Pros: "Plane was like brand new on-board WiFi did not work but the in seat entertainment was okay. JetBlue always does a great job..."
Cons: "In seat entertainment system is very slow, WiFi did not work or I could not connect during entire trip."
Pros: "Boarding was done efficiently."
Cons: "The crew barely spoke, wasn’t particularly friendly, didn’t make many announcements even while we circled JFK for 25+ mins waiting to land. Attendants didn’t come around much at all. Spent the whole flight with the guy next to me’s arm way past the armrest, pinned to the window; very uncomfortable."
Pros: "Very smooth flight, free WiFi nice staff"
Cons: "Who put the controls for the screen on the armrest? Who’s idea was it? You turn a movie on and your elbow turns it off, I mean this should’ve been obvious.... never the less JetBlue is an amazing airline, free WiFi smooth flight."
Pros: "flight was in 1 hour early!!! not over crowded.. flight crew was nice"
Cons: "baggage fees are ridiculous. tvs are old and hardly work."
Pros: "The flight staff was friendly and accommodating."
Cons: "There was no staff to check people in until 6pm. There was a line of people waiting for an hour or more who wanted to check in a bit early. Then they announced that all domestic travelers had to use a kiosk. The desk check in was only for international flights. I’m a low tech person and can’t operate kiosks well. I miss being served peanuts with my drinks."
Pros: "Fast boarding, good wifi, awesome to have electrical outlets that actually worked, good entertainment, flight attendant very nice."
Cons: "They did not let me select my own seat. They stuck me in an aisle, which I can't stand. I only flfy JetBlue and only get window seats. Always. They told me there were NO window seats left except $95 extra room. They said I would go through Security priority. That was not true--you ended up in exactly the same giant line as everyone else. AND after shelling $95: (1) there WERE window seats available--so JetBlue basically lied and stole from me (at Christmas time! $95 fewer gifts I could buy) and (2) the seat was attached by Velcro to the seat back and kept coming slightly separated which caused me to end up with a pinched lower back nerve."
Pros: "99% of experience was great."
Cons: "There was no coffee or tea on this flight. (And I was craving coffee haha!) There was a grumpy hostess. Other than that all was good!"
Pros: "I’m not sure if I was just lucky or if it was the time of day, but I got to the Las Vegas airport I was at my gate in a matter of minutes, I’ll give credit to the staff for keeping the flow moving. The plane had lots of space I wasn’t cramped and the stewardess was friendly and polite and seemed genuine. Next thing you know in walking out of the plane, out of Long Beach airport. Feels like I waited longer for my ride to pick me up."
Cons: "I wish that the airline had a power outlet so I could of charged my phone during flight."
Cons: "Was assigned window seat in front of exit row, which meant i couldn’t recline my seat. guy in front of me pushed his chair all the way back, and I was stuck upright which meant I was cramped the entire time."
Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "With flying there is nothing perfect all the time. I was able to sleep on the flight and had a place for my carry-on luggage. I wish unboarding was mad less complicated."
Cons: "The man sitting next to me was coughing and not covering his mouth. I am especially concerned given the recent Coronavirus outbreak."
Cons: "It was great fir a short flight. And they got me there early."
Pros: "The male in the crew was fantastic!!! As always love the entertainment options."
Cons: "Uncomfortable. Stuffed between two large men."
Pros: "The crew was great. Flight was on time. Although crowded, boarded went smoothly."
Cons: "Checking bags in Reno was a bit chaotic. Only one representative was there to assist when we arrived an hour before the flight. When others arrived to assist, people went directly to counter and were helped before those of us who had been waiting in line. My seat back screen did not work ."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and graciously got the hot tea I wanted."
Cons: "Crew was grouchy and rushed past you without really trying to cater to your needs/ get you what you want."
Cons: "Plane was way too hot and stuffy, wasn't until about 20 min into flight before started to cool down."
Pros: "The cabin crew was efficient and very cooperative. My seven hour flight in economy class could not have gone better. Kudos to Delta for a safe and comfortable ride."

Cons: "The flight was delayed at take off and at deplaning and we were never told why or even that we were delayed. We just sat there"
Cons: "Flight took off an hour late, no video monitors on seats for 6 hour flight, all 3 of our bags did not arrive. Sun country unresponsive to trying to locate our bags. I will never fly with them again."
Cons: "Left MPS 45 minutes late. 15 minutes elapsed before ONE piece of luggage was delivered to baggage carousel, and then it was 2 carousels away from the one assigned."
Cons: "Boarding was awful. Not enough personnel at check in—huge lines. Could not check in online before flight, so everyone had to get manually checked in."
