Some of the crew was very rude, food was bad forca 9 hr flight!!!

The flight was 3 hrs delayed. I bought and took another flight.

The flight attendants were very nice to my family, and they went through extra effort to take care of us. I would be happy to fly this airline again.

My wife’s bag was damaged during handling, but I am not sure that is the fault of Air Europa, perhaps the airport personnel in Miami or Madrid.

Not one thing.

Delayed. Smelly. Overall love flying but the takeoff and landing were terrible! Service wasn’t great either- crew had major attitude problems.

At the checking counter they couldnt find my tickets reservation. Took forever to check in.

We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son .

Leg room on Iberia flights is scarce, even though I'm only 5'7" tall. No snack or beverage service on a 2 1/2 hour flight.

The flight to Manchester was canceled and I was not even informed until I got to the airport and was told I had no flight and I should rebook my flight with another airline. So my flight back to the USA NEVER happened because I refused to flight with Thomas Cook.

The crew was excellent and the flight itself very comfortable

The entertainment did not work but sporadically.

The way Thomas cook handled it.

The crow was useless I asked water 3 or 4 time no way to have it Entraînement no choice just if you pay , Low costs? Too much. !,
