Boarding in New York was smooth and well organized. However, the boarding process in Dubai was less convenient. Passengers were asked to board an hour before departure, but after that we had to wait in another area that did not have enough seating capacity. To make matters worse, the flight was officially delayed by an hour, followed by an additional 45-minute delay while on the aircraft. The food was excellent and exceeded expectations. Seating comfort was decent for Economy Class, and considering the fare category, I have no major complaints. The entertainment system was outstanding. Being able to watch a FIFA match live during the flight was a completely new and enjoyable experience for me, making the journey much more engaging.
What a great trip . From check in to the upgrade we received a big shout out to Cleverson who was able to help us navigate the whole process super patient and was just one of the best customer service experiences we received in a very long time . The amazing staff on the flight who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable amazing food and service if you have te opportunity to upgrade it's a must and well worth it.
They changed the flight time without telling us and were unwilling to help with rebooking because we booked through orbits/kayak

Worst flight I ever had I payed for special seats with underpriced which I never recieved. I will like you to make sure that I am refunded my 134.00 dollars that I paid for the seats that I never received. I am looking forward for Kayak to look into this issue with underpriced because they took my money and never booked the seats for me with the airline.
I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

Extremely uncomfortable seats with very little cushioning, unable to recline enough to sleep comfortably on this 13 hour overnight flight. My body was in pain by the end.
When we checked in at the Siem Reap Airport in Cambodia, we were only given three boarding passes and told that we would have to check in with American when we arrived in Boston. This was a source of stress for us. After we landed in Boston, we had a long passage from Terminal E to Terminal B (American Airline ticketing counter). Because the electronic ticketing kiosks for check-in would not recognize our Confirmation Code, we had to wait for an hour in a long line where only two AA reps were taking care of Special Services passengers. In many years of both business and recreational travel, I have never had this experience. I would expect more from AA being in partnership with other airlines to do a better job with this.
The seat cushions are absolutely lacking, not sure if they know the passengers are traveling for 14 hours straight, but the padding made our back and butt ache like crazy. The entertainment console had its own problems, either the headphone jack wasn't working or the power outlet via usb or ac outlet was not working. Not to mention the seat handles were not adjustable in some planes in the middle or on the aisle. Qatar/Indigo may be operating a very old fleet of planes to make as much profit as possible, but passengers may not be following them for long, should this treatment of its customers continue. Qatar/Indigo, wake up and do it right by your customers, or they may not be your customers anymore.
My experience with Qatar airway was very unsatisfactory. They lost my child’s stroller and I was told they found it and will send it to the hotel which was a lie. I had to go back to the airport baggage claim and pick up myself after trying to contact them many times!. There was a lack professional and communication. I am very disappointed in Qatar airway and will not be recommending them to friends and family nor will I be flying with them in the future.
Okay not so good or great. The flight operated by Indigo is worst from boarding to luggage handling and food. Damaged one luggage and delayed another luggage. Still did not get it, since 2 days.
Everything was top notch. Only issue was the delay, but Qatar worked diligently to get me on the next flight. They were kind to walk me to their lounge in Doha to make sure I ate, slept and showered.
I lost my baggage and it’s been three days didn’t able to find out. Also ticket was issued for qatar airways but they ended up board me on to Indigo from Doha to Hyderabad. My trip made miserable without cloths.
Seat electronics kept failing (as in absolutely nothing worked) - crew re-set it multiple, but didn’t move me until finally three quarters of the way into the flight - abysmal. Entertainment options are plentiful, but a number of expected movies were missing (did an SQ flight 3 days later and expected titles were on SQ) - does Qatar sensor what they show?
To get to jet blue at JFK from any connecting flight you have to go through security again.
On time, great food, good drink selection! Only down was alcohol-free lounge. Lufthansa had a much better offering!
For that price on Business class, I expected to have the pod seats. These were configured as 2/3/2 and my seat mate talked half the flight with a friend across the isle, loudly. Very uncouth.
It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !
Not good. I was supposed to be in Mint but got in economy class
Not up to Business Class standards. Two of the three toilets were out of order. The hostesses were aware and didn’t show any responsible act to do something. Food quality was not what we expect from Turkish hospitality. Overall we were not impressed and disappointed.

This is really the rating of two flights. JFK to IST then IST to NQZ. New York to Istanbul was good. Good crew and all positives. The flight to Astana was so bad that brought it all down. Crew was nonexistent above the minimum, seats were cramped, and it was hot on the plane. Turkish Airlines seems to be slipping down to US based carriers level.

