There was no food service except snacks and beverages
Cabin crew support for traveling with special needs child was amazing! Especially Gary and Cody. The oxygen was provided (at a cost - free on BA) in such a large cylinder that it left no legroom at all. Several small bottles (as on BA) is much easier for everyone.
Delayed departure. No legroom at all in Economy. Baggage reclaim was quick.
Pros: "Everything was marvelous. The staff, food, and entertainment were excellent just like on our flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney."

Cons: "I was stopped at gate check in and taken to one side as the passport control had reported me for being intoxicated. I was injured in the armed forces and have a bit of a balance problem as lost most my hearing. I think drink alcohol any more. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy but was put on seat E next to a huge fat guy so was unable to sit properly. I couldn't get out of the seat once as he just slept and must of drempt as kept jumping and banging me. I had 1 meal on the over 13hr flight, which I couldn't eat properly as was unable to use the knife & fork due to the huge obese guy next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at all meal times. Which she didn't. So missed all the meals and tea/coffee. I was looking forward to the put a too. The London to Singapore flight was a total let down and I expected so much more from Quantus as they have always been top standard before. Overall disgusted in the service."
Pros: "Crew was great, I lucked out and got a whole row to myself and the entertainment was awesome."

Pros: "First rate crew, friendly and professional through the long flight. The food was excellent and the crew offered snacks and drinks between meals. I paid the extra to sit in a section upstairs that I was able to get up and move around frequently."
Cons: "It’s a long flight but that can’t be helped. Economy seats are really cramped and so I paid $190 for more leg room on the way back. Would highly recommend. I wouldn’t sit right next to the bathroom again. (Check seat guru first) Also wasn’t able to check in with my mobile phone. Had to go through the line."

Cons: "We pre ordered vegetarian meals for my vegetarian daughter, and the flight attendant went out of her way to mention that there was nothing ordered. Original direct flight from LAX to Sydney was delayed by almost 12 hours for "maintenance", so we were rerouted via SFO and Brisbane. 15 hours took 24"
Cons: "unable to get assigned seat ahead of time. the only seat available was in the middle, getting uncomfortable to getting in and out. Economy on upper deck has only one bathroom that I leave the imagination up to you."
Pros: "The 787 dreamliner does an excellent job flying, with reduced cabin noise."
Cons: "The passengers with a small child behind us were very noisy and bumping/pushing into our seat-backs way too much. The boarding was a bit chaotic. Defining the boarding sequence based on row numbers should help."

Cons: "Our entertainment console wasn’t working properly. We didn’t have access to our in flight maps or the majority of entertainment options. This hasn’t happened before but it di but it did mean that it was a long flight made longer."
Pros: "We love the space in the seats on the new Airbus 380. It is so spacious, and the seats are very comfortable. The movie selection was pretty good."
Cons: "if I remember correctly the screen size was a little small for a new plane. Also I asked for two alcohol drinks, but was told only one may be served. I only asked so I wouldn't have to get up during my movie, and on Air New Zealand, they freely offer more than one drink. Also, if I remember correctly the arm rests did not raise all the way. We had all three seats to ourselves, and it would have been nice to lift the armrests all the way up so we could stretch out properly."
Pros: "Very good selection of movies with recent releases; the section at the back of the plan with drinks and small snacks was also good music selection was also excellent"
Cons: "the meals were not great and spaced out a lot. no green tea, no eyemasks and socks provided"

Cons: "The man in front kept jamming his chair into my knees just so he could get back as far as he could, despite the only thing stopping this was my actual legs, when I tried to explain that he got a little abusive. Iv got got some light bruising on my right knee. Food was better then expected and am happy to fly Qantas again"
