I was not able to check-in on my mobile phone. I was not able to check-in at the Kiosk. I had to check my carry-on bag all the way through to Los Angeles.

I couldn't sit next to my partner even though we booked under one booking and I didn't get a meal when everyone else did.

Boarding at Sydney a little messy. Only one attendant at gate. Longest queue ever.

The security person was incorrect about my Lithium battery causing me 45 minutes at the security check. I was also disappointed that even a coke needed to be paid for extra.

Not enough legroom or seating area... Obviously you are downsizing, hoping that people will spend more to upgrade.