From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. However, they failed to provide any clear explanation of what was wrong. After an extended wait of 45 minutes, the issue was resolved, and we were finally issued our boarding passes. Upon arrival in Paris, we faced further delays as the stairs to deplane were not functioning, resulting in an additional 45-minute wait onboard. This delay posed a significant risk of missing my connecting flight.
The entertainment on board was really poor. The map doesn’t give enough information and the movies have arabic subtitles, you can’t choose. The stuff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast really poor. The food must not be spicy! They didn’t have enough drinks.
It was a great experience, can’t wait to do it again soon!!
This itineray had to be cancelled as the connection time in Paris was only 55 min which is below the 90 min required by Paris airport. Nether Chat deal/Kayak, nor Gulf air nor American Air picked on that. I called American Air for unrelated question was then told that boarding would be denied due to the short connection time. This should have been an automatic notification from Chat deal/ Kayak or Gulf air and itinery cancelled. What is the point of inconveniencing the passenger?? The return has still not be refunded. Shame on Gulf Air, very poor customer service for an airline that has so good flight crew!

Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Me and my family had a flight from Dallas USA to Amman Jordan and as a foreign passenger I thought this company would be good because it has a direct flight but You can’t imagine how much we are disappointed from Royal Jordanian it’s something unbelievable. It was a nightmare and a crazy experience that we had since we got seated in the airplane. The flight attendance was being rude with pretty much every passenger in the airplane. We were a family of five members, during the flight, my sister started bleeding from her nose. It wasn’t one drop or two drops. It was a bad bleed. We asked the flight attendance to help and get us some napkins or any first aid tools. She saw my sister bleeding and She saw us panic and she said she will be back, but she never been back. We never seen her after that all along with our flight!!!! What is that Royal Jordanian !!!????? we tried based in our knowledge to help her and put some napkins. We kept her head up for pretty much two hours, and some of the passengers help us with water and napkins as well to clean her up, but we didn’t get any kind of help from the flight attendance. What a crazy attitude what a crazy customer service it’s more than the word Bad. !!! is that how you deal with a medical condition in the airplane? Are you guys care about the passengers? I have never ever experienced this bad customer service in my entire life. I never even think that this would happen in the airplane without getting any help from the flight attendance. Do you guys care about human rights? Do you guys care about passengers? Do you guys care about somebody bleeding in the airplane and need a medical assistant???!!!! what the hell is that Royal Jordanian?!!!!!!! also during out fligh , one of the flight attendance her name is Sarah was screaming and yelling on my mom , my mom is an elder lady, and the flight attendants was asking her what she want to eat, but she was yelling. I called the flight attendant and I told her nicely please can you lower your ton when you talk to my mom you don’t have the right to yell at her. She said well I was working all day with other flights and I’m exhausted. I told her this is not my damn business. You can’t have this excuse to be yelling or being rude with the passengers and you can bend a little bit and talk to her nicely. You can’t just keep standing and yelling at her. If you can’t hear her while you standing how do you think she will hear you while she’s sitting if you need something you have to bend and get closer to her and talk to her you can’t scream or yell just like that she gave me a look and she just left. Royal Jordanian, you don’t deserve a penny for your ticket we are a family of five passengers We paid over $7000 for the ticket just to get a bad customer service and bad behavior with my sister medical incident I will make sure my experience will reach to the highest position in this company. I originally purchased and selected window seats G12 and L12, and I also placed a bid for K12. These were the seats I specifically chose and paid for. However, I have now been reassigned to D11, E11, and F11, which are middle-row seats. I did not purchase these seats, nor did I bid on them. Due to a medical condition, I am unable to sit in middle-row seats. Sitting in the middle section causes me to become dizzy and nauseous, and I may become sick during the flight. This is the reason I specifically purchased and bid on window seats. I respectfully request that you restore my original seat assignments or provide comparable window seats. If this is not possible, please refund the amount I paid for the seat selections so that I can make other arrangements. I have attempted to contact your customer service multiple times without success. I called approximately ten times and also tried calling your office in Jordan, but I was unable to reach anyone.
This is my second time within two weeks using them. I have bad experience with their Internet. They charge me $35 for Internet worked only for 15 minutes and then disconnected and they don’t even give me a credit or refund my money or give me a voucher about the food. It’s very bad test. There is no test actually and barely cooked still raw.

They cancelled the flight while we were at the gate. Then they rebooked me for the next day but then that was missed because I now have a connection and the first flight took too long to get to the airport. Right now sitting in the hotel until the next flight. Worst trip
