Cons: "My seat would not recline and when I mentioned this to the flight attendant, she said it was because it was an aisle seat. Safety was her reason. Other aisle seats I have had did recline. The result, was back pain. I have repeatedly tried to have my last two trips to Chile and Colombia register frequent flyer miles on Copa. I was not able to figuire out how to do this on the web site. When I asked for help at the Copa counter, I was told it can only be done on the web site. Fortunate, my recent trip to and from Ecuador did register frequent flyer miles."

Cons: "I was frustrated by the lack of communication. There was no announcement that the there was even a delay until AFTER the boarding time had passed. I was extremely confused and when the announcement was finally made, it was in Spanish only. Then the flight was cancelled (which is understandable and totally happens) but no one assisted me with rebooking or informed me what was going on. I was traveling alone and it was a very frustrating experience. Overall I was at the airport from 11pm to 4am the NEXT day. We were offered accommodation but not until 11am (our flight was supposed to be at 5am) and then we were shuttled back to the airport at 12 midnight for a 4:40am flight. Then my layover in Panama City was extended by 4 hours. Overall, my travel time was nearly 56 hours."

Cons: "I will start off by saying that I usually LOVE Copa Airlines and have a wonderful experience. This flight had too many things go wrong for me to ignore. 1) The check in line up took exceptionally long even though there were many staff at the booth. 2) As people were boarding, one of the staff was handing out headphones as people were still attempting to navigate to their seat. The timing seemed very inappropriate and even in the way for new passengers. 3) My boyfriends carry on bag is larger than a small backpack, but smaller than a standard carry on bag. As he was boarding, he went to put his bag in the overhead compartment. My boyfriend is well over 6 feet and the Copa staff was insisting we put the bag at my boyfriends feet as his bag was not as large as others. We pay the same as the other passengers and deserve comfort too! Especially for my tall boyfriend who even in the largest of seats has a difficult time on planes. 4) The plane did not have individual entertainment units, which does not help on a 6+ hour flight. 5) I was VERY cold and asked for blanket on various occasions, and even offered to pay for one, but there was not on board, even though, as I exited I saw unopened ones in first class."

Cons: "They forgot to arrange for wheel chairs in Panama and Miami so it was an inconvenience. To make matters worse,Pne fellow wound up taking us out in bits by advancing one wheel chair and walking back for me and so on. He droptus off in a secure area an when it was time to board, staff demanded that we walk back to the Security point. The woman was adamant and supposedly a supervisor finally agreed that we could wait for a wheelchair. In Miami they had only requested one wheelchair. The food on the Panama to Miami flight left a lot to be desired."

Cons: "Coming back from Guatemala, we had a stop in Costa Rica, which was longer than they said. They mentioned 15 minutes but was more than 30 minutes. I think they just should be honest, then the passengers would not complain. If they had to drop off passengers and get another group in, it was obvious that would take more than 15 minutes."

Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Cons: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

The 737 on the way out was terrible and shouldn’t be used on flights more than 2-3 hours. On the way back a much more comfortable 767. But again, upgraded seats only made it bearable."

Pros: "We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

Pros: "Flight was delayed in classic AA form, ten minutes at a time, leaving you standing around the gate picking your nose with no information! An hour later we board. Our flight attendant Nicky was awesome!"

( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."

The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."
Cons: "I checked in with American and a wheel chair attendant assisted me to my gate. My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."

No respect for each other. My worst experience in history flying with AA."

Now it is very hectic -- no reserved seats, cramped seats, little/ no food. I'll drive from now on."

Last time i had to stop in Vegas I got stuck there overnigh because my flight had been delayed and to mKe things worse they also managed to Miss my flights connection in Miami after they had booked me a new flight.. With a window seat that had no window. I old the flight attendant that I needed help stowing my backpack in the overhead bin, not because it was that heavy or big, but because the previous flight had been 5 hrs long and after being stuck in the middle seat my back was killing me and lifting my bag over my head would have triggered a muscle spasm. I have a back condition and they refused to help me. She would not even hear me out and insisted on me to check my bag, which I refused to because my laptop and tablet were in there without propper padding to protect them. The same flight attendant had already yelled at a passanger and was making a scene that made several other passengers uncomfortable. i understand the flight was full and they were delayed enough, but the airline clients should not have to pay for the airline's mistakes."

It’s advertised you can buy a meal/snack/drink combo but the drinks did not come through at the same time and that was a mess. There didn’t seem to be any air vents above the seats so the flight was very stuffy. We will never fly Rouge again."

A lady besides me was coughing a lot and sure enough the stewardess came by with water and to ask if anything she could do without having been summoned. We rented tablets to see movies and I'm not very technological but the stewardess was very patient with me and took time to help me set up and she showed me how to go about in your application. The flights to and from Las Vegas were perfect and all thanks to the wonderful crew you have, even the pilot was standing at the entrance to greet us when we boarded which was great as I got to see who I was entrusting my life to during this 4h38 min flight, quite reassuring. Anyways, UA, Transat and AA take a back seat to Air Canada any day of the week!"

