Cons: For my entire flight back I was so hot I could hardly stand it. I had to change my clothes and it still didn't help very much. My meals were also pretty bad on the way back, which is odd because they were not bad on the way there. It was definitely one of the worst flights that I've ever had, mostly because of the heat.

Cons: AA waited 4-hours to cancel the flight with 24-hours to the next flight.. Breakfast voucher didn't cover a third of the cheapest breakfast in the hotel where I was sent for the night. Even the flight the next day, sunny, was delayed.

Pros: The good: The food was tasty given we were on an airplane. Better entertainment selection than my AA flight to Japan. I prefer the 3-3-3 seat layout to the 2-5-2 because even though I had a middle seat there was only one person to get past in either direction.
Cons: The bad: The plane was warm. I understand some people get cold, but since blankets are provided I would much prefer a colder plan than a warmer one. The warmth made it hard to sleep, which is a big problem on an overnight flight. JAL does not provide individual air vents to passengers seated where I was. I understand the reason for this, but I wish there was some way to get more comfortable. The seats were standard airline economy seats, roomy enough and with enough legroom for my sub-6-foot frame, but not the most comfortable.

Pros: We had a 4 hour delay due to maintenance, so many of us missed connecting flights in Tokyo. But the airline put us up in a hotel and gave us meals, so I had a nice bonus day to see the city. The flight itself was very pleasant, with the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen on a long flight and plenty of food and drink.

Pros: The crew was friendly and the sevices, food & entertainment were great. On 777 airliner, private entertainment system with wide movie selection. Seats have AC outlet and USB charging outlet.

Cons: There was no choice for vegetarian/vegan meal options on the flight. This was my biggest complaint. Having a meal option is crucial when you are flying for 10+ hours. It is 2016, the vegetarian/vegan community is growing, and it is unfair that there was no choices. Luckily, the snacks were vegan friendly and the kind staff tried to put together a meal of veggies, fruit, and as many rolls as we wanted. If this wouldn't have been the case, the flight could have been a lot worse. Consider giving the meal preference choice to people. Not everyone eats meat, and many have an allergy/intolerance to dairy.

Pros: Boarding for Any KA flight is excellent. They actually tell the crowders to sit down, which makes it easier to figure out if you're supposed to be in line or not.
Cons: This flight was a Delta flight, with Delta crew on a Delta plane. Delta is great for domestic, but this crew was definitely not a Korean Air crew. The result is a lower quality of service, with more than half of the flight attendants not being nearly as cordial as they should have been.

Pros: They were so courteous, polite, nice, very helpful and accommodating. Always have smiles on their faces and they’re not fake smiles, they’re genuine. They made me feel comfortable even in a small, tight seats.
Cons: Oh boy, the length of travel time. This trip was a spontaneous and a last minute decision. So as you can see, I couldn’t get a cheaper direct flight. End up with a stop over in S. Korea.

Cons: The only thing that brought my rating of this flight down was the fact that it was so hot in the plane! From the moment we boarded, this plane was, for reasons we couldn’t figure out, stuffy and uncomfortably hot. My pregnant girlfriend did not particularly enjoy this flight.

All the flight attendants had smiles on their faces and they were always ready and willing to assist passengers. This was my first time flying Korean Air, but it will not be my last!! My experience with Korean Air was fantastic!! I will definitely fly Korean Air again!! Thank you!!

Pros: Compared to U.S. carriers, except for Hawaiian Air, Korean Air has been very reliable and quite enjoyable over the years. Meals are quite good for contracted airline food, and attendants are typically very friendly.

Cons: As I was about to board, I was denied carrying on my backpack with the few items I would need for the flight, so I was forced to put them into my carry-on suitcase which was loaded elsewhere, out of reach.. The insanity of it all - so glad the woman can count to two - is that I was forced by this angry person to carry my laptop and tablet onto the airplane in my hand, as she absolutely would not allow me to put them into my empty backpack, claiming this would constitute a third item. Of course, no one else was forced to take their computers out of their protective cases, only myself, because it was a backpack. I am 66 years old, travelling alone, and frankly am not the only international traveler who experiences unbelievable rudeness when in US airports.

Cons: There was on flight attendance which I assume new. She was not able to manage to check with her colleagues whether there was still a food which I requested before giving me the answer. Also, to me little things like fold the cup holder before take off and landing is just a simple task to do without giving a lecture to the passenger when he or she might be tight up with kids.

Cons: Boarding at Singapore airport was shocking, as we had to wait 6 hours for our flight. Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be.

Pros: Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices).
Cons: I would have liked a wider selection of foods in the menu.. Limited options. Also, I had a 11:45 AM flight from BOM-SIN which was supposed to start boarding at 10:45, but instead we started boarding at 11:30 and took off at 12:10.

