I didn't like like much about my experience with Delta. I had to spend the entire day at the airport due to some mechanical issues. My flight was supposed to leave at 8:30am didn't leave until 6pm. Horrible experience.

I didn't like like much about my experience with Delta. I had to spend the entire day at the airport due to some mechanical issues. My flight was supposed to leave at 8:30am didn't leave until 6pm. Horrible experience.

The landing was sooooo bad. I have never seen such a hit to the ground.i got a jerk to my back as i was sitting on the rear emergency exit. So felt the impact eveb stronger. While we exit from the plane the power to the plane was cut off

Flight was delayed and not a lot of communication on why until we got on the plane.

Everything about this flight was good except for the very end when I reached my destination. Everyone from the tune to the wheelchair escorts were great with the case were great but I miss you with people at the check in this at the very end. I need help from the chicken desk because I forgot my pillow on the plane The female worker at the chicken desk said that they found my pillow and she was going to retrieve it for me. She left a 30 minutes without any update and her so she saw me walking back and forth waiting for her and they didn't even bother calling her or radioing her for any updates. They were busy because they were behind schedule and they were overwhelmed but thanks because at least glanced me and try to give me an update just a quick radio check or phone call. I don't care about the pillow but if you tell me to wait, I waited for at least half an hour before I said something and I just left because they wouldn't bother talking to me so I could, so everything's going in the review. I took pictures of the two men that were left working at the check-in counter. The totally ignored me despite the signals I've been giving them. I don't see any offers in the kayak review to add pictures or screenshots so I'm going to post another review I don't know their name but I'm pretty sure Delta will find other names when they see the review. Google with pictures. There was another guy at the chicken counter bring an orange workers vest who finally left after telling me that the girl that was retrieving my pillow is working the gates now. That would have been if they just told me that's what happened. But I had no update. Make me wait for nothing. Thank you Delta airlines!

My flight yesterday evening was delayed 3.5 hours with no water or food service. Poor experience

Everything was great until I lost my water bottle and they can’t seem to locate it. I know I left it on the plane though.

The first class flight attendant was awful to everyone. Very rude; no customer service. She should not be working in first class.

Flight crew issues delayed my flight by 2 1/2 hours. Causing me to miss my connection.

Flight was late from Newark to Atlanta, I asked flight attendant to please let my family of 3 out first when we landed to Atlanta because we were late for our connecting flight to Quito. She didn't and we were late for 5 minutes we couldn't board the plane and spend hours trying to get another flight with customer service for the next day.

We we bumped from an earlier flight, so we had a 7 our layover in Atlanta. Driving home at 1 am after 26 hours of traveling was dangerous!

Worst boarding experience, flight extremely delayed causing super tight connect and deplaning was a disaster as ppl were pushing and shoving to get off. Then after flying over 8 hours had to get off a job to next flight. Limited beverage service in Business class (water or white wine) no food. The plane was very cold (temperature) so uncomfortable

I purchased a Polaris ticket. The plane did not have the lie flat seats - I was not notified. I actually can not believe they traded a dif plane and did not notify me or refund monies

It's not United, but TSA security at Terminal A in Newark is a disaster and seriously makes me consider switching to flying out of JFK. The touchless TSA pre-check had a line of over 50 people and the bag screening was so slow that it limited the flow of people through the facial recognition process. It is the only airport that I frequent that has this issue and makes me reconsider whether I should fly out of Newark given the wasted time and frustration it causes. As I said, it is not a United issue but will impact United if people choose to stop utilizing Newark airport because of the poor experience.

The employees seemed impatient with their guests. It seemed like they were giving us orders, instead of easily assisting. Our flight was delayed waiting on a flight attendant. It was alright.

We missed our connection flying back from the Middle Wast because we were misdirected by a United employee. We had purchased first class tickets, but had to need up taking a later flight that got us in to our destination at 1:00am after a long Internatinal flight and we had to sit in the back of the plane in cramped coach seats with little padding.

