Pros: first flight was cancelled: second flight was 4 hours late so I did not get on it because I would miss connections and any later flight would put into Kiev at 1 AM... thus 3 nights with no sleep. I then cancelled.

Cons: first cancellation was understandable but everything after that was a fiasco including waiting 11 hours in Customer Service line to rebook cancelled flight.

Pros: Free upgrade to business class

Cons: The seat was awful. Boarding was disorganized. Luggage retrieval was awful. They closed the ramp for a long time and then didn't communicate.

Pros: On time flight

Cons: Gate agent at SF was rude and unprofessional. While waiting, gate agent at gate 65, flight 647 started the following, “group 1 boarding, group 2 boarding...everybody, let’s go let’s go”. She went on to call out one, Hispanic customer with limited English, “come here, you can board now”, rude rude.

Cons: Staff at Pensacola airport not very helpful or friendly.

Cons: Other than at meals, No crew around to distribute water on a 9-10 hour flight. Crew not very nice when we were asking for water. Completely dehydrated on arrival. Ground crew very charming.

Pros: Hawaiian has great crew.

Cons: I thought I had upgraded to premium economy, but when I checked in, there was no seat assigned. I have to go back and check my records. No option for gluten free.

Pros: I returning flight was comfort wise much better than my departure, I paid again for the extra comfort seat and had much more space than on my departing flight.

Cons: On my departing flight, I had paid for an extra comfort seat because no first class seats were available, and I was seated in a seat next to someone who occupied part of mine, I did not say anything nor so much care, as I'm sure they were much more uncomfortable than I was. The crew however, was quite rude. They felt the need to physically touch the passenger next to me to awaken them. I am not comfortable with people touching me. When it came time to store my tray, as I was sleeping, again they also touched me. Very inappropriate. Are usually fly Delta, and will continue to do so, as my experience on Hawaiian was very unprofessional and very uncomfortable. The space that I got on my departing flight for an extra comfort seat was not acceptable.

Cons: The flight attendants were excellent overall, but one of them reacted unprofessionally when I asked her to throw something away prior to departure. (I believe it was the first class flight attendant, as I did not interact with her again after take off).

Cons: Some crew members were not very cordial. One totally ran into my mom while my mom was trying to let the middle seat out. Granted the flight attendant was going backwards but she didn’t even apologize. No food on a six hour flight. The seats were really narrow and so was the aisle. Not a fan

Cons: I didn’t care for the snack but glad there was ginger ale. The snack really didn’t affect my experience and I’m okay.

Cons: Provide online check in at no cost. The extra cost resulted in everyone checking in at counter that was miserably understaffed. It could have resulted in a missed flight except flight was delayed for 3 hours. Due to mechanical issues.

Pros: Everything went well with the airlines. On time leaving and getting to our destination. Crew was friendly and wonderful. Food was ok, not a vegetarian.

Cons: I did a pre check on line and had to have my boarding pass printed at the airport. My husband had a tsa pre check and I didn't. It was such a hassle to get thru the long lines, my husband had to wait about 15-20 minutes for me to get thru. Is there any way that a couple or family can all have tsa pre check together?

Cons: Wifi was awful. On a long flight, that's important. The crew's explanation was that when so many people are logged on at once, it kicks someone else off. Which basically means the system wasn't designed for everyone to use.

Cons: Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes.

Cons: We left Salt Lake City so late that I missed all my train connections and ruined my plans.

Pros: Air traffic control re-routed the flight which delayed our take off and extended our flight time. The captain was good about keeping us informed about the delay, and the new schedule. The delay wasn’t Alaska’s fault, and the crew made the best of a not ideal situation.

Cons: I had the middle seat for the red eye, but that is no ones fault the flight was full.

Pros: over all the service was good, having food from LAS to HNL was nice, but why not HNL to LAS?

Cons: So military gets 2 bags comp, but you have to charge them and have then find a gate attendant to reverse the charges, this is highly inefficient. Also in LAS they don't not open the Ticketing area until 2 hours before the flight, this caused a line and a crush when the gates did open. I mean we are told to arrive early to clear security but that is negated when we have to wait and hour just to get checked in and check our bags. Once again this was a highly enjoyable experience, which make these two ares stand out that much more.

Pros: Seat was comfortable with plenty of legroom. Crew were extremely friendly and accommodating. Flight was a little late leaving but made up list time and arrived on time.