Pros: On my flight back I got to sit in premier economy and that was amazing !! I want to fly like that all the time! The leg room and space was perfect. The comfort of the chairs recline and foot rest that raised up was great. The big tray table that tucked away was nice. And side pockets for your stuff was great. The comfort of the bigger seats was just excellent and they looked newer. On my flight back from Frankfurt to NYC that was the best flight I ever have taken.

Cons: I didn't like that my original return flight selection was changed one month after confirming. The new flight details which were automatically chosen for me had me coming back home a full day later. This forced me to have to select a new return flight with an 8 hour layover.

Pros: In my departure flight, there were many empty seats and the crew let us move to another seat to lay down and sleep. Also the food was very good and there was a great selection of movies.

Pros: Excellent customer service, from the check in process, to boarding, to flying 21 hours from Boston to Phuket with infant- we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful as we traveled with our 7 month old a lot g distance.

Cons: My 17 yr old son is stranded in Doha because Qatar cancelled his connection to Nairobi which is unprofessional and terribly worrisome . I, his mother, am in Greece with no way ofhelping him get to Kenya. Qatar offers no restitution and no help . The worst situation right now!

Cons: Lack of communication. Flight was two hours late from Boston to Doha. Not once were we told about the length of delay or what we need to do about connecting flights. And toilets were very smelly right from the start as it seemed that itinerary has seeped into the floor over time. And there were only two items as a main course and one of them in very small quantity. I was told that too many veg main courses were loaded by mistake and very few non veg.

Pros: Flawless boarding, service, food.
Cons: We arrived 2 hours and 40 minutes late due to technical issues with the aeroplane. We were kept informed and we arrived safely, so this is a nibir complaint.

Cons: In the bathrooms there was only one type of tissue paper beside the toilet paper. Adding a thicker paper towel like most airlines do would be better so that passengers can clean up any water splashes as soft tissue is not effective for this.

Cons: Well, I noticed when the person in front of me reclined their seat, I had a hard time adjusting the entertainment screen so I could see it properly.

Pros: I like that the air stewards bring you water and drinks throughout and don't judge you for being too thirsty. I like that they respect that it is a night flight and serve the meal quickly so it can be dark for the whole flight and you can sleep as much as you can. I like how efficient the layover is in Doha - only 40mins!
Cons: I don't like when they don't ask the person in front to move their chair up for the meal and the passengers have to ask each other. I don't like that they can't tell you the gate of your connecting flight and how long it will take to get you there - including if you will need to take a bus and the train. I think this could reduce a lot of anxiety. If they could do this, it would also be helpful to let people who have a connecting flight that is boarding in the next 30 mins off the plane first. This would save pushing and shoving in the aisles... and would also reduce anxiety about booking a flight with such a short layover.

Pros: The flight was good. But daily they are delayed and the passengers had to miss the connecting flight.

Pros: It just felt like you are constantly given food and drinks while having an endless amount of entertainment at your fingertips.

Cons: I ordered a bland meal not knowing it would be fish, which I'm allergic to, and when asked if I could have something else, the steward did not even attempt to find me or offer me another meal, so I went without one. Cons: I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued.

Pros: I recently booked a flight on Qatar first, to Ko Samui, Thailand. When I got on the plane, I asked the flight attendant to please be careful when he pushed the cart down the aisle because the last time I flew, the flight attendant smashed the cart into my elbow and drew blood. The flight attendant laughed at me, so I told him, calmly, that if it happened again, I would sue the airline. He didn't like that, and so for the next ten minutes he sent three different flight attendants over to ask me crazy questions like, "Do you have anything you would like to tell us?" I have no idea what this was about. Eventually, I was told to get off the plane, which ended up costing me over $1,500 in transportation, hotel, and new flight (on Emirates) fees. It was and still is a nightmare because my vacation has been ruined due to having no money. I'm a master's-degree-holding English teacher of 11 years with no history of ever having been asked to get off of a plane for any reason, and no, I was not drunk because while waiting for my luggage to be returned, had a conversation with three Boston airport police officers who did not arrest me or even understand why I had been kicked off of my flight. Nor did I speak a single profane word to the Qatar flight attendants or security, and of course, I did not use violence or resist when I was told to get off the plane. Unlike Qatar's staff, the Boston police officers were very polite and understanding. Emirates, on the other hand, was a completely different story. They were great. The staff was friendly, and when I was sleeping, they didn't send their staff over to harass me. I have flown on Emirates, Qatar, and Ethihad many times, and I truly don't understand why Qatar's staff have been instructed by their managers that it is okay to lose long-time customers and kick professional teachers off of their planes just because they think I wasn't perfectly sweet and nice to them all the time. I am an American, and in my country we have freedom of expression and speech, as long as that speech does not indicate violent intentions or use profanity or insults. Basically, I felt as though I was in a country with no rights to free speech at all. Presently I am having my lawyer work up legal documents for Qatar to get my money back and to reimburse me for travel and hotel expenses, as well as having to take two extra days off of work to reschedule my flight. I truly believe in the transparency of the travel industry through using comments like those I am making you readers aware of right now, and I assume you will benefit from this rhetorical question/advice: Emirates and Ethihad are sometimes a little more expensive than Qatar on certain flights, but is it really worth it to risk having Qatar take your money and make you miss your flight for no reason? Is it acceptable for an airline operating in the USA to deprive Americans of their right to express concern to the flight attendants on their plane?