Cons: "It now costs money to select ANY seat, to have ANY luggage whether it is carry-on or checked. The plains are old and poorly maintained (if I wasn't moved, the person in the seat in front of me would have crushed me by his constant backward leanings.) No longer a viable option to fly."
Pros: "Flight was on-time."
Cons: "Check in crew were robotic, lacked enthusiasm. Is management competent? Are they leading, or directing? There is a difference, and one is more effective than the other. If morale is low, if employee satisfaction is low on what is visible to the passengers; then I wonder about what passengers don't see: maintenance crews, safety, quality assurance. I heard lots of grumblings from other passengers about bag policy. Provide first class service to your employees, and they will provide first-class service to your customers."
Pros: "They waited 15 minutes for a passenger who was late getting to the airport. This caused us to miss our connecting flight and they couldn’t help us."
Pros: "The flight crew was fine and got us there on schedule."
Cons: "Terrible leg room and seats are like sitting on a bench. Not happy with the person checking us in as claimed we did not sign up for the correct bags but couldn't argue so stiffed us with another fee. Amazed they don't have pay toilets but that may be coming. Except for the return flight already scheduled home I will seek a different company the next time we fly. Looks like the sun is setting on Sun Country compared to what it used to be!"
Pros: "Crew was friendly and they tried to make the service announcements funny. But SW has that niche. ."
Cons: "Sad they are turning into the nickel and dime airline. Kind a of a hassle so will need to bat Delta by $100 for me to lol at them again"
90 min delay for a food cart that needed to be fixed.
Pros: "The seat seemed broken. The main issue was that all shades were down. I thought when we took off and landed , window shades were supposed to be up? I felt like I was in a dark tunnel with shades down and lights the entire flight out and it was mid-afternoon."
Cons: "Maintenance problems resulted in original aircraft being unavailable and switching to new aircraft at a different gate. More than 45 min late."
Pros: "The crew was great and I really appreciate how they accommodated a family with 4 young children"
Cons: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."
Cons: "Was not allowed to get on slightly early with a car seat and a 3 year old to get situated in the seats, though on every other flight we have been allowed to. There was a delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight."
Cons: "AA1792 from Dallas to Cincinnati on 6/8/19 had no air conditioning. It was miserable. The brakes needed repair, too. No passengers seated in the premium exit aisle seats."
Pros: "I feel like there is more leg room in the seats then in other discount airlines! I like the snack and drink, this breaks up the flight a bit. This is nice for me because I don’t like to fly."
Cons: "The staff seemed miserable. No one was nice or even smiled. Just felt like they couldn’t wait for this leg of their day/trip to be over."
Pros: "Pilot was very careful went around the storm that we could see from out flight nicely got us home safely. Great job."
Cons: "Even though I had a priority boarding I was told that I was suppose to stay with group 5. As a BA silver traveller I didn’t get the boarding priority."
Pros: "Food and entertainment is nice. A bit larger seats would be nice or at least make the first clase section more affordable"
Cons: "Make the first clase a bit less expensive. The price for an extra luggage is incredibly excessive. $200.00 for and extra suitcase round trip, really?!"
Cons: "The rubber chicken in first class was awful. Drinks and wine were good. Service was excellent."

Cons: "Punctuality. The plane left the gate more than 30 minutes after scheduled departure time."
Cons: "The flight leaving houston was delayed by over an hour due to some issue with the flight crew ( we had to wait for another captain to show up ). By the time we got back to Toronto and thru security it was 1a.m. and I had to wait until later in the morning for public transit to get me home."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed and there was a really long line of passengers trying to switch connecting flights. There were two women working at the counter. One of their shifts was over. She called her manager and said she was willing to work later to handle the crowd, but the manager does not want to pay overtime so she was told to leave. So one woman was left to handle the massive line all by herself. I stood in line over two hours. I believe if someone is willing to help out that would have been the best solution."
Pros: "Received a text that the flight from Denver to Frankfurt is delayed 2 hours."
Cons: "Delay notification message did suggest calling the airlines to make change nor stating that I'll miss my connection in Frankfurt. I assumed I'll be missing it so I called Lufthansa to make changes. Their attempts to help took too much time, they did not look tat the trip from origination to provide best alternatives until I arrived to airport in Las Vegas to find out that again they had to change the booking and issue a new ticket. This took more than two hours. Had I not was preemptive I would have been stuck in Frankfort for an extra day."
Pros: "Very annoyed with the direct tv. No gluten free option for food/snacking."
Cons: "comfortable seating. nice staff. on time flights."
