Pros: Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)

Cons: A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.

Cons: The flight came in early which was great, but it Took 2 hours to get our luggage. Apparently there were not enough Frontier personnel.

Cons: Phone customer support was awful. My 1st flight was delayed so I was going to miss my connection. I needed to work with United to get re-routed. They were useless in finding flights, starting looking at flights starting in other states, took forever. I ended up getting help once I got to the airport

Cons: United lies about baggage fees. When booking off of kayak, they charge to assign a seat and they charge to carry on or check your baggage. BAIT and SWITCH.

Cons: I was charged for my carry on bag when I was headed home & it was the same bag I brought on my trip for free ! I feel this was an unfair business practice.

Cons: Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for luggage. No excuse. Left us alone for an hour and then sent someone who was embarrassed to face us.

Cons: My flight from Chicago was two hours late and that's why I missed the flight from Atlanta to Buenos Aires. No one helped and did not know that the flight was delayed and I had to find a place to sleep. I'm not satisfied with the experience and I have not yet arrived in Argentina because of the whole

Pros: I don’t know what Delta could have done better on this two leg flight from Albuqueque to Miami via Atlanta . Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted.

Cons: They could have delivered on the most important aspect on-time arrival. I know that a mechanical issue delays such as tires however ongoing maintenance should prevent these delays. Your failure to deliver on your promise impacted my ability to deliver on mine.

Pros: The plane was very comfortable and clean. The seats were larger than those on other economy flights. In flight wi fi entertainment was great, as long as you have a device.

Cons: The flight was delayed from 9:35 PM to 10:15. No announcements were made at the gate. We were all standing around (no seats left) and only had text or email notifications informing us. I overheard crew say it was entirely avoidable, and the fault of some crew that weren't at the right place on time

Pros: The boarding process At British airways was another smooth one. However American Airlines is very terrible boarding process from New York to Seattle. Flight was delayed ( as always with American Airlines lol)

Cons: Honestly better boarding processes and the crew yelling at adults as if we were in grade schools all over again. Respectful passengers has gone through the windows honestly, now it’s like a meat market.

Pros: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

Pros: The boarding was fast and very well handled.

Cons: Plane was way too hot and stuffy, wasn't until about 20 min into flight before started to cool down.
