Pros: No problem with boarding and flight crew. Seating was comfortable.
Cons: Checked in 1 hour 45 minutes early and our checked baggage did not leave with the plane. Lost baggage representative on the OKC airport was incompetent. Repeated contact information 3 times and still had to follow up delivery with corrected address and phone number.
Pros: Crew was fine but you can’t hear anything they are saying over intercom
Cons: Plane was late getting to gate then lightning kept luggage from being taken off and put on and on top of continued lightning, plane was 1 hr plus late getting out
Cons: This was a terrible flight. Had a connection that was delayed several times and eventually cancelled without explanation. I was traveling for my best friend's wedding and they did not work with me to try to get me on the next flight. I had to book another flight from another airline.
Pros: The entertainment options
Cons: The flight was delayed because of another flight before ours and there was poor communication.
Pros: The checking kiosk with luggage check-in, weight station and automated ticket printing for boarding pass and luggage tag. Security checkpoint was smooth and moving fast. All above have vastly reduced stagnant check-in line at the check-in counters.
Cons: Need more properly trained ground crew at baggage drop point (which is also the previously check-in counter) to ease the line and expedite the check-in. Also need more notification billboard along the long line to better inform the passagers what to expect at the security checkpoint.
Pros: Love United’s service. Nothing to complain about.
Pros: Not much, don't really like flying at night. The crew was nice enough.
Cons: Our flight to Denver was delayed by 3 hours, so I had to wait for 5 hours. Supposedly we were waiting for another plane because the original plane had a damaged wing. Who knows if these things are true. Maybe they just don't have enough pilots. I missed my connecting flight. Less time unboarding
Pros: Food has gotten much better than maybe 10 years ago? Decent quantity and taste. Food is heated.
Cons: Boarding took longer than usual but they did announce that the gate we were assigned was not setup for that plane.
Pros: The crew was so friendly and accommodating.
Cons: On my San Francisco to Panama City flight my vegetarian meal was not there. It wasn't a big deal in the end because I slept through most of the flight. I do find it odd though that on all of the other legs of my trip I had my vegetarian meals.
Cons: An officious crew who said they had a 'seat belt detector' to tell if people's seatbelts were fastened. A late flight... with lies about the reason for the delay.
Pros: The access to the full library of entertainment & internet access included with the flight .
Cons: Larger Portion/Variety of edible Snacks . . Chips Trail Mix Cheese itz Cookies
Pros: Helpful crew.
Cons: These planes are tiny. Our equipment was B717.
Pros: the young man who was our flight attendant was just terrible. He could care less about his job. Name I think was Nathan.
Pros: Good crew, kind and hard working staff. It is so nice to have inflight messaging and that was a pleasant surprise that made the flight go quickly.
Cons: I found the delta app to be less user friendly than the United one. I wish the in flight entertainment were in the Delta app versus downloading yet another app.