She didn't want to give me water, I had to ask if I could have some water. TSA held me up, I almost missed my flight had to be rushed on and no place to put my things so I had to sit squashed in the middle seat with all my bags for a 12 hour flight. I won't EVER go through Boston AGAIN. I won't ever chose Emirates for that long flight again, if I can help it. The WORST!!

Pros: The amenities in Business Class were excellent - the seat was luxurious and you could actually catch some sleep. The food was gourmet and the staff was very attentive. They made a small mistake and forgot to serve me dessert but the mistake was remedied immediately when I informed them of the slip up.
Cons: I paid a LOT of money for a Business Class seat and yet I was never notified that my flight was going to be delayed in departing by 12+ hours until after I arrived at the airport. According the the flight crew, they were notified at 9am that morning and the airline had my phone number and email, yet I arrived at the airport at 8pm because I was never notified! I spent $50 to take a taxi to the airport and now I had a 10am departure the following morning! I was given no compensation for this massive issue. Just "sorry, come back tomorrow!" I was very upset! My choices were either take ANOTHER $50 taxi home that night and then another $50 taxi back in the morning or get a $150 hotel room at the airport. So glad I paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for my Business Class seat (a big spend for me as I've never flown Business Class before but felt like a special treat for a special occasion). WTF, Emirates!

Pros: The selection of tv shows and movies was excellent. Very diverse. The crew were also very responsive to anything we asked (water, questions, etc...) They gave me good advice regarding my connecting flight.
Cons: The plane was an older model, so the touch screen was a bit unresponsive. Our tvs were shut off for the first two hours because of a glitch.

Pros: This is my third time flying with Emirates and I can not say enough positive things. I only wish my husband was able to fly with them.

Cons: No organization, had trouble in check in. On Boston airport we had to do passport check there was a long queue. Nobody was answering any questions. I think direct flights from Emirates are outstanding but the code share with Jet Blue did not work for me. For food there was Hindu meal option which did not specify veg or non veg we were served lamb but FYI Hindu meal means no beef and could be veg or non veg which does not make sense. Emirates should clarify that. So we ate nothing on our flight to Dubai.

Pros: The baggage allowance, excess baggage rules are some of the most generous rules. The service of the people on board is great I general and the aircrafts are impeccable.
Cons: The first leg of Hyderabad to Dubai was about 3.5 hours. The airhostesses must have been tired from another long haul prior to the HYD-DBX leg. A couple of them were a little less than charming to some of the passengers. Many of the people from Indian subcontinent don't use the magic words - thank you and please. So, it could come out likes bit rude but a curt answer in stead of yelling would have sufficed. My flight was from EWR to HYD with stopovers at BOS and DBX. A long wait at Dubai can be understood and expected. But a 7 hour layover at Boston was a killer. If Emirates tied up with any other carrier other than jet blue, this could have been avoided. Even otherwise, after a 20+ hour journey, another 7+ hour waiting was a killer. Please change it to make the journey shorter

Pros: Best airline I have had the chance to fly with. Right up there with Virgin - this time it surpassed. Great staff, lots of room, clean, amenities (blanket, pillow, toothbrush, eye mask, earphones for the movie ), 2 quality meals + meal voucher for overlay redeemable at a variety of options.
Cons: Response time (over an hour) on requests. I don't believe there was internet available on the second flight?

Pros: Great food. Decent comfort but only because the plane was pretty empty. Crew was great but they kept disappearing. People need to sleep, sure, but I felt a little abandoned at times. Good selection for movies and tv.
Cons: Boston Logan airport was a mess. There were at least 15 people working at the gate, fooling around. Meanwhile we were all sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting to board. It was a bit rude.

Cons: understaffed counter at the gate. People waited in line for as long as 45 minutes for passport check Audio quality of airline provided headsets was poor. Some would not work. Others did not play audio on both left and right sides

Cons: The headphones jack required the two prong kind, which I did not have. But they provide headphones free, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Pros: Probably the most serene and comfortable public transportation experience I've ever had. And have had a lot of really miserable experiences traveling so this really stood out. The variety of entertainment options, the free alcohol, pleasant staff, clean bathroom, plus no one was sitting next to me which was really awesome, although I suppose not really Emirate's doing. A+++++ will most definitely take Emirates again
