort as expected for the price."
Pros: "When you land at Concord you are right near the parking lot!!!"
Pros: "Definitely the price. Boarding process was pretty quick. Flight attendants seemed nice."
Cons: "Left a little late, but still arrived on time, so that was okay. Seats aren't the most comfortable, but that's expected. Was still able to get a little nap in."

Cons: "PIE airport does not have a lane for TSA pre-check so be prepared to wait in the long security lines with everyone else."
Cons: "Extra charges for everything! Asked flight attendants for a cup of water as I was not feeling well and was told I could buy some water. I was also told my carry on was too big when it clearly fit in the container at the check in process."

Pros: "somehow after waiting on tamarac for half hour, we still got to Asheville, destination, on time."
Cons: "boarding in the rain, areas to check your bag and check in were so crowded you couldn't even find a proper line calling out names, some of the voices couldn't be heard no one available to answer questions what line a person should get in.som"

Pros: "The check-in line moved quickly and our representative was very friendly and encouraged us to download the app rather than pay for boarding passes. Good experience all around"

Pros: "Crew likes to have fun with their passengers -- making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. It's a budget airline so you have to pay for things like refreshments and snacks (also, carryons and if you want you boarding pass printed at the airport) -- but don't let that sway you! All it takes is a little prior organization (we packed a couple of sandwiches and printed our passes at home, plus packed very light). Overall a great experience."

Cons: "It's ridiculous to make passengers keep their personal items on the floor when most of the overhead lockers are empty. Ridiculous and dangerous."
Pros: "Flight went smooth"
Cons: "I checked into my flight with luggage to check in. The lady behind the counter said I could not check my luggage that the only way for it to get on the plane was to take it through the TSA checkpoint. They confiscated everything in my bag that was over 3oz which was quite a bit of stuff hence the reason why I was trying to check it in. I will not be flying Allegiant air again."
Pros: "Great cost. Boarding and crew were seamless and pleasant."
Cons: "As with all airlines, it has all the comfort of a cattle car. No drink service - even water cost you money."
Cons: "We were moved gates a few times. Delayed a few times, finally on a plane and they deboard the whole thing. No one seemed too apologetic at all. Pretty much who cares, after spending money and being moved all over seeming like they cared would've been nice."

Pros: "They offered a direct flight from Cincinnati to Austin. The price was good, even though they charge for carry on."
Cons: "They land at the Austin airport, kind of. Once we landed they took us to a Remote terminal which required waiting for a bus to fill up and then take you back to the actual airport. There was no quick way for the bus to return and it has to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the main airport. I took 1 complete hour from when I landed to when I got in my car in lot D."
Cons: "First they delayed the flight and then they cancelled the day of and I had to book a whole new flight for the day which was costly. I will never recommend that airline to anyone and I wanted to like it since I looked at their website and it looked very military friendly, but it was just disappointing"
Pros: "Quick boarding with priority access Friendly staff"
Cons: "Unclear boarding instructions. Both flights roundtrip were delayed about an hour. Wasn't advised of seat changes and reasons why. Mobile passes were unavailable due to a system issue gate attendants had to check manually. Bring own snacks or eat before flight and provide your own entertainment. Seats not reclining are uncomfortable. Not suitable for someone with back issues. First flight was uncomfortably cold return flight was uncomfortably hot."
Pros: "Well, it was a somewhat inexpensive flight out of a convenient terminal."
Cons: "I say somewhat cheap, because by the time they ala carte everything, it's not so cheap anymore. As in no longer cheap enough to justify the bare bones service. The flight attendants are basically candy salespeople. I typically need help putting things in the overhead bin, but the flight attendant actually told me it wasn't her job. That indeed may be the airline's bad policy, but she also thought her way of expressing it was appropriate, which it is not. That has to come straight from the top. Also, what kinda janky airline doesn't serve complementary water. Probably the biggest deal though was that my flight was delayed for 2 hours both ways due to a maintenance issue. I know air travel is fairly safe, but given the track record of both Allegiant and Airbus, I was a little worried during the flights. Even though this particular route is convenient for me, I'm going to avoid Allegiant."
Pros: "The idea of a more competitive airfare. New South terminal in Austin is nice. Parking is cheaper. Food truck and outdoor seating are nice."
Cons: "No wifi. No entertainment options. You have to pay for snacks and regular drinks- even water."

Cons: "Landing in Austin and having to walk down a wet slippery ramp and then across the tarmac in a thunderstorm ... got VERY wet . How about a cover ?"