At that late hour could not the lights be slightly dimmed, the heavy beat pop music loop discontinued, and a dispensary machine with water, coffee or tea be in the departure area? There was none and the other shops had closed. It was overly bright, noisy and impossible to stretch out on the seats with rigid dividers."

Though we had checked in online, it still took forever to check in at the counter as the machines could not print out the bag tags, then there was another line up for dropping off the bags. Those machines also could not read foreign passports though Canadian ones were fine. So we had to wait for our friends who were from overseas. The stewardess doing the announcements went so fast you could not hear her except for a few words, and she had a very strong French accent so it sounded like she was speaking in French all the time. But at least she was better than the pilot, whom we could not hear at all. The only word we heard was "cloudy"."

Communication was excellent regarding flight status, fullness of flights, upgrade options, etc."

Cons: "The plane was terrible. The seats are so close together that you cannot move. The aisle is so narrow that one person can barely down it. Forget it if you have to pass by someone. The bathroom too is so small that you cannot move in it. It’s so uncomfortable. The new boarding process is just dumb. And to make matters worse they don’t even bother to check the boarding groups when you board. I had a person in a later boarding group in front of me and they let her on anyway — so what’s the point of having boarding groups. They should just go back to boarding from the rear of the plane first - that is the most efficient and quick way to do it. The so called entertainment is a joke. There is a very small choice of movies/TV shows to watch and that’s it. The free wi-fi gets you nowhere."

Their attempts to help took too much time, they did not look tat the trip from origination to provide best alternatives until I arrived to airport in Las Vegas to find out that again they had to change the booking and issue a new ticket. This took more than two hours. Had I not was preemptive I would have been stuck in Frankfort for an extra day."

Why is this so expensive again. I would compare flying these commercial named flights to a horrible carnival. Lack luster, over priced and not worth it. Cans vs. Uber... the world is changing my friends."

There is no variety, I had no idea what I was getting and the offerings they did have felt very restricted. Leg room was atrocious. Especially because we had no overhead room to store our backpacks which meant we had to place it under the chair in front of us. I am relatively tall so I wanted to stretch out my feet under the chair in front of me but they had to straddle my fat backpack and the gentleman who sat in front of me was very large and he kept kicking and hitting my feet underneath his chair."

The new touch screan tv's are great to watch but terrible to feel. The person sitting behind me kept hitting buttons for 7 hours, so i didn't get any sleep at all. I was furious!!!! And exhauated. Will not fly with these airlines again nor will reccomend."

Pros: "Amazing flight to Dulles international Airport. The United representative came up and saw that I was traveling alone and upgraded me to first class. It was the first time I have ever flown first-class. I was excited I didn't sleep at all so I can take advantage of all the programming that was on TV. I'm so very appreciative of the flight because I could enjoy stretching my legs out and enjoying a comfortable seat. The very attentive crew allowed me opportunity to quench my thirst with countless glasses of water and to watch and keep up with my sports programming throughout the entire flight. Now it will be extremely hard to ever fly coach again. I have flown United the last couple of summers and I have been nothing but thrilled with their service and their staff. Moving forward United would be the only airline that I would care to fly. Thank you for everything and thank you for my safe travels!"
Cons: "Nothing at all. Everything was amazing. United is now my only option for air travel. Thank you for everything United. My business will be with you for the rest of my days."

Cons: "It was the last seat of the plane, didn't recline smelled the bathroom..very uncomfortable for 4 hors and stunk"

Cons: "We had issues with every part of this flight. The kiosk wouldn't find our confirmation, and it took 20 MINUTES to get assistance. The ticket attendant called the gate to let them know we were coming, then when we got to the gate (after over 30 minutes in security) the employee at the door stopped us and said we were "too late". The plane was still connected and the door was still open. We were there for 10 minutes trying to reschedule, and the plane took that much time to leave the gate. The gate attendants were very rude and tried to route us on a flight from Las Vegas to Chicago, then to Anchorage. When I questioned them, they put us on a flight that was 6 hours shorter, and arrived at the same time. They didn't even sit my husband and I together, even though there were seats available."

Cons: "They offer no food on a 5 hour flight unless you want to pay extra money, they only gave one small bags of mixed chips, I feel on a 5 hour flight they should atleast give you something more then that. Also no movies on a 5 hour flight unless you use your credit card and pay, again on a 5 hour flight have something that you don't have to pay extra for."

Pros: "The staff was helpful my flight to vages was awesome they blew me away so really my high marks are for them the flight into Newark the crew seemed tired less engaged not rude just Kurt friendly yet short"
