Pros: For the most part the people and workers were very nice
Cons: Couldn’t add baggage with the ticket bought online. Once I did it cost $100 to add 1 bag. Checking in process was the worst, as many kiosks didn’t work and the software seemed buggy.

Cons: My flight Rome to London - I was very surprised to learn we had to buy water, tea or coffee. To give it to your passengers is the least you could do. We didn’t travel for free. This was the very first time I have ever been told, as your partner Aer Lingusdid as wel, that I needed to pay for water.
Pros: The flight attendant in our long flight, London to Hoiston, was extremely nice and took very good care of our section. The seats were not all that comfortable: you could feel there was minimal padding on mine and my partner's neck rest wouldn't stay up.
Cons: We were shocked to learn there were no outlets on the long flight from London to Houston. Luckily we had a power bank, otherwise our phones would've been dead.
Pros: Really liked the flight staff.. great service and all very humorous. More room than on most flights and everything was on time
Cons: The flight should have been on time rather than 2 hours late. The Gate agents should have been more honest about what was happening.

Pros: The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys.
Cons: I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out.
