Cons: Excelentt , Only delayed flight

Cons: American Airlines cancelled this flight and then sent one of my two checked luggages to another flight to Newark from Chicago O'Hare and didn't even think to put me and the luggage I left behind on said flight? Either they should have left both and let me deal with it OR send me on a flight.

Pros: Good food. Friendly crew. On time, etc.

Cons: Recycling/reduce waste. Gluten-free choices.

Pros: No entertainment system only for those who are vested with AA and using their app

Cons: A modern plane not old A320 without entertainment system

Pros: Leg room and comfort were outstanding. Free Fly-Fi enabled me to be productive. Using my Amazon Prime membership to watch videos on my own device was great.

Cons: Movies weren’t available on my screen.

Pros: Boarding was fast

Cons: Outlets on the plane Flight attendant seemed to have an attitude

Cons: a new plane with more space and bigger seats, better service at T4 at arrivals, that place is a zoo

Pros: The flight wasn’t overbooked so there was plenty of room. So important on such a long flight.

Pros: The male in the crew was fantastic!!! As always love the entertainment options.

Cons: Uncomfortable. Stuffed between two large men.

Pros: The flight was delayed several times due to bad weather in Tampa. The gate agent was good at explaining the problem and said it was the FAA that had put a ground stop in place. It was nice to be informed about what was going on.

Cons: The cabin was very noisy -- don't know if the AC fans were cranked up or what, but the constant roar made it difficult to converse with the crew about snack and drink choices.

Pros: Crew kept us informed about delay

Cons: Jammed full, not enough overhead bin storage. Too many people allowed to bring on WAY too much as carry-on. Badly managed. Wasn't Lufthansa, was a code share on a United flight. Wish it was Lufthansa, which is what the ticket originally was supposed to be. Bait and switch!

Cons: Crew in this section needs to be more customer centric

Pros: The crew was amazing and cheerful considering the 2 hour delay and that is was so early in the morning

Cons: The communication was non existent. We started to board then suddenly the crew shut the door and everyone disappeared for 2 hours. We were left wondering what was going on and there was no one to ask!!! No updates on the apps just that our flight was boarding at a time well past

Pros: The crew was awesome dealing with the 2 1/2 hours of delays and gate change .

Cons: Frontier has problems with all of their flights I think , not just the one I was on . I fly them only when I have too , meaning no one else fly's that route or is just way too expensive . Sometimes they tell you they are delayed , other times you find out at the gate , then sit and wait .

Pros: Great first class cabin crew.

Cons: I don’t like the stand to put your own iPads on. Just give us the screens. Seems cheap for a 5+ hour flight. Come on american.

Cons: Flight was delayed, flight was overbooked, and WiFi wasn't working on the plane, so no entertainment at all, as the plane had no screens and we were supposed to use our own devices.

Pros: Nothing. This was the worst flight I’ve ever been on.

Cons: Pretty much everything. The flight was delayed for mechanical reasons. Then they boarded us and we sat for 3 hours on the tarmac because one of the air conditioning packs was broken. When we finally arrived, I found out my bag was lost. The worst flight of my life.

Pros: We had exit rows seats that gave us extra space! The crew was very friendly even though they did not have anytime to rest, i am thankful for their services.

There are no USB ports nor are there electric Outlets, yet you're expected to use your own tablet or phone to access their entertainment. When flying across the country that's a little ridiculous in this day and age.

This was a coast to coast redeye,Iwas awake the whole flight. 20 min before landing announcement was made to not get up, We were not given time to use the restroom, brush teeth, have coffee before landing. Bad form.

Cons: For some reason they needed to check everyone's ticket and passport at the gate and again before getting onto the plane. Oh, and they got everyone onto a bus to drive them from the gate over to the plane which could have easily been walked to. They should have at least done a victory lap first.

Cons: Delays were extremely frustrating and I received multiple emails with time changes. The original flight I booked was for 9:45 pm and via scheduled and unscheduled changes, we left at 11:45 pm. Rather than arriving home around Midnight, I got home at 2:15am. Also no space for carry on. Bad experience

Pros: Delta, as always, comes through! Although my original flight was delayed, Delta provided the option to rebook on another DL flight at no additional cost. They made it super easy! As always, the crew was friendly, helpful and professional! Thanks!

Cons: 86 year traveling I had to get wheel chair to escort my Uncle I was not flying. Had to return to gate to get a gate pass after arriving at third floor so I had to wheel my uncle downstairs again. Then was told by overwelmed employee named Daisy that I had to stand online again.

Pros: There is a dispute going on about who cleans the planes and so the crew won’t help thereby placing the customer in the middle of the dispute. 45 minutes late because of this nonsense.