The flight was for my mom in wheelchair the staff in Newark wer not friendly took a long time to even get a wheelchair she almost missed her flight because they finally got a chair few minutes before boarding they had to rush her to the gate. They took her carryon and checked it as a bag told her don’t worry free of charge but they charge the credit card anyway. She also told me the seats are not comfortable at all as if they were broken she could feel the bars in the seat SFO staff was much better overall she had the worst experience

Please stop those idiotic and unrelenting announcements, commercials and stupid credit card drivel. All together about 15 minutes of stupidness that annoys each passenger.

My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.

Crew was friendly. Seats are too narrow, particularly when a big person is in the adjacent seat, but I understand this is due to smaller planes usually flight into Lincoln. I have experienced several flight delays going out and coming into Lincoln airport, I say maybe 50% or higher of the flights I've taken out of this airport have been delayed.

There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.

American Airlines was horrible! The layover flight to DFW was delayed with no clear communication and for us having to stay the whole day which led to staying a night in Dallas was comped with 2 $12 dollar vouchers and a crappy hotel. We missed a whole day in Tokyo for our honeymoon and stressed the whole 24 hours. We were supposed to leave at the same time the following day, but that was delayed hours again. And instead of letting the delayed flight go first, they let the flight that was scheduled ahead of us. American should refund us the day wasted in Dallas that should have been in Tokyo! We had lost out on paid events that we can’t get refunded. When we finally did leave, it was a good flight. You would think that was the only issue with American but we from the LAX layover, we were delayed 6 hours and were given a $12 dollar voucher that covered a drink only. The only communication we were given then was that because they were delayed in a prior flight we were delayed again. I don’t understand why it was only with American that we had such a bad time with! They have definitely left a sour taste in our mouths for our honeymoon! And then they did send an email saying we could have 2K miles…. For what? To be delayed into another day and miss our flight again?

ontime. Seats are terribly close together for someone my height.

The flight landed in Phoenix and taxied the runway for 15 additional minutes. I had a connecting flight I barely made it to because of the delay of the plane taxing the runway.

The flight was delay roughly 90 minutes. Once we arrived at O'Hare, we sat on the tarmac for another 90 minutes. I understand that O'Hare is under construction however they need to figure out a solution as every incoming flight I have been on has been delayed coming to a gate.

STOP MAKING THE SEATING SO CRAMPED. WE NEED A PASSENGER BILL OF RIGHTS!

On time departure and early arrival. Flight attendant very nice.

Early morning flight and no food in First Class except a "salmon" box. No thank you. Was informed before take off by Captain that the plane was not serviced before we boarded in Phoenix. How does that happen? Need more frequent additions/turn over on the Entertainment. Thanks

My 9:50AM flight was delayed to 3:40PM "due to incoming aircraft delay". No aircraft is "delayed" that long. Found out once we did board (after several changes in times) that the aircraft had a maintenance issue and we had to wait for another aircraft. Just tell us that. The aircraft we did get was old and the seats need to be updated. I have been traveling for several weeks with AA and you should refresh your entertainment content as frequent flyers have gone through most of your new content. I have Celiac and a shellfish allergy and continue to have struggles with meals on business and first class flights. Please keep this in mind. Sorry - was a long travel day yesterday and a bit cranky this morning with my experience comments. Still an AA fan.

Lack of gluten free options in food service. I have Celiac disease and it appears you no longer offer special meals for people with dietary restrictions. I am a frequent flyer traveling into and out of Omaha airport. I have noticed over the course of several months that although our flight typically arrives ahead of schedule (awesome job AA!) - we typically sit on the runway for several minutes waiting for the ground crew to get in place. Not sure if it is a ground crew issue or a gate availability issue (due to construction at this airport). Seems to be more of a ground crew being on time issue.

At the beginning of the flight there was some turbulence and the announcement was made that there would be no beverage service. The turbulence only last about 5 minutes then it was smooth sailing. I noticed that first class got their service, but the rest of us did not.
