We deplaned to the ground and boarded buses that traversed the airport back to the domestic terminals and we got to baggage claim 50 minutes later. Missed my bus north by minutes. Not happy!"

Cons: "Our original flight was cancelled and on the rebook, which added a stop, my family of 4 which includes a 4mo and 5 yr old were all given separate middle seats. When we brought this up we were told only the gate agent could adjust. Although at the time there were seats together they were "economy plus." Not surprisingly the gate agent was very rude when we approached her with the issue, insinuated it was our fault, that we were extra trouble for traveling with 2 small children, and that we may have to be bumped. We were finally accommodated at the last second but it was unneeded stress. Also several flight attendants gave us a hard time for bringing aboard our infant car seat despite the fact it is FAA approved and we bought a seat for it and it is the current recommendation of the FAA to do so."

Pros: "We flew through some pretty turbulent skies but the pilot did a great job, and I saw that he landed in a strong crosswind when's i looked out the window at SAT, although you couldn't have guessed it from how smooth the landing was."

Cons: "Both flights were INCREDIBLY delayed. First, the flight from San Jose was delayed 1.5 hours because they were "waiting for the aircraft." After everybody finally boarded the plane an announcement was made that somehow the luggage crew had damaged the cargo hold, and that everybody would have to deplane. It would take 45 minutes for maintenance crew to arrive to assess the situation. People got up, got their luggage out of the overhead bins, and started moving to the front of the plane. The pilot then came back on the intercom and told everyone they would have to return to their seats. Roughly an hour later we finally took off. It would have been the decent thing to do to AT LEAST offer the passengers something (i.e. comp drinks or snacks), but the cheapskates at United DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. Multiple people missed their connections. Fast forward to IAH--> SAT. Another late flight. This time, everybody boarded the plane only to be informed that due to a problem with the plane's computer everybody would have to sit on the plane while they "rebooted" its computers. This was done TWICE. UNITED AIRLINES, GET IT TOGETHER. There is a very good reason you are consistently ranked one of the WORST US-flagged carriers, which makes you one of the MOST HATED AIRLINES ON THE PLANET. I really and truly pray that the US airlines and their lobbyists lose their battle to prevent foreign flagged carriers from operating within the US, because you all deserve to go bankrupt."

There were even flyers getting on the plane to TX when they were traveling to other destinations because of the lack of communication and the crew not throughly checking. The seating was the smallest space in all of the other airlines I have flown. The crew was less than friendly and yelling down the aisle about buying snacks and other drinks although it was a late night flight and many people were sleeping. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Luckily the flight crew had a smooth flight and got us safely to San Antonio. Only positive about the experience with United. This was all taking place along with our flight being delayed with out the monitors at the airport being updated and no notification via text or the United app."

It’s very clear right on their website. Do your research and it still comes out cheaper than the big guys 9/10 times. But for $170/ticket all included, non-stop, round trip, you can’t get much better. Easily $100 less per ticket than the next cheapest airline which had multiple stops."

Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable. Check in line was long and only had two workers checking in."

I was thirsty and would have loved at ieast water and or coffee! they were serving but seat 25 ---there were 3 0f us, both going out and returning a week later- nothing on either flight! No serious problems but to not have any service at all either way was unpleasant, I was in seat 23 returning. your prices should allow for at least water service!"

Pros: "Smooth ride, wonderfully professional, cheerful crew. Seats were comfortable, though tight. Check-in/bag drop was slow but agents were cheerful and helpful. Flight departed on time and landed early."
Cons: "Checked bag was badly damaged (bent frame) but hoping to receive satisfaction from submitted damage report tomorrow. Frontier charges for beverages, so a bottle of water or can of soda is 2.50-$3.00! Important to pay for all bags early as paying at the airport is more expensive, plus Frontier charges for carry-on bags. One free personal item only."

Pros: "The credit and staff were friendly."
Cons: "I could not get online to get my boarding pass. (Twice) I had to pay for my luggage even though I only took one piece. It took me an hour to get my first boarding pass because I had to call and they had to walk me through it because it wouln't let me on. The second time the man told me the website was down which wasn't true. I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. Lastly, you have to pay for any drink or food you get on the plane. There is nothing cheaper about Frontier although it appears to be cheaper. With all these fees, it is more than say , Southwest."

Pros: "Flight was at 755am we were in the air 8am"

Cons: "Flight was delayed about 1.5 hour but they made us move to a different terminal about 2 different times. This was confusing and could easily have been missed by a passenger."

Cons: "Charge for a cup of crappy coffee...really? Is it even worth your time to charge $1.99. I'm not sure if I missed it when buying my ticket originally, but the seat should be in the actual price of the original ticket. When you go to check in was when I first noticed. Doesn't give you much of an option at that point since you can't stand for the flight. Being honest also includes being forthcoming at the start and having this know at first when booking as a part of the flight cost would be a good start. I may have decided to go with a different airline if I would have known."

Pros: "Terrible experience when we arrived at las vegasc in a cab. There was no one at the counter to assist us. We both needed wheelchairs to the gate. We had to walk inside to the counter. both of us use electric wheelchairs when we are at home. Walking is very difficult and Frontier was not there to assist us at the curb. This one experience ruined flying on your airline. Sandyntx"
