Flight delayed over 6 hours with multiple changes to flight status and times for eventual departure. At one point flight was cancelled so we booked a hotel only to have the flight rescheduled to after midnight so we had to scramble to cancel our hotel which might not be refunded. Worst experience with Alaska air to date.

I missed a connection due to a 4 hour maintenance delay. The worst part is that I can't even attempt to rebook the flight because there is no way to contact Iberia. The desks were closed because there were no more flights that day. They never answer the help line or facebook. I simply cannot, in any way, even get ahold of a person to help me rebook this flight that cost 1000 dollars and was ruined by the fault of the airline. So I am stranded in LA right now, frantically trying to get ahold of anyone from Iberia to help me get to Spain.

This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

This was not communicated, and we ended up walking around a lot and having to ask at the info desk. As for entertainment on the flight, we couldn't do anything without the app, which you have to get before you're on the plane. Boo."

Luckily, Kayak had notified me about the cancellation and we immediately called United to take the next flight out. The earliest was at 5:50pm and we didn’t get back to LA till 7:50pm. Pros: "For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."

At the very least she could have used commonly acceptable language such as "please, thank you and excuse me" but rather chose to use "wait". As some of us where desperate to make a tight connection in SF, focusing on getting people on board and the plane off the ground should have been the crew focus."

Every flight was over sold and they were unable to get me on any flights until Tuesday... My original flight was Sunday morning. I was among 26 others on this standby list. United customer service told me to wait at the airport until my flight because they wouldn't be able to help me with a hotel. Less than satisfied and annoyed that I have to miss two days of work on top of having to stay in San Francisco for two nights."

Las Vegas is a huge airport, requiring a tram to get to the passenger pick-up, even with directions it was confusing and not obvious. In SFO, half the plane walked halfway down the concourse in the wrong direction because of lack of signage and it looks like the right way to go. Drop Kiwi as a third-party for domestic flights, their customer service is clueless, handling charges absurd and flight requirements unnecessary."
Pros: "No frills with this airline. Very lean operation. The crew in the City and onboard were bright and positive and handled disgrunted crowds in an effective but respectful way. Pilot was excellent. Airline provided food vouchers for delayed flights."

Cons: "First of all. Our flight was delayed 3 hours with no explanation at first (after we boarded they finally told us).There was technical difficulties with the plane. They had to keep re-starting the planes system. It was June in Vegas. This shut off caused the A/C to go off. It got extremely hot. The flight attendants very rudly handed out warm water (no ice) to everyone. Only filled the cups a quarter of the way and would not hand out more. 3 hours after we were supposed to take off, we finally got going. After we were up in the air the flight attendants were extremely rude. Many of the passengers kept asking for snacks and drinks. We were all extremely hungry and thirsty from sitting in an extremely hot plane for hours. We FINALLY got service in time for our plane to start landing. We were then forced to promptly throw our drinks and food away due to landing. Didn't even get a few sips and a couple bites of my chips before I then had to throw it away. I will never fly frontier again. I can say that most of the people on my flight will not be flying frontier either. I never write bad reviews. I am an extremely easy going person. I understand plane difficutlies but the staff of the plane were extremely rude and did not handle the situation well."

The attendant tells me I missed my flight by 9min because you have to check in at least 45min early and that there was no way I could board. I asked if the plane had already left, he said that it had not. No good answer as to why I couldn't be accommodated. I explained my qualms about the online check-in but it was pointless. I had to fly with another airline which costs me $367.00 to book. Terrible customer service and no leeway or understanding whatsoever."

Ingress / egress was hard for me and for others too. On the return flight our plane was making weird noises on decent. It made several people nervous. (I've been flying for 25 yrs)"

When people noticed that we were not boarding when we should, they got on line to ask the service rep, who wasn't there. She came back 40 minutes after our flight was due to take off to announce a delay. Really awful company. Will not willingly use again."

Rows are crammed in tight with the new non reclining rubber pad seats that are sure to send you to the chiropractor. They have the unmitigated gall to cram their credit card sales pitch over the PA followed up with multiple trips up amddown the aisle. Hey Frontier, if I wanted a credit card sales pitch I would stay home and answer the damn robocalls. Nice way to treat your customers, especially after you stab them $3 for a drink."

I felt stranded and will never recommend this airlines to anyone. Infact I say never travel frontier airlines again."

Cons: "Firstly, I'm pretty sure that the planes Frontier uses are re-purposed prison planes. The seats don't recline and are uncomfortable as all get-out. They cram you into some kind of military stress-position that ensures you won't sleep, won't be comfortable, and will be reduced into an unsmiling pile of compliance. Secondly, Frontier charges for *everything* - carry-on? That'll be $40-$60. You want a soda? That'll be $2.00. Snack? Yep... pay up, sucka. Water's free, thankfully. That said, the price was right and the flight was mercifully short; so I'd probably do it again. Because I'm a sadist, apparently."

My husband and I would have had to pay an additional $30 to sit next to each other. On the flight out, the stewardess asked us if we wanted to buy any food or drinks, but never offered even free water. The seats are horribly uncomfortable. I was in the middle seat on a red eye, and I was so cramped and sore, I couldn't fall asleep for more than a minute. I landed feeling exhausted, sore, and miserable. This was my first and last time flying on Frontier."
